• Some folks may be puzzled why I don’t have sign up links in the BLOG for those programmes which I have reviewed and decided to post on the Reviews page. The reason is simple: this website is replicable, and can be had for free, by you!  Hence the Reviews page will, once you sign up for your own 9PR site, have your own link to any of the programmes you have signed up for, and have provided your userid info in your 9PR backoffice.  Else the link will contain your sponsor’s address. 
  
  I first review a programme and post my own link briefly in the BLOG, and then on the next day, usually, I remove all of my personal links in the BLOG to that programme, and post a review of that programme on the Reviews page. This allows you to take advantage of any programme I have reviewed and deemed worthy of posting by advertising your own 9PR link. Folks will read my BLOG, go to the Reviews page, and will see your links, if you have joined any of the programmes listed there.
   
• eGoldSpinner has just 30 ACTIVE accounts to go to hit 5000 and then they are closed to new members.  Use the reviews button up top, Ctrl-F eGoldSpinner and play if you wish. It is a game. (OK, they have surpassed that now, but the sign up still seems to be available.)
  
  I was pleasantly surprised to see my account was either fixed or did not need fixing.  But... am short of the $3.5K I am allowed to withdraw!  Guess I miscalculated and put back too much or am due to mature some more spends after 4PM today, and it may be too late for me!  The site is up, but very sluggish.  Once you click on a link please just sit and wait, it will come back up! I guess there are too many folks online right now. Or some of you are using up too many connections due to the below files present on your computer. Please open up “My Computer”, right-click on one of your drives, and Search.  Search for any of the four, one at a time, and for the Search Path take back righ to My Computer.  If you find any of the four listed below, DELETE them!

• Please check your computers for these particular files.  They will not show up on Norton or Macafee. These files will actually make your computers perform a DDOS attack on whatever server you are on.  It's a small one, but if a lot of you are surfing and these .exe files are activated, it can create a ot of DDOS. Please use the search feature on your computer to find and remove them.

• This is very, very strange.  The top two Autosurfs (Phoenixsurf and WiredSurf), well, maybe the top #1 and #3, are both having problems these last few days!  Both have issued surfing Holidays.  Upgrades at Phoenixsurf were disabled yesterday, and a hacker is taking it out on BalckGoldAds/Surf.  I am wondering if the same hacker is taking it out on the top 3? It’s a good guess. Despite the mySQL errors, you can still log in and start surfing!  But I feel a FREE SURFDAY coming on! Ah darn it, it’s a surfabr issue, just like at WiredSurf! Again I therefore suspect the same hacker!

• Turd day.  Hi folks. Am still alive.  Where are those aliens? I keep hearing all this beating and pounding on the roof, wakes me up each morning!  But no little gray aliens anywhere in sight!  Turns out some workers are replacing the tiles on the roof! D’oh!
   
• You can now surf Phoenixsurf and you can now upgrade.  They have fixed the problems.   But it’s a surfing Holiday today, as the new IP has not yet propagated worldwide.
   
• Check this out: Already have 31 folks signed up in less than 24 hours!  Wow!  Am impressed! Guess I better pay for that order on Monday!  I also hear from one reader that Vortex will get into this one as well! Well, shucks, fine!  So far am not very impressed with Vortex and will not wait for them!  This one is now being heavily advertised!  So lots of folks will come in and you may have to wait in line for the recharger!
  
  But be careful!  Am already starting to see e-mails from folks who indicate that there are cheaper avenues for this one, and my feeling is that this may turn out to be a big scam! Read the forums out there (MMG, TalkGold, and so on, just google it).  Then make up your mind! Don’t get dragged into this one unless you are fairly certain. After I myself found out that you need an AA battery for this device it kind of let the wind out of my sails! Holy shit. Anyone can come up with something like that! Now it’s going to be a dogfight between those who sell it, as you can see from the e-mail below. So... am NOT encouraging you to partake in this!  I will tell you on Monday if am going to actually pay for my own order! • I think that the letter ‘S’ should be abolished from the speaking language(s). Why? • Just in case you have not received the latest news from PhoenixSurf!:
  
  “Dear members,
   
  As I promised, I am posting/emailing an update about the current situation with Phoenixsurf. Many members have had questions concerning what we have done to eliminate the problem with the DDOS attacks, as well as cashout questions. I will try to answer those questions now.
   
  We have a new server as of now.  We have implemented phenomenal security measures that have limited the DDOS attacks. If we were to remove this security, we would be swarmed with a billion attacks, so we know that our security measures are working. The problems is, they are working too good.  Because of these new measures, our system will detect a certain amount of activity from an IP address and it will limit that IP to a minimum amount of traffic from that IP address.  This is great, because it definitely limits the DDOS attacks and keeps us up and running. The problem is, it is limiting egolds IP address as well, so we are not able to go in and do cashouts or allow for upgrades.  Egold has a certain IP address that we need in order to resolve this problem. We are currently trying to contact them to get this address.  If we are unable to receive this IP address today, then it will be Monday before we can do anything. The DDOS attacks have not been stopped, but it has definitely limited them, so removing our security to do cashouts or upgrades is not an option. We are hoping to have all problems resolved by Monday, or at least sometime next week.  Until we have this situation taken care of, members will be on a surf holiday.  We have also contacted Cisco systems to discuss further security measures if we decide we need more, but we are not currently using them.
   
  For those members that have not received an email from us, the Fasttrack fees have been removed from your advertising upgrades and your upgrades have been changed to a regular scheduled upgrade; 4-7 business days.  We will begin processing cashouts as soon as we have the IP address that we need from egold.  We will pay the oldest cashouts first and move towards the most current ones. There are some that have not been paid since the 14th, so they will be paid before any upgrades expiring on the 27th.
   
  Some members have not been able to connect to Phoenixsurf. This is because everything has not propagated yet. Once everything has propagated, everyone will be able to connect and continue surfing.

• Forget USANA.  I’ve looked at it!  RoyalBodyCare is much better! And the comp plan is much better!  A true stair-step breakaway! This type of plan assures that the Distributors make the most money! And was able to spend available balance (6:32 PM EST) BUT we have not been given permission to log in as yet.... so please hold off... you are now noticing the too many connections message.

Check this out: aaTCM, a device the size of a lipstick.. stick, that will recharge any cell phone, anywhere, any time.  All I can say is that it will likely be the fastest selling product ever. All you need to do is demonstrate one of these and 60% of the time you will have a sale!  Especially to all those teenagers who each carry a cell phono!  I think am going to order my ten units, once I have them, sit on a bench near a school, and just say “Hey you! • This BlackGoldSurf fiasco is really starting to tick me off! I’d rather they just pay out my spends that earned squat and be done with it! I’ve got $800 stuck in there and just want it out. All confidence is gone. These folks should simply shut down, refund, and get out of the business.
   
• eGoldSpinner is back up but very sluggish. Don’t try the links over and over. If you click on Account, then wait until that page comes up else the server will get further overloaded.  I don’t know why it is so slow but am sure they are working on it. In fact, do not attempt to even get into the site as the Database is being currently updated, that is why it is so slow.
  
  If you are having login issues, then use the link to request your password and once you get it in your mail do not use the mouse to copy and paste, instead type it in manually, that seems to be working for folks.
  
  Always check their forum for updates, especially in the Support/Questions thread.
  
  As to withdrawals, it looks like they are disabled on the site.  Admin has restarted processing withdrawal requests (those in pending).  Not sure why he could not have worked on those while the new site was being put back up.  Maybe no access to the database? Could be.  In any case, am just glad they are back up, AND DON’T ATTEMPT TO SIGN IN until further notice from Bob.

• eGoldSpinner: We have finally been able to successfully upload the old database.
  PLEASE, note that the data will take about 24hrs starting now to completly update so if you cant access your acct just yet, please wait for 24hrs before contacting admin.
   
  We have been able to move from a shared hosting to a dedicated server. Its not been easy for us all as we all worked tirelessly to make things work out.

• I noticed that Phoenixsurf may be experiencing a similar attack this morning.  I can’t get the site to come up, but when it did there were a bunch of mySQL errors.  Hmmmmmm......
   
• I read the e-mail from PhoenixSurf Admin re their debit card.  Seems straightforward.  A reader of mine called last night saying that they are not following a line of sponsorship with respect to the cards.  Well, I can’t find any evidence so far that there is any kind of matrix behind the cards, so of course there would be no line of sponsorship being followed, as all that we are doing is ordering debit cards, so that we can use them for w/d and funding. So am not sure about this, and can’t verify until their site is back up (unless one of you knows something about this and would send me an e-mail?).

  When you upgrade 40% of the amount goes into your "account level" along with all the commissions you earn. Each day, that you surf the minimum number of sites, 10% of your "account level" is put into your "account balance". In one of them you are in 18th Century China, in another you are in 500 B.C. with Gautama Buddha, in another you are a male who is listening to Jesus and His Sermon on the Mount, and yet in another TV you are a child in Hiroshima, just before the bomb drops!
  
  All of those lives are you.  But they are happening at the same time!  And who are you?  You are the Witness, watching all of these “lives” happening all at the same “time”.  Do you see? Does it give you shivers?  That’s what deja-vu is all about!
  
  What makes “time” real for you is because you as the Witness, choose to focus on one TV screen and become embroiled in the life portrayed there! It is as if you were sucked into the movie and become one of the actors, who has forgotten that He or She is the Witness and not the actor! And that’s why you don’t remember who you really are! And what is actually happening or not happening here.

