- Ok, am going to go out on a limb here, just like I did with Solid Investments. I told folks that read my BLOG that that one was a scam and would run soon. And... they ran with millions! Even after I identified the scammer as one from the Ukraine. So here I go again. My gut feel is that 6k-Finance is going to run soon! They already took in over 7.5 Million (I think even outdoing the Ukranian scammer) and dished out less than half of that. Now here are some clues:
- definitely not run by Charis Johnson, that’s just a rumor. The Admin’s English sounds like he or she is from an Asian Country
- I identified the owner as being from Malaysia, or running out of Malaysia
- the site has raked in an enormous amount of cash! Over 7.5 Million!
- December seems to be a good month for scammers to close up shop and run
- the Big Boys like Fred Mann are pushing this one pretty hard
- you don’t have to surf anything! It’s just a pure ponzi.
So basically I feel that bubble is about to burst on this one! Thank your lucky stars that you have not signed on with this one! Now, I may be proven wrong, but I doubt it.
- No comment, really, on TFT going offline. Except to say that commissions could still be paid as they have to process the deposits manually in any case, so I feel that’s a lame excuse (no longer paying commissions) and it will hurt the programme. And.... going private/offline instead of upgrading the server? That’s some kind of flag for me... this may indicate financial issues. Am only questioning! Don’t send Andy to bark up my tree, OK? Overall, TFT apparently has been a good programme and certainly Andy is a straight-up kind of guy.
- There is a 33USD.COM being advertised. The real opp is 22USD.COM! I’ve received good results with 22USD. Click on the Reviews button then ctrl-f on 22usd.
- Hey, whatever you read about jp-daily in other forums... you were told from day one that he was gambling... poker! And he’s good at it. So just ignore the drivel at forums like TalkGold and play if you wish! Or not! You can find my review of that one by clicking on the Reviews button up top, then ctrl-f on JP.
- Do you know why I delete most e-mails that come to me? Because it’s rude. Yes indeed. Pretend that am having a meeting and somebody breaks into the room and spews his or her ad. Well? It’s rude! So I delete most of them. As you do, right? I’ve also learned NOT to respond to them! By responding it shows that they’ve caught a live one! Meaning that they have your attention! So do not respond to spam even if there is a withdraw link.

FIRST ISSUE - NEW PAYOUT RULES
About a week or so ago I announced that we would now allow upgrades up to a maximum of $12,000