• You know? I have to mention this.  Out of ALL the programmes that I have been with, 4X-Club has got to be the most consistent and trustworthy of them all. I’ve been with them for over 5 months now and have received consistent and realistic profit! • OH MY GOD! I never thought that anyone would launch a fixed-time CYCLER ever again! But I was wrong. Here is one that launched April 3rd and is still going, giving you 200% (double your money) in just 7 days, 25% is put back into the system and 75% into your e-gold account.  Takes two days to pay out.  And the script looks like the babydoubler.com script!  And 8daydoubler!  And Boomerang.com!  Remember those happy days?  Then sudden shutdown in which of them? All of them! And wa360?  Pretty well the same script here as well.
  
  Are you going to chance it?  Min. $20 and max $1000 per day! CYCLER!  So it’s running about 22 days now! (Or is it 23?)

  This one is quite deceptive. They show you two charts, the first is a text chart that shows you, for instance, that you can earn 200% monthly if you allow your spend to be in there for six months.
  
  But the chart below that belies that!  It shows that you can make that 200% in your sixth month! Not monthly! Basically in month 1 you make 10%, in month 2 you make 25% and so on, just as indicated in the FIRST chart!
  
  So it's very misleading.
  
  But then the examples try to clarify that. So if you keep your $500 in for six months you make $1000 a month, and NOT in month six!  How confusing can it be?  Well, it is.

  The idea is for you to spam their list of surveys out on the internet using their "free resources" which are really just message boards and bulletin boards of other useless junk items, and then if someone happens to join up under your affiliate code, you send them $5 of the $20 they send to you. Mind you, you have to refund them through your own paypal account. So in reality you are paying them $97 to be their ClickBank affiliate (which is free), and of the $20 commission they give to you for someone signing up, you have to give $5 back to the person for signing up (because the spam message you post says they'll get a $5 rebate). Then if the customer gets this huge BS list and decides to send in for a refund, well, guess what.. You lose the remaining $15, but technically speaking, since you sent them a rebate of "$5" from your own PayPal account, and the money you get for the sale was originally credited to your ClickBank (CB) account, that now gets taken out (the original $20 you made for the sale), because ClickBank removes the cash from that refunded sale from you and the seller. So overall you've really just LOST $5 from that ordeal, and there's not a damned thing you can do about it except to suck it up and hope that no one else does that either, which is just plain silly because this list of "surveys" is so old and so whored out that chances of someone not getting a refund for it is slim to none.. Welcome to the internet, home of the scammers and cheaters galore. You've been warned.

• UltimateSpinner: Don’t panic.  First mistake: not planning for growth. Looks to me like their bandwidth was exceeded, no doubt due to a flurry of signups yesterday and this morning.  We’ll just have to wait for them to come back.  The full story is unknown.  Some say they saw the plans change. If that’s the case, maybe they did run.  Although it was rumored that a key person at MMG is responsible for the site, so running will have killed his reputation there.  I should have held off putting more money into that one!  Well, you play these games, you stand the chance of losing!  And I did.  But... let’s relax, and give this one some time.  Luckily many of you who did join did not bet the farm, I noticed that from the commissions coming in. But there was one or two of you that put in a few hundred.
  
  There is a possibility that the site was hacked by hackers.  I just got a note from a reader who joined this morning and saw he had $50 in the account without spending a dime! So he tried another signup and had $550 USD in the account without depositing!  That sounds like a major hack and screw up of the database.
   
• eGoldSpinner: I received my second $500, looks like catchup is happening. The $3.5K withdrawals can be made on Monday, rather than today.  More time for catchup.

April 22nd (Saturday)

• Well folks, is it good news or bad news? About the new rule at eGoldSpinner. Certainly you will now be forced to take some profit!  Basically, because you can only make one withdrawal per 7 days, you will have to put aside some percent of your daily profit and save that up so you can make a maximal withdrawal once a week. I would say that this will force the program to last longer, but as well it will force folks to accumulate more money!  It will all be a question of enough funds coming in to pay out that once a week larger and larger withdrawal!
  
  Certainly you can now get your init spend out, if you have not already.  Now, on to the competition.
   
• UltimateSpinner, the competition. They are in their 4th day with 299 active accounts (one half hour later they are at 327 and picking up steam!)  The Admin has sent out a newsletter and basically says that they will not make the same ADMINISTRATIVE mistake of changing rules as a knee-jerk reaction. • BlackGoldAds/Surf: Go to BlackGoldAds, click on the OLD SITE link, log in, Edit Profile, and make sure your info is still correct. They had a hacker this morning so best check it out.
   
• OK, am going to have to make what may seem to be a negative comment to Bob and eGoldSpinner. I see no reason why the he can’t hire two more Admins/MODs that can process the payments! At $80 per day, that’s no big drain on the reserves! Simply set up a number of e-gold accounts, which they have already done, move money into each one, and assign two or more folks to make payouts from each account!  So it need not be Bob doing it from one account over the weekend! You see? Did they not think of that?  OK, maybe they did not and things will improve.  So that’s my fervent suggestion to keep eGoldSpinner alive. Else I see it going down, probably in the next two to three weeks. So play carefully.
  
  Having said the above, they are still doing well and will not reach their 5000 ACTIVE member cap for another couple of days! So play if you wish.
   
• I see a few programmes moving to a debit card solution, one of which is eGoldSpinner and the other is Phoenixsurf. My own take on that is that they are trying to protect themselves and their members from another INTgold and Stormpay fiasco! Payments will also be simplified.  The security is more tight and will likely not be an issue.
  
  Sure e-gold seems to be secure now, but they simply don’t want to chance it. Well, this will of course take much business away from the various pay processors out there! Including e-gold.  Is it a positive move?  We won’t know for a couple of months.  The questions is funding. If we can’t fund these private debit cards with credit cards then I say forget it. Bank Wires are not enough. Folks don’t have money!  Credit cards are it.  So if these debit cards cannot be funded via credit cards? Then these venues will fail. So time will tell.
  
  Another thought: what is the easiest way for Authorities or Hackers to close down a whole bunch of programmes? Hmm??? Are you getting my thought? It’s by attacking the pay processors!  So this is one key reason why certain programmes are moving to the Debit Card solution!  Especially if that Debit card is issued by a Bank offshore and immune to scrutiny!  Get it?

April 21st (Friday)

• According to the Admin of eGoldSpinner members will only be allowed one withdraw per week starting Sunday night:
   
  “OK This is the update and there maybe some added addendum to it, but this is what is happening so far. Don't panic.
  
  No more withdrawal requests are to be made as from midnight tonight Friday April 21st, this is to give us time to catch up with the backlog of payouts. We emphasize that the no wd requests is server or site time. With the backlog we currently have, I will close down the requests tonite at midnight April 21st.
  
  It is physically impossible as well as mathematically impossible to process more than 2000 payouts per 24 hour period. If you have 5000+ members we would need a week to process one request per customer, comfortably and do the other things that need tended to. We will be allowing one w/d request per week from each customer with a max limit of $3500. We will allow requests to be made only on Sundays between 00:00 and 24:00 (site/server time).
  
  This new procedure will be effective on and from Sunday 23 April.
  
  I will turn off the request button during all other times. This includes the debit card request. This would then take the 6 days to make all the payouts. If we get done earlier than the following Sunday...so be it. If for some reason someone makes a request outside the Sunday time frame...it will be deleted an email will be sent with the reason why. If people can't live on $3500 per week, especially since they didn't have it before this program, then they can go someplace else.
  
  In order to be able to get over this hill that we are presently in and walk on flat land again we are going to change the payouts to once a week. This mean that payouts will be made weekly in the amount of $3,500 maximum.
  
  As members begin to receive their Offshore Debit Card Account they will be able to have more of their funds transferred and it will be a much faster operation for egoldspinners management and members for the future.
  
  This will be the last change that we need to make and we hope that members will not begin to complain about this change, unfortunately we cannot please everyone all the time.
  
  We also have to deal with other problems that may appear like members having login problems, any account problems, answering messages in the forum, all this takes time and it is not fair to keep these members waiting for help.

• If you are getting failed e-mail return notifications and see that your domain name is being used (your e-mail address, the domain part, is being spoofed) then what you need is to log a ticket with your ISP and ask them to create an SPF record for your domain (list all you domains that are being hosted there).  That will prevent spammers from using your domain to send out e-mails (that look like they are coming from you!).

Visa, MasterCard, Global Payments, and Nova Information Systems, Inc. all filed applications requesting that the Clarification Order be vacated and that the Permanent Injunction Order be narrowed to make clear that individuals that used their credit cards to purchase memberships or upgrades retained whatever rights they had under their agreements with their credit card issuer.  These applications were granted by the Court's minute order dated March 27, 2006.  The original Permanent Injunction and the Court's minute order are posted on the Receiver's website:  www.tlennonfor12dailypro.com.
  
  As a result of these orders, investors who used credit cards to invest are not enjoined from exercising self-help vis-à-vis their credit card, but investors that used electronic fund transfers to invest are enjoined from exercising self-help.  Although this may seem like an unfair distinction, the legal rights of each group are different.  The rights of consumers to dispute electronic transfers are limited to unauthorized debits or errors in the amount of debits, but do not provide a right to reverse a transfer because the consumer has discovered that the recipient was perpetrating a fraud. Moreover, all investors and creditors are enjoined from initiating any legal action against 12Daily Pro, LifeClicks or Charis Johnson.
  
  The Receiver's goal is to try and put all investors on the same footing in obtaining a return of their principal.  It is uncertain at this time whether there will be enough funds recovered to achieve that goal.  The Receiver's efforts are focused on recovering funds that rightfully belong to the receivership estate, obtaining records from StormPay and others in order to determine how much each investor transferred to 12Daily Pro, how much each investor received in returns, and how much each investor recovered through chargebacks or electronic transfer returns.  From this information, the Receiver will determine the net claim amount of each investor.  The Receiver anticipates asking permission from the Court to distribute the assets recovered to investors pro rata based on net claim amounts. It is impossible to estimate at this time what likely recoveries will be or when the Receiver may be in a position to make distributions. The Receiver realizes that this is an extremely frustrating situation for investors, but please understand that he is working as diligently as possible to reach a fair and equitable result. • Now because not everyone of you enjoys my BLOG by reading every single entry I have I thought I would summarize what am enjoying the most right now:
  
  1. eGoldSpinner. Yes, do a Ctrl-F on this BLOG and look for it. But let me summarize.  It’s a ponzi. But a good one.  It has been operating since January 9th (giving you up to 65% per day!). And not until a few days ago, has it enjoyed a big influx!  It is enjoying that now, by a rate of about 400 new members per day due to the efforts of myself and of others, but the potential still has not yet been reached! 
  
  Now normally I do NOT recommend such.  But in this case, because of my respect for my Sponsor and he for his, we feel that this one is THE BIG ONE, for now.  Join for free and look around using the Reviews button up top, and Ctrl-F on eGoldSpinner. Join their forum, look around, then decide!  I feel this one is good for AT LEAST another 10+ days.  I don’t like to make such prognostications, but I also hate to hoodwink you!
  
  2. PointShareXtreme: (formerly known as PointShareGold, look for that in my BLOG). Their site is back up and basically this one doubles your money in just 10 days, per share.  That share earns you a percent of all Oil discoveries in the future. Not bad eh?  Not only is your money doubled but as well you get a share in the Oil Business, and.... not sure if this one will come true, but it qualifies you for a $350 Residual each month, one month thereafter!  So check it out using the Reviews button up top.
  
  3. PhoenixSurf continues to be the top AutoSurf. WiredSurf is getting there and have recently changed their plans to become even more aggressive. CompactSurfing is the other horse trying to lead the pack. Currently down to DDoS assaults.  All can be joined via the Reviews button up top.

  In my own Forum (up top), under the PointShareGold thread you will find the new singup/buy instructions inside the Letter you are to send out to your friends/prospects.  It’s very simple now, all I really need to say about that is that it is a SHOPPING CART interface, similar to what you would use at Amazon.com and elsewhere, but simpler. Just remember that you should put your sponsor’s username in CAPS in the Referred by field.
   
• My current thoughts/feelings on eGoldSpinner: (again, use Reviews button to read more and sign up) I'm going to take out daily myself starting today (not because am concerned or anything like that, it is because it is time to PROFIT!) I did that on the first day to see how quickly payments were being honored.  Then I compounded every penny for a few days and starting today I will w/d each day.
  
  I don't like this scuttlebutt about the Banks raising their eyebrows though, as they do too many bankwires to and from their gold exchange.  That's why the max w/d limit of 500.  If I were them I'd set up multiple e-gold accounts and keep cash moving so that limits would not affect them much and not too many bank wires to and from the bank(s). I sent this suggestion to one of the MODs and he replied that it is exactly what they (3 MODs) suggested to Bob. Great.
  
  Am not telling you to get out now (am just taking profit myself).  I think that with this new measure they may decrease the .... pressure.  So how much longer will they last?   You know the thing that always "grabs" me is the imperfect language that is used on a purportedly "Professional" site.  It is usually anything but, if the site is a ponzi game or other outright scam. The Ad Copy on this site is pretty good, but if your grammar is better than theirs then you would notice. For instance:
  
  "DFII is an experienced, professional and registered company dedicated to providing multi-project online investment and service, and we support a truly global client base of private individual." Notice the singular on "individual". Surely it should be plural?  Now I would give them the benefit of the doubt, but they make the same mistake yet again, and again!
  
  "It has developed as an investment vehicle through which private individual may participate in." It's either "private individuals" or "through which a private individual may".  You see?  What's my point?  It's just one of the red flags that comes up for me, signaling that this may not be a "professional" site after all and they may not be trading as they indicate.
  
  Speaking of trading, this one made me laugh: "It pursues its objective by using professional management, technical analysis and event driven techniques to trade on Gold market, Foreign Exchange market and HYIP market."  The language is almost that of a Systems/Computer Analyst and/or Project Analyst who knows some of the terms and lingo that goes with that but then goes on to say that they trade "on Gold Market", rather than "in the Gold Market", and they even trade in the HYIP Market!  Now that's hilarious, given that there is no such "Market". It's an arena filled to capacity with all kinds of ponzis and other scams. So they trade in that? Run!
  
  Yes, they are registered in the Virgin Islands, and the server is in Dallas Texas. Nothing strange about the DNS DD.
  
  They invest in Gold. Here we go: "With DFII online Gold Fever platform you can enjoy investing in gold, which totally operated by our experienced experts."  Which totally operated? And experienced experts? Well, D'Oh!  Doesn't the word expert mean... very experienced?  So an experienced expert is then.... experienced squared? Am sure a Freemason would appreciate that one.
  
  OK, am I making fun of them? Yes, I am. Why? Because I find it very hard to trust someone who is pretending to be honest and telling the truth. The words betray them! Look at this:
  
  "The primary of Gold Rush investment objective is to generate regular income in order to make regular dividend payments to unit holders and the secondary objective is growth of capital."  What? The primary of Gold Rush investment objective is to..... Don't they mean "The primary objective of the Gold Rush Investment plan is to generate....." Right? Why didn't they hire someone who can actually speak English? This just smells like the work of a scammer!  Am not saying it is, am saying that it stinks of it.
  
  By the way, am a reviewer, my English grammar is not in question here. I choose to write the way I write and am perfectly capable of proper grammar. I say this just in case that thought popped into your "head".  "Head" referring to your cranium. No, I won't go into the resonance argument at this moment.
  
  Now here is their Gold Goal Plan: "The primary objective is to seek to achieve regular returns / growth of capital by investing a portfolio of gold market in line with the time profile of the plan with the objective of limited interest rate volatility." I had to read that twice, and very very slowly (as Elmer Fudd would say).  The primary objective is to seek to achieve regular returns? To seek to achieve?  Or to achieve? I would rather that the object were to ACHIEVE, not seek to achieve.  And "by investing a portfolio of gold market in line..."  What? Do they mean "by investing in a portfolio of Gold Market vehicles"?
  
  Do you see what am getting at? It is very difficult for me to believe that this site is under the ownership of Professionals who clearly state what they are actually doing!  It is as clear as is mud!
  
  "DFII is founded by a group of Wall Street Veterans who has more than 10 years experience in the financial market."  There is a dead giveaway right there!  "who has" usually implies one individual. Subconscious slip? Likely.
  
  Now look at their ForEx Market Plan. They are offering 10% weekly!  Whereas the best that can be done in that Market by Professionals, not "experienced experts", is about 10% per month!  Not per week! So they are offering you 40% per month, which also means they must be earning even more so they can have a cut. That's just ludicrous! If it were true, the nearest large Bank would gobble these folks up and use them to trade for the Bank!
  
  I don't need to research this one any further. It's clearly a ponzi scam to me! There's nothing wrong with a good ponzi, provided you know it is a ponzi, they don't deny it, and you play only with what you can afford to lose!  DFII is not such a one.  But a wolf in sheep's clothing. Or it seems that way to me.  Again, let me remind you that this is ONLY my own personal opinion.  I am a reviewer, and I can give bad reviews any time I like.

• Do not use IE for surfing! Or anything else for that matter.  Use FireFox or Mozilla.
   
• Looks like there is a problem with CompactSurfing.com right now (12:35 PM EST).  One of the proxy servers they are using is not responding to http requests.  So effectively they are down right now. I noticed as well that their Forgot Password procedure is not working, at least not for myself (last night).
   
• WiredSurf are making some changes, such as going to a 15% by 9 days so that we can get paid out more quickly, a fee to allow you to get your pay out within 48 hrs as other sites are doing, and a debit card. All sounds good! I think they will now be more competitive.
  
  I am also disturbed that other surf program Admins would contact e-gold and have a value limit placed on their competitors accounts!  If I find out who these are that are doing this, I will not rest in exposing them!  Even if they are in the top 5!  It is a deplorable act and we should not tolerate it!

• Wow. I was reading that long post from the Admin of AsianPay. And you know what? Am impressed by the guy! Very sincere and honest! He’s practically begging us to invest with him!  Not the slick sound of a scammer! I am posting his entire letter to the members here in its entirety. Why? I like it! There are very few folks in this industry that are as honest and heart-felt! He is one of them! Here goes (I’ve corrected some spelling, sure):

  I'm new to this forum and personally I'm not used to surf or participate in HYIP forums. Definetely, I'm not in HYIP and with AsianPay we do not allow HYIP business to use our system to collect money.
  
  This post is just to clarify my "vision" that at the present time is our Company "Vision", right or wrong I don't know and the future will tell us, as always has been for a new venture, where you do not spare any effort in building your Business with honesty and integrity, but until you know the results, you can not say if your Business Plan or your ideas, or your dreamd will become true.
  
  So I will try in quite simple way to explain here why we are different and why our Investors Corner is not an HYIP.
  
  Starting with an HYIP definition that I hope you all can agree with:
  
  HYIP stands for High Yield Investment Program. HYIPs are investment programs normally offered via the Internet. HYIPs are popular because they typically accept investments of $100 or less while offering high returns. The introduction of e-currencies such as e-gold and StormPay (although almost all HYIPs do not use StormPay as of February 2006, see StormPay article for why) has made it easy for HYIPs to operate across international boundaries, and to accept large numbers of small investments. Many HYIPs have turned out to be scams. Scam HYIPs are Ponzi schemes, in which new investors provide the cash to pay a profit to existing investors, which they could then withdraw leaving nothing to pay the new investor. This approach allows the scam to continue as long as new investors are found and/or old investors leave their money in the scheme, known as compounding (because even higher profits are promised). The turnover in HYIPs is high. For example, one website that links potential investors to active HYIPs has a "blacklist" of more than 500 HYIPs that have gone out of business. HYIPs are frequently advertised in spam emails, forums or mailing lists, since people are typically given a commission (for example, 9% of invested funds) when they provide a referral of a new customer. HYIPs typically are not based in the United States, Europe, or Japan - countries that have strong laws against unregistered investment programs.   So what has Asianpay in common with the above definition? Absolutely nothing. And in particular we are completely different fro some very clear points:
  
  1. We ARE NOT AN OFFSHORE COMPANY. We are registered in Thailand, and you can easily do a full Due Diligence from our web site that offer any possible link to all the government agencies and financial agrencies that have verified us. We are not offshore because we have our administrative offices in the Country where we are registered, we do our Business in the Country where we are registered, we have our head offices in the Country where we are registered, we have Thai staff, we pay salaries to Thai staff, we pay tax in Thailand, I'm officialy residing in Thailand, with work permit and permission of stay, I pay my taxes here, I have the social security here. This only should be enough to prove that we are not speaking about an HYIP Company but.. there is more
  
  2. We do not trade in stock exchanges, we do not trade on the market, we do not offer securities of any kind nor we sell securities not we exchange securities.
  
  3. We do not hide anything about us: all the information about our Company are fully displayed on the web site with full addresses, telephone numbers, faxes and if you surf a little bit you will find also information about our full business that is not only Asianpay, being Asianpay Co. ltd. owned from Chiangmai Solutions Co. ltd. that is our holding Company doing business in Thailand from 3 years and that own also In Thai Trading Co. ltd. ( my first Company, 7 years old) that is established and well known in the export business of Thailand products and Handicrafts.
  
  I know all the above sound new to you: HYIP people are probably not used to deal with such a clear REAL BUSINESS and this is how the things are: if you honestly display and share all your information you are less trust-able that the ones that keep them hidden.
  
  This is why probably in the last 4 days, from when we launched our Investors Corner, so many people are speaking about us as a new HYIP privately managed from our Company and because we are not an HYIP and you can not read our offer, and evaluate our business like an HYIP, I'm not surprised reading comments that consider impossible what we are doing. The first important thing to understand The Investors Corner is

  5. In the last 24 hours I have thought a lot and I'm thinking to change much wording in that web site section and probably the name itself: if it was called "Please Get Us A Loan", probably no one would be discussing it already.
  
  6. Yes a Loan. Because practically this is what we are doing. A little bit of history to explain. We started Asianpay Payments in June 2005 with the aim to cover some needs for honest merchants and small businesses not only in Asia but worldwide. We had about 3 months testing and we have really opened the full business including Credit card deposits in September 2005. Is well known that many Asian Customers have a good acknowledgment of e-gold exchange business and related businesses. We were pushed by the members on one side, we were pushed also by some of our shareholders on another side (because Asianpay has 33 shareholders from almost 10 different Countries in the world - real shareholders, that paid the shares and that have vote rights) and we decided to add to the standard Payment processor business the e-gold exchange business trying to offer e-gold deposits and withdrawal at the lower fees. In the beginning we were accepting deposits from PayPal, E-gold, IntGold, MoneyBookers, Emo and Credit cards.
  
  We were a small Company but with an honest effort and the willing to grow. Many probably knew what happened between October and March: just a few weeks after we started IntGold was visited by the FBI. We lost in it nearly 1,000 USD but all our members got their money even if we still have to get, and we will never get them back, US$ 650 from IntGold. A few bucks, I know there are business that have lost ten or 100 times us in IntGold. Then MoneyBookers, that was bringing us a good business. Many people were interested in getting their money out from there and deposited to e-gold.
  
  Our MoneyBookers account is still opened ( with US$ 100 in it ) but we can not use it because MoneyBookers does not want other payment processors to use them. They also claimed that 3 transactions we received were fraudulent. In a few words, like happened with PayPal we are considered to be responsible for their lack of security. They allowed someone to be registered with them and to use a fake Credit card to transfer money to us. Instead of prosecuting the criminal act they shut down our account. Nice way to interpret the law.
  
  PayPal is a different matter: Paypal was real like providing an important service. We have many businesses in Asia, honest businesses, like Thailand Companies selling handicrafts online, that have to accept Paypal, just because, sorry nothing personal with anyone here, it seems that on Internet if the business does not look like it is coming from the USA it is not trustable and if you do not use Paypal you do not get paid. I asked myself many times: but is it not possible that this way of doing things should not be of interest to the AntiTrust commission? What we were almost doing with Paypal services was to allow our members to deposit the money in Asianpay and then to get the money withdrawn to their bank Account.
  
  JUST TO MAKE IT CLEAR: we have a very strict verification and certification process, in compliance with Thailand and International Money laundering acts, and only verified or certified members was able to use this service. As per MoneyBooker we got a charge-back on a transaction from a member (blood-sucking people are always present on Internet) and we followed up on PayPal dispute policy honestly not hiding anything about our Company. Of course Paypal had to freeze our account because they also do not allow other payment processors to use them.
  
  And then EMO: anyone knows what is happening to them, so we can not use them anymore because they are not available at the present time.
  
  Just to speak about a due diligence on us and about our honesty, we had thousands of dollars locked in these situations, and we never made even one of our members wait for their money. Just ask them.
  
  We have covered any situation on our own, with our own investment and cash flow, like should be for an honest Company that protect its capital: THE CUSTOMERS.
  
  And as per today we are here, opened, with nearly 9,000 active members doing our honest job day by day, and looking for new solutions to grow the business, to offer better services, to offer better fees.
  
  And we are here to continue our e-gold exchange, trying a solution that allows less fee to us, that means less fees to our members.
  
  The only solution I can see is to become exchangers on our own without having to rely on third parties exchangers that ask to us from the 2% to the 3% to sell to us the e-gold that we sell to our customers at the 4%
  
  Asianpay is a global business.. as soon as the number of merchants accepting Asianpay payments will grow our profit also will grow and this is not depending on egold business that is a separate section of asianpay.
  
  From all the above consideration was born The Investors Corner. As a way to get money from our members to be used in our business in exchange of interests, like a normal loan, with an established length and established interest to be paid.
  
  Now I think I do not have to explain here in full which are our profits right now, I will do with our shareholders in the occasion of the annual meeting, but if you look at our fees and if I tell you, that being a small Company like we still are, we have moved in out in 6 months nearly 1,000,000 USD probably everything about the Investors Corner could sound more logical to you.
  
  The last section of this post would be some kind of FAQ to anticipate your comments so that I will not be charged of lack of answering:
  
  1. Where do you get the money to pay interests?
  Simply from our profit. You loan the money to us for an established time we generate profit from that money we share the profit we generate with you. And the end of the period the money are always here and we pay back the principal to you.
  
  2. Why you say the money are always there?
  Because we do not trade, we do not sell stocks, we do not buy stocks, we do not sell securities. You give us US$ 10.00 in egold we have someone that give us US$ 10.40 to get in egold the US$ 10.00 you gave us. The 0.40 are the profit and we pay you part of it and we have your US$ 10.00 here. We put them back in gold because someone deposit to Asianpay from egold 10.00 and request a withdraw, so we have again the US$ 10.00 in e-gold and we send to the member the cash. Then someone buy again the same US$ 10.00 in egold.........and so....and so.....
  
  3. Ok but how you can be sure that any day you pay interest all the money you got from investors are used everyday and generate profit everyday to cover the interests?
  
  Well after nearly 10 months online, we can say we know our turn over and you should believe it. If you do not believe this, you do not believe in our Company, in our Business so just do not loan the money to us. We have already explained many time, and this what makes us different also from an HYIP, that any plans has limits. Not only the minimum and maximum but also the full amount of investment we receive in that plan. We do not want to have here money that do not generate profit, because having to pay daily interests, the Company was going to loose money in this way and in the long term to fall down. This is why we reserve the right to stop any plan at any moment. This means that the plan will not be available for new investment while the ones already ongoing will be completed.
  If for any reason the business will not grow as expected, the worst you can expect is that we close the Investors corner, pay back the principals, and go ahead with our Payment Processor Business.
  
  I understand that some plan could sound strange compared to the others or sue-less. We have just opened them, we have to fine tuning the offer and on this matter I have to admit that any suggestion will be truly appreciated, but there is one point that have to stay like it is: in our opinion longer the plan is higher should be the interest but lower the amount is lower should be the interest. This probably can explain the way the plans are.
  
  4. This is a great question: If the reason fro this program is to raise financial power, why do not request it to the offical financial channels?
  
  Well have you ever been to Thailand? We are a Thailand registered Company, we abide by Thailand law and we live in Thailand. Do you know the Thailand financial market? There is NOT any way to access to any financial source unless you are a Public Company listed at the stock exchange and with tons of collateral. Thailand Economics has not developed yet any kind of Business Credit System. The only loan operated at the present time in Thailand are House Loans or the small Consumer Credit ( buy Stereo, television, computers, cars etc etc by monthly payments). This is not what we are looking for ( I mean we do not need to pay monthly to buy a Computer for our offices) and there is no way to get more.
  
  
  I want to close making a point: we have thousands of members that can tell you how much we are committed to honesty and integrity: we have probably the best support that a payment processor ever had, answering to any tivcket requests in minutes when we can or any way in a few hours, and there are plenty of boards and forum around the world where this is clearly written from our members.
  
  In 10 months we never had a charg-eback from our Credit cards gateway, no complaints, no claim, no refund requests, no disucssion with our clients. I'm pretty happy with these results and I'm proud to say: Asianpay have been born to be different and we are different.
  
  We are trying to offer something new on Internet and there are plenty of good reasons why merchants have to start to use Asianpay and not only from Asia. From the lower fees, to the safety of the system, to the fact that with our policy all our sales are almost charge-back free and much much more....
  
  The above are also the reasons why our members can trust us and decide to GET US A LOAN. because The Investors Corner is just that simple: please, help us..give us a loan and get a share of our profit.
  
  And in conclusion our members answer could be Yes or Not, accordingly to the level of confidence we are able to create with our daily work and results, but please, do not compare us to an HYIP and do not start to discuss if we are a scam and if we are going to run away with your money.
  
  Where you want me to go with 3 Opened and working Companies and no time to look at a movie because of my commitment to the business. Not even the time to buy an airplain ticket to go back to Italy to visit my mother, because I'm from Italy, born in Genova and living in Brescia for 30 years, and moved to Thailand 8 years ago with the export only in mind. everything else was born later, but this is another story.

• Remember to read Saturday’s BLOG entry as it is pretty long and there is some useful info there, I think.
   
• 8:10 PM EST: Well, if you read the BLOG earlier you would have seen that I said my PC was hit my a virus despite all protection (Norton, Spyware Doctor, etc. all running). I started having problems after I downloaded the VOIP conferencing software (conference.exe) from the link at eGoldSpinner.  Windows froze in the middle of typing in the send box.  I had to reboot, tried it again, same thing happened. Finally, after rebooting my desktop would not come up properly! So I gave up and today spent quite a bit of time trying to fix it. I started up Windows in Safe mode (F8) and ran Spyware Doctor, AD-aware SE, Registry Mechanic, no errors! Then I ran Norton and it found one virus after about 2 hours. I deleted the virus. Rebooted, desktop would not come up at all.  I was about to give up and re-install windows when I decided to run Evidence Eliminator (use Reviews button to find my review). It took 3 hours to run (Safe Restart mode), Windows rebooted, nothing. After about the third RESTART Windows loads properly, but I can’t click on anything! So I finally ran Windows in Safe Mode again, but also chose to option to go back to a previously known good profile, and.... Windows comes up, nothing.  Restart again, and this time I see the Evidence Eliminator message telling me my system is being updated!  Finally, it works!  Whew!
   
• eGoldSpinner still working like a charm. You won’t believe how much I have in there!  So I won’t mention it.  Am going to try a withdrawal maybe tomorrow, but after I see what’s going on in the Forum re payouts. If payouts under $1K are happening within 24 hours I may go for it, else not. No sense in wating for a payout when I can make anouther 50 to 60 percent on that! Oh and they are processing payments under $999 because the Bank was also closed for Holidays, so I guess they can’t move any money into the e-gold account. Apparently they have sent out a newsletter so check your e-mail box.
  
  Signups are increasing steadily so that’s a good sign. And I see from the paid thread that people are being paid! And looks like the w/d limit is now $500 per day.  Well, am ok with that. Others who have VIP plans are not. I’m not sure why the limit, as if the withdrawal is to e-gold, it won’t raise any flags with any banks.  Any flags that may be raised are on the end user’s end, if that end user transfers more than a couple of thousand to their Bank Account. In any case, you can discuss all this in their Forum. There is a debit card coming as well!  Am happy so far!  Very happy indeed!
  
  I myself would not advise anyone to put in a large chunk of money into this. You may find it takes a very long time to get it all out! And who knows if this programme will survive that long?  So be cautious! Play with only what you can really afford to lose, and not lose sleep over!

• Some advice re eGoldSpinner: If you know that a pending w/d will take some time because of the Easter Holidays, don’t w/d! Instead re-spend, else you lose 50% each day they don’t process it (or lose out, I should say).  And I failed to think of this yesterday when I made a w/d request. Of course it sat about 3/4 of a day without being processed. What was I thinking? I could have made 50% of my w/d!!!!! So folks, I would say that today, and tomorrow, and perhaps even Monday (and maybe Tuesday) don’t make a w/d because they are behind so it will take a few days to process w/d’s before they can get back to normal.  So in the meantime, why not let that money earn?  (I canceled my w/d request and it’s back in this morning, 9:15 AM, to earn me a few more 50%’ers.)
  
  Oh and stay out of the VIP plans.  There is no way that a ponzi can pay those out. It will merely stall this game, like a cycler, if funds don’t come in quickly enough to cover those large payouts.  Those VIP plans are NOT good for this game and I wish Admin would take them out. Unfortunately it’s no good posting this in their forum and the posts will just get removed.
   
• Did you see that Advert by True Money? One time payment of 29.99$ will get you some ridiculous $300 Grand or so? It’s a 9 level matrix! Good luck filling it.  Probably will take every man, woman, child, and a few dogs here in there to make that cash! These things never work out. At least not for most of us. Maybe the guy at the top will make some big bucks on it.  Just stay away from these one time payment types. I’ve been in a few in my younger years.  You would be just tossing good dollars down a black hole.  What you can’t see is that there is a wormhole attached to opening of the black hole and at the other end is the Admin’s pocket
  
  7DollarsMagic is another one of these. Turn $7 into some odd $900K! That sure is magic.  And in just a few weeks.  Ummmmm..... fried scam.  Yet, most folks don’t have a clue about these, and what’s $7 anyway, right? So they go for it.  I would not.
   
• Looks like OnlineEarningCenter may be gone.  A scam after all? I have not received an e-mail from Admin since April 7th, 2006. And no payments except for one, near the beginning.  Site is gone. Admin is MIA (Missing In Action).
   
• You know, I have to congratulate CompactSurfing (sign up using the Reviews button up top). The timer countdown is just fast enough that you don’t want to leave the screen!  I’ve noticed this more than once now. Whereas in the surf programs that have a timer of 16+ seconds I find myself leaving the screen to answer an e-mail or two; with Compactsurfing I just sit there and watch the darn ads!  It’s brilliant! I think they have found the right attention span for us TV watchers with Attention Deficit Disorder (most of us now), that our attention span is just long enough to see one ad before another one comes up and our attention is refreshed! But sites like Phoenixsurf (manual surf), I find I go away to do something else and forget to come back to surf another page! By that time it may even have timed out and I have to log back in (and the log in is a pain in the butt, as it does not work with my password manager, so I keep having to type in the email address and password all over again; and if I’ve had a few drinks I mistype it, of course, har!).
  
  What about DadnDaves?  It’s a nuisance!  The timer is about 20 seconds, it start’s counting down, I go to do something else, timer ends before I can get ANYTHING else done, screen (focus) goes to DadnDave’s, I have to quickly flip back to what I was doing, and....arhhhhh... am pulling my hair out! It’s just a disturbance in the FORCE!
  
  WiredSurf is ok. 20 second timer, not as fast in countdown as DadnDaves, it seems, and does not grab the focus away from what am doing by flipping to it’s screen.  That means I can usually answer a few e-mails and it works happily in the background. Usually it finishes surfing the required pages before I even notice! That’s of course good for me, but not good for a legitimate advertising venue.
  
  BlackGoldAds/Surf? I don’t even want to talk about it.  Maybe I will after they finally pay me! No.... I will say something! The darn thing gets stuck without my knowledge and I find out a half hour later that it’s only surfed 2 pages! 24 second timer! My attention span is NOT that long, so I can’t just sit there and stare at the ad! Very poor planning folks!

• Finally someone has found more proof that SolidInvestment.com is a scam. When I first reviewed it I linked them to Jungle Ventures and since then refused to list them.  Now we have further info that clearly shows who the scammer/spammer is and to which other scams he is linked to. Thanks to Bob for sending me that info.
  
  By the way, simply getting e-gold to put a limit on the guy's account won't be enough to shut him down if he's a smart scammer. A smart scammer would be removing funds from the main e-gold account into another account on a daily basis! Or even more frequently! So someone here needs to be active and check each day which account they are using and report that to e-gold several times a day (if it changes).

  The scam is being run by Alex Polyakov, out of the Ukraine. He's a major scammer, already perpetrating the 'Ryan Kelly
  Jungle Ventures' scam, the w-e-gold.com scam and the Dornstetten Deutsche e-gold scam.
  
  In fact, the SOLIDINVESTMENT.COM website says that they are 'Jungle Ventures', and lists the same Belize address as was used
  in the original 'Ryan Kelly Jungle Ventures' scam, and in the w-e-gold.com scam.
  
  He's also a spammer. In fact, he's one of the world's largest spammers, with a Spamhaus.org ROKSO designation. The spams he
  sends out are for mortgage refinancing phishing scams and fake diploma scams.

• Here is a scenario that I worked out (hope it’s right) whereby one puts in $1000 into eGoldSpinner, and takes out 50% of the ROI (which is 50% of the spend) each day and puts back 50%, as a fresh transaction. I will post other scenarios if anyone wishes (such as 60%, 0/100, or 60%, 30/70) Of course the numbers below are not as great as you would wish, but remember we are taking out one half of the earnings each and every day!  Now if someone would like the spreadsheet I can send it as an Open Office Spreadsheet (Open Office is free at http://OpenOffice.org ) or as an Excel Spreadsheet, just indicate the version and I will send it.  It allows you to set the daily ROI and how much is being put back in daily. Sorry, I don’t take into account any fees and you can continue the spreadsheet beyond 14 days yourself, as well as add any extra money on any of the days.  I leave that one up to you.

There is no way to invite, and accept, that many members that would account for the exponential growth!  So it is hoped, especially by the Admin, that you don’t know about this and will not do it! Or will do it, and let’s see what happens!  Surely you understand that if you get $11 Grand on your $1 Grand in just 14 days that this thing will fold within a matter of days? So the Admin will educate you on the virtue of compounding!  So that you are delayed in taking your money out! So I would suggest to you that you better take out your init spend ASAP!  That way you don’t lose in this game! And I warn you yet again.  Let’s just hope this one runs a while longer. And again, there is no point in making a w/d request over this weekend, so put it back in. Else you don’t gain anything.  You may lose in any case, but then again, who knows? They may just get enough folks in for you to make a few bucks over what you put in. 

Finally, as a scammer, I would not tell you any of that. But as someone looking out for you?  I did.  The above table is just too fantastic. Let us hope that only my readership has seen this. The rest?  It’s their Karma. Their Destiny. No one told them to play with what they cannot afford. Right? Well, maybe someone has told them otherwise. But, it’s still up to them to do their own research.  And most of all, to listen to their own conscience. For it will not lead them wrong.  Ever. If they have been deceived then it is by their own desire, their own ego.

I have to say one more thing.  If the Admin sticks to this attitude of little or no work over the Easter Holidays?  This will kill the programme. So get your init spends out now, I think I have told you this many times.  Get your init spends out! (But of course, you are stuck because of the backlog... so on Monday and/or Tuesday, get the max out so you get your init spend out without loss!) Unless I see other signs and tell you something else on Sunday and/or Monday.

A programme like this has to be kept up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without fail!  Else it goes down!  Holidays are not acceptable!

  I took a brief look at it and it seems very honest and tells you the truth, rather than trying to scam you.
   
• eGoldSpinner: Am not sure why they are moving to a new system/script.  The one they are using now, GoldCoders, is not confusing at all. Most tasks are automated, including withdrawals, if they dare do that and risk being hacked. So that’s the only area that is people-intensive.  Maybe they will move to a script that does not create separate transactoins? (So additional spends are added to the existing spend?) Who knows, we’ll see.
  
  Having re-read their announcement of yesterday it seems to me they are not moving to a new script, but are simply changing some of the procedures. The big change is that the min. w/d is $100 and there is no maximum. As well, w/d request may take 2 to 3 days of processing.  I think this is a case of not being prepared for the huge influx. On the day that I posted them they were at around 800 in membership count.  One day later they jumped by half that! And they seem to be growing by 400 a day!
  
  In any case, the full announcement appears just below, in the April 13th entry
  
  I will warn you again! Make sure you have taken out your init spend by now. It’s been over 3 days for some or most of you and at 50% a day, you’re in profit and should have taken that out. If you have not, then do so at your earliest opportunity. That way no matter what happens, you won’t be hurt.
   
• I have just noticed that the Compounding option is nowhere to be found on eGoldSpinner.  So now you will have to pay attention each day. Sign in at about the same time every day as when you made your spend. The 50%+ is deposited right into your internal account there and if you wish to compound you have to use Make a Deposit to Account (or the one above that but make sure you put the radio button for FROM ACCOUNT to ON). Well, this is not true compounding, because a separate transaction will be generated. So you basically lose the ability to grow it into the next category and hence higher percentage. Below is what a MOD says about it, but I notice they have taken away compounding entirely, else am blind?
  
  “As we live, we learn. We have discovered the "compounding" feature in this script in not the standard process you are familiar with in other programs. In reality, it s a "re-spender". In a thumbnail, the interest generated does not earn interest.
  
  1. each spend (daily) has a life of 5 days.
  2. at any point with those 5 days you may select a % for respending
  3. That selection applies ONLY to that spend and for the rest of it's 5 day life unless you change it.
  4. if for example you select 50% on day 3, the program will respend 50% of the interest due for you original deposit on day 4 and day 5, and put the remainder in you account balance.
  5. the respent interest on days 4 and 5 are NEW spends and are not affected by the 50% selection you made on day 3. Those new spends will earn the appropriate interest for 5 days just as any other new spend and that interest will be put into you account balance.
  
  Two other points:
  1. if the respent interest is below the 50$ min for the daily plan, it will still be put into action and earn 50% for 5 days. This is the only situation where you will have a spend below minimums and still earn interest.
  2. I would suggest you do manual compounding if you wish to enjoy the benefits of true compounding. It gives you more control and flesibility.” - there you have it, I see that compounding is gone entirely.
  
  W/D less then $1000 will be paid within 24 hours. W/D over $1000 will be paid in 3 -5 days. They will be prioritized in some manner as to make their payment as quick as possible.
  
  There will be NO more in pays or out pays by Bank Wire, Western Union, or direct deposits. Only E-currency will be used UNTIL the account/debit cards are received. At that time you will be allowed to use those but they aren't a choice YET as no one has them.

  any withdrawals he has received. It is not our intent to run  anyone away,
  but rather improve the program for everybody's benefit.
   
  Benefits
  1. your account balance will show what is happening with  your funds within
  24 hours.  You will by then know whether the funds are working or pending.
  2. All withdrawal requests will be handled the same way, through the
  program script.  No more support tickets for one type and  automatic for
  another.
  3. More people will be attending to the business  of processing your orders.
  4. Fewer mistakes will be made.
  5.   You will have a better idea of when you will be paid.
   
  Withdrawals
  1. You simply go into your member area and request a  withdrawal (regardless
  of amount).  There will be a comment box to  insert the required information not
  specifically asked for by the  form.
  2. This will generate a list that we can retrieve and process those
  requests.
  3. The MINIMUM limit for a withdrawal request in  $100. At the very least,
  a member will have earned that much within four  days.
  4. All requests $1000 or less will be processed within 24 hours.
  5. Requests for more than $1000 will prioritized but should be  paid with
  3-5 business days. Our goal will be to do them  sooner.
  Plan accordingly.
  7. The moderators will be assigned  to process the egold and ebullion

• eGoldSpinner is chugging along quite nicely! Some else is complaining that the compounding is not working properly, and so you should set your compounding to zero and respend yourself! I don’t advise this!  The compounding is working just fine for me!  Plus it goes into the same transaction! Not separate transactions, if you were to do it manually!  So I would say that’s bad advice unless you are truly convinced that the proven script (if paid for) is not compounding correctly.
   
• Wow, it feels like the old days of cyclers and hyips that give you $500 a day or more! I started with $250 and am now near $1K due to compounding (yes, I feel safe enough in this one to do that), and will tomorrow set it to 50/50 so that I get out $500 USD a day and let the rest compound!  I hope you have your init spend out by now, or will soon!  Then you can play as you like with the rest!  I do suggest something like 30/70 or 50/50, rather than the full 100%, as you do want to take some profit and be happy. Am sure this one will last another 12+ days as yet another group list has just picked this one up.  This is the best news I could give you so far!  And it’s good.

• PrivateOpps is taking too long coming backup.  Perhaps the VPN setup is taking too long and is too complex for them?  I know that this is no easy thing to do.  It will work for a number of “employees” and a “comapny” but for several thousand members?  Doubtful. Maybe they came across that stumbling block? I mean, each one of you would have to have your PC set up for that VPN connection, and it is no easy task!  Basically VPN is tunneling through the IP network (the Internet), so that it makes it look like you’re on a private network. No easy thing to set up as many ISPs don’t even support that feature!  So am not sure what to say about this.  I guess we just have to wait.

• I received my first withdrawal from eGoldSpinner!  In just under 6 hours from the time of my request!  Excellent!
  
  Be careful in how you read their e-mails!  After you make the w/d request you will get an e-mail saying you requested a w/d. Then you will get a second e-mail instructing you in how to re-spend from your account, rather than going through an e-gold w/d and then a buy. The third e-mail will tell you that your w/d request has been processed! Now, do wait at LEAST 12 hours before you inundate them with “where is my withdrawal” e-mails.
  
  Please be sure on how you set your compounding!  If you set it to 100% then you will not have anything to withdraw!  As all of it will go back in. If you set it to 50% then you will get 50% going back in and 50% for you to withdraw.

Once that is successful, am going to put in a much larger amount! Because then I will know that this one is serious in sticking around and will make some big waves in this game. But I want you all to be cautious! Or, if you can afford to lose it, then go with the wind! But only if you can!

  I could not find a way to verify their certificate of registration in Panama.  The websites are all in Spanish and there did not seem to be a way to search for a Company.  Plus their image capture (gif) of their Registration is not the actual document but a translated one!  With the Company name overlapped all down the page. Why, I don't know. But certainly it is not the Original Certificate and am not sure why they don't show the Original.
  
  So it's a pretty slick setup.  I don't know if these guys are legit. I would like to see them provide specific instructions on their DD page as to how to verify that what they are saying is true.  Right now they don't!
  
  I also received a reply from CompactSurfing Admin. I asked them why they were posting incorporation documents that were not the originals! The originals are in Spanish.  The reply was to the effect that folks find it hard to read Spanish documents! That’s not a very good answer! I certainly have not trouble reading Spanish, as there are quite a few words in common with English.  So now they’ve uploaded more documents, in Spanish and English. They also are afraid to publish the originals because they think others will use them to represent themselves. Am not sure how.
  
  I also asked them to give us a source on the internet whereby we can research and find out if the Company is really listed as a true Company in Panama.  The answer was to I can search in the Archives in Panama or to ask some lawyers because they know how to do it.  OK, sure, let me get on my private jet plane, because am so rich, and fly to Panama to check the Archives. Or....maybe use all that money I have to hire a lawyer to do that for me, just to verify that these folks are legit. They also asked me not to use the names of the Admins in my review, but to use the Principals who registered the Company, because the Admin were not the ones who registered it.
  
  Oh and the server is NOT in the USA, but in Europe.  They are using some kind of proxy in the USA to make it look like they are being hosted in the USA, but are not.
  
  Seems to me that if we really wanted to catch these folks, if they ever decide to run, we would not be able to!  The server is not in the USA, neither is the Registrar, nor the Company. So they are immune to SEC and FBI scrutiny.  Cool.  OK, so who’s going to play in this one now? I think I don’t need to publish my short review of this one now. Do you?

• Some good news re eGoldSpinner.  There is a small possibility that this is not entirely a ponzi! Well, either way, this one looks like the next big one! And should last at least another month, maybe more.  People are diving in! Sign up or just look around using the Reviews button up top, then Ctrl-F on eGoldSpinner.
  
  Yes, today their e-gold account got limited by some complainer.  They quickly switched to another account and are dealing with the situation so that it does not happen again. Am I worried?  No, not yet.  Seems they are quick on their feet.  Again, remember, spend only $50 and recover it as quickly as you can. I myself am going to set my compounding to 70% so I can get out 30% daily, which means in just 3+ days I will have recovered my spend. After that it’s not my money!  But I will keep taking 30% profit.
  
  They have picked up over 500 accounts in just 24 hours!  A very good sign.
   
• I was just sitting outside, enjoying the Sun, and strange thought entered my cranium via the pineal gland. Basically... what if Organized Crime moved in on the World Wide Web?  I mean, surely Organized Crime, let’s call it OC, would not be blind to the possibilities of making a lot of cash on the ‘net? Say via HYIPs, auto-surfs, and even electron chain letters? What if OC used their deep pockets to create state of the art servers, state of the art network, with several blocks of IP addresses?  So what would be the ingredients of a major OC initiative on the ‘net?  Let’s see:
  
  - they’d need proxy servers, for annonimity,
  - a network they could control, with all those fancy servers
  - a registrar that they could control
  - a public FORUM where they could push their own scams, staffed by a whole bunch of pushers/talkers, who lurk not only in their main FORUM but in others
  - their own site designers and “experts” that would look like they are experts in their respective fields of investment
  - either own their own debit card company or be in cahoots with an existing one, to quickly remove funds at various ATMs all over the world, especially those without a daily limit
  
  Seems doable to me!  And if I could think of it, am sure others already have.  As that thought, after all, did not originate in my cranium! But was rather picked up by the network of Cell Phone towers, and carried (as a carrier on a waveform) to my cranium because the resonant frequency used by cell phones (and towers) is in the same range as the resonant frequency of the human cranium.  OK, perhaps I diverge!  Must be that ADHD/ADD caused by my TV set.

Of course, I couldn't confirm that with Companies House UK because, as I mentioned, Investdot LLP does not exist.
  
  There's plenty more information like this linking the two programs, and both are sloppy scams in their own right, without help from the other. Here's a humorous Investdot factoid, direct from their site: http://www.investdo.com/careers . On this page, you'll find that Investdot is part of a larger organization "that operates the actives that make up in total 110 billions pounds". First, it is absurd to think that a company incorporated in London, England would put such poor English on their website. Moreover, look around at the websites of legitimate financial businesses (any bank will do). Even if English isn't the first language of the website, the English translation is flawless. Now, take this and the many other typos, misspellings, and grammatical errors on ID's website into consideration: Would a company that is part of an organization managing "110 billions pounds" permit these mistakes, showing a sign of incompetence while also attempting to market to potential investors? NO! Also, "110 billions pounds"? According to the current exchange rate, that is $191,420,864,874.27 USD. Yes, 191.4 BILLION dollars. Yes, that is more than the gross domestic product of many countries around the globe, and more capital than all but the largest banks have under management. It's absolutely ridiculous to assume this figure is correct, or that the financials mumbo-jumbo you find further down on the "Careers" page is accurate. What a crock.
  
  Speaking of that financials data on that page, it looks like Investdot's arm of the larger organization controls "20 billion pounds" or approx. $35 billion USD. Assuming that is the case, let's ask how many customers they have. According to the site (upper-right part of the "Careers" page), the answer is 40,000. Sounds like quite a few, right? But, let's divide $35,000,000,000 by 40,000. The answer: $875,000 is the average amount *per customer*. Assuming that most all the funds under management supposedly belong to customers (as with mutual fund brokerages, etc.), one can't help but chuckle a bit at how farcical ID's backstory is. rofl4.gif Good for a laugh, but some will be taken in.
  
  Some will "invest" know this is a scam with a ponzi structure paying out now, playing the odds that it will last long enough to put them in profit. Vasco, for example, passed the 6 month mark about a week ago. ID is only about 2 months old. But, they could close at any time. If that is all you are concerned about - go ahead and gamble. But, if you have any kind of problem participating in and empowering such a (poorly constructed) scam, aside from uncertainty about the likelihood of making a profit, then you might think twice about "investing" here.”

• You know? Making money on the ‘net?  It’s all about focus! Where is your attention? Is it scattered all over the place? Over many projects?  Over many opportunities?  Well, that’s your problem, you see, you’re a vital type.  You have lots of energy for starting new projects but your attention lapses and moves on to other projects without completing the ones you started! So are you a vital type of character?  The solution for this one is to maintain a focus on one or two projects and follow all the steps to completion! DO NOT start yet another project!
  
  Are you a peculiar type? Are you flighty? Do you have an insatiable interest in things obscure?  Hidden? Are you thin?  Not grounded? Always seems like you’re out-of-body?  Unable to focus on a project? That’s your problem! So what do you do?  Get grounded! Eat more protein!  Focus your attention on the task at hand. Focus on the material aspects of things.
  
  Are you a solid type?  Grounded? But keep to yourself?  This is the type of personality that can get things done. But if you go out of balance, get grounded again.  Solid foods, proteins.  Focus your attention on one or two projects and persevere!

  There are many people in this world that spend their life in pursuit of wealth.  That pursuit in itself is not bad.  But unfortunately, most of those people pursue that wealth to the exclusion of nearly everything else in their lives.  You will also find that most people in search of wealth, particularly in the age of the internet, want to achieve that wealth want to do so faster and faster and with less and less effort. Once upon a time people strived for success in life; now many strive instead for wealth.  This disturbing trend is breeding a community of people who are driven by greed.
  
   
  
  I am sad to say that my past venture fed this trend. While I thought I was building a meaningful and successful business that was helping many people, I didn’t see what was happening underneath the surface. I was focused on the creativity and mechanics of operating a site and serving thousands of people well. I saw a revolution in advertising; my staff and some of the people who participated with the website I ran saw that too. But it turns out we were in the minority. The majority of people saw a way they believed could help them get-rich-quick. I have come to understand that it didn’t matter what I believed the site to be or what I said it was. What mattered was the perception.  And finally coming face to face with that perception last month shook me to the core.
  
   
  
  At first I was flabbergasted, then angry, then sad.  I saw lies, misrepresentations, deceptions, manipulations, threats, and worse. I have never in my life lived through such a surreal experience. I had worked for nearly a year, 7 days a week, usually over 12 hours a day building something that crumbled before my eyes. Then one day, in the middle of the nightmare, it dawned on me that the root of everything that had happened.  I had worked myself ragged building a business that, whether I intended it to our not, perpetuated the get-rich-quick mentality.
  
   
  
  I had created something that went against every value I have had in my life and everything I believe in as a Christian. Against hard work, creativity, ingenuity, I might not have seen it while I was in the middle of it, but God did. There was no way he was going to let that stand or thrive. And it wasn’t until I came to accept that fact and asked for forgiveness that I could see how and why I would survive everything that had happened.
  
   
  
  A large majority of people, unfortunately, have not learned anything from my experience. There are many people who have launched almost identical businesses, continuing the same horrible cycle. More disturbing, most of the participants have not learned anything from the experience.  They continue to participate in that cycle of greed and are looking for and finding many programs that will pay them more, faster, and for less effort.  The risk of government sanctions doesn’t phase them because the call of the dollar is to enticing. But I don’t blame these people who are participating.  If anything, I blame myself for helping perpetuate it.
  
   
  
  But it is that fact that has led me to what I believe to be my new calling.  Something that I created helped perpetuate this cycle and I now I feel a responsibility to do everything I can to help end it or at the very least help as many people walk away from it as possible.  Everything I do from this point forward in my career will be about making ammends for my past mistakes.  All my future ventures will be focused on helping re-educate the internet community. I want to encourage you all to focus not on pursuing wealth, but on building success in business and in life.
  
   
  
  There’s a saying, “Give a man a fish and he’ll eat for a day.  Teach him how to fish and he’ll eat forever.” I want to teach you how to fish. But then she goes on to say that basically her life’s purpose now is to teach us how to be successful in business and in life! And that is entirely contradictory to the message that nothing lasts, that nothing that is of not of God will prevail, succeed, and so on. That true happiness is found in God, not in success in business life and ordinary human life!  Happiness is already there! But we choose to throw it away by pursuing business success, and many other successes! This is NOT the Word of God or for God.  She says that God has caused her business to fail (pretty well, yet God does not directly intervene in our business success or failure, we do), and then goes on to take up a life teaching us how to succeed in business!
  
  There is something quite wrong here. I feel that she has not yet learned her lessons, nor received any real Guidance from the Lord.  I am no authority on that, all I can do is use my heart and my reason (and what I have studied about this matter of God). Illogical, as Spock would say! You see, it’s not about being poor, nor rich, it’s about chasing idols! You see?

I don’t know if this is a hoax or not, but best be safe and not open any attachments whatsoever, even if you are “protected” by Norton/Symantec or McAfee or AVG or some other anti-virus software.  Apparently this virus will wipe out your primary hard disk.
   
• I found the following info on the e-gold hack in DrunkOnLife’s BLOG for today and feel it is important enough to summarize here.  Use Windows Explorer and go into your WINNT or Windows folder/directory, then go to the System32 folder and see if you can locate these two files: gdiwxp.dll and gdiw2k.sys, if you can, then you’re infected, do not attempt to log in to your e-gold account. Delete those files!  To do that download Security Task Manager.  As well, read the post about how to get a chargeback done against Stormpay in the same BLOG.
   
• Ignore the “Restore your e-gold account access” e-mails that appear to be coming from the Account Robot at e-gold. They are not coming from e-gold!
   
• Well I held off evaluating ETHOS FR and am glad I did. Although the Company does have a reformulator product, what has come to light are some of the folks involved, like Dan Atkinson of WallStreet Doubler/Alliance fame!  He took us for suckers to the tune of several hundred grand!   I finally got my problem solved when the people at e-gold helped me regain control of my account, get new passphrase, etc. They were very cooperative and helpful.  So now I do not have to worry anymore about getting my pending payouts.
   
  As you know PhoenixSurf had denied my request to send to a new e-gold account.   I sent them another email requesting that they reconsider their decision, but they just never responded, which I felt was quite unprofessional.  But that way, they can just deny the communication I guess. Ha.
   
  I guess the one thing that people who are in with PhoenixSurf need to remember, is that if their e-gold is directly hacked, they will get no cooperation from PhoenixSurf, and they need to contact e-gold immediately, via phone.   Another thing, is to make sure you know all of your contact info that is on file, when e-gold people start questioning, and be absolutely certain that all security is in place. Perhaps with all of the hacking going on, Phoenix is just super paranoid.
   
  My e-gold account was of course zeroed out by the hacker. But fortunately, I had just sent a spend out, and was only $71 in e-gold.
   
  By looking at my e-gold account the last transaction was the hacker removing remaining funds:

Cause their software to go haywire?  Will cause them to be LESS creative?  Will cause too many to join the auto-surf and hence give them too much money to lose? What?  Yes, WHAT!?
  
  Now look, am not against these guys! I am for YOU!  So I look out for you.  And not me. Nor the Admin. So please choose wisely.

Apr. 4th (Tuesday)

• OK!  Am finally home after an 8.5 hour trip! I have just set my foot into a very cold abode!  I left my windows open and it’s Winter all over again!  Flurries everywhere and the cold breath of Father Winter!
   
• Things will get back to normal either tonight or tomorrow. Right now my fingers are too cold to type too much!  Fear not! I will have some reviews for you on the morrow as well as some news, good or bad.

• So I chose a Hotel in Ottawa where they have a pool and a two story water slide, so that my daughter Kyra and her friends (4 of them) can have some fun for her Birthday (two of them would sleep in on Saturday). Well, at first one of them was was supposed to sleep in but then Kyra failed to get ahold of one of her best friends (B) to inform her that plans had changed (she was secretly going to sleep over with myself and her new best friend: S [names are withheld in order to protect the innocent]). So I arrived on the Friday and all is well, then on Saturday morning she realizes that B has not called back! So she calls B and tries to explain that there has been a “change in plans” and so B can’t sleep over. B hangs up on her. Kyra bursts into tears and projectiles her body onto one of the twin beds while I sit in my chair, thinking.... awww shit..... now what? I start having thoughts of leaving, but realize its just the ego, or my ego, and it’s no waffle!  But it is waffling! So I calm down and say nothing.  Then I say, call her back and invite her.  Of course in the back of my mind I review the fact that there are two double beds here. One I will occupy, the other will be occupied by... 3 12 year olds! How are they going to do it? In parallel of course! Width-wise! And they did.
  
  Ok, so Kyra calls B and tries to apologize and explain.  B hangs up on her!  More tears! So she again calls her back and tells B not to hang up!  Tells her that she can sleep over after all, as long as she has no problems with S. She of course assumed that B and S did not get along. But after a call to S, she realizes that S has no such trouble.  So B is re-invited and all is well.
  
  Now, am hoping am not boring you because I will tell you some more.  You see, the Thursday before I received an e-mail from a friend of mine in PA. She too has a daughter, K, same age as Kyra. Well my friend, L, had a bad dream. She saw K being molested by someone and could not get to her!  But finally was able to find out who it was and accuse him and got him to confess. And guess where the incident occurred? In a HOTEL!  Welll L knew that I was going to be in a HOTEL that weekend! With Kyra! Same age as K! So the dream may not have been about L and K, but about js and Kyra!
  
  So here I am, in the Hotel, and it starts to happen! B calls back and says that her Dad’s car just broke down and someone would have to come and pick her up!  But Kyra would have to stay, alone, at the Hotel, because the other 3 girls were to arrive at 11 a.m., in just a half hour!  That would mean I would have to leave Kyra alone in the Hotel, to go and greet the others, while I go and pick up B! Do you see?  So I look at her and tell her about the dream!  Am seeing destiny unfold and conspiring to get me out of the Hotel! Ok, I relax and let that go. The phone rings and it’s B on the line! I would not have to come get her after all!  Her mom would drive her over! Whew!  I’ve just managed to evade destiny! Or so I think. I will continue this story tonight as more events unravel! And if I can remember them!  Where is that chelator? EDTA?  Yeah, that’s it!  It removes heavy metals from the bloodstream (and cholesterol).  Well that’s yet another topic.  You have to keep me in line and not get distracted and going off on a tangent!

  They are clearly indicating that they are a ponzi (new money paying out old).  Why?  Because first they admit it, pretty well, and secondly the remaining 9%+ per day cannot be generated in any kind of market on a consistent basis. ForEx can provide about 1% or less per trading day.  Where is the other 8% coming from?  From a wormhole at the edge of this Galaxy?

• I’m going to have to have a closer look at this one: Data Entry Pro.  They claim that there are two ways to make an income with data entry and that the fellow who tells you about this does both. The second way is the more interesting one. You can make up to $75 per transaction on the second method. It involves entering data for various adwords for major companies. Am going to have to try it out myself. But I thought I’d tell you about it right now. I will research this one further tomorrow and in the coming days. 
  
  PS: I don’t quite believe his claims.  It would take a few months of work to get up to $3K per day!  So just take this with a grain of salt, as they say! In other words, be skeptical!

  Thought I would update you on my situation with PhoenixSurf and E-gold for your information. As you will recall I had my e-gold account hacked and taken control off.  I changed e-gold numbers but could not get PhoenixSurf to cooperate and change to my other e-gold number so pending payouts would not be lost.
   
  I finally got my problem solved when the people at e-gold helped me regain control of my account, get new passphrase, etc. They were very cooperative and helpful.  So now I do not have to worry anymore about getting my pending payouts.
   
  As you know PhoenixSurf had denied my request to send to a new e-gold account.   I sent them another email requesting that they reconsider their decision, but they just never responded, which I felt was quite unprofessional.  But that way, they can just deny the communication I guess. Ha.
   
  I guess the one thing that people who are in with PhoenixSurf need to remember, is that if their e-gold is directly hacked, they will get no cooperation from PhoenixSurf, and they need to contact e-gold immediately, via phone.   Another thing, is to make sure you know all of your contact info that is on file, when e-gold people start questioning, and be absolutely certain that all security is in place. Perhaps with all of the hacking going on, Phoenix is just super paranoid.
   
  My e-gold account was of course zeroed out by the hacker. But fortunately, I had just sent a spend out, and was only $71 in e-gold.
   
  By looking at my e-gold account the last transaction was the hacker removing remaining funds:

  I sent e-gold an email with that information, in case there is any way, they can lock his account.
   
  But any way, I'm good now, and glad that the hacker didn't get the pending upgrades.
   
  I am taking extra safety measures including scans with Spyware Doctor and using the Firefox browser. And I may depend on virtual keyboard from now on instead of Roboform, even if it is a pain.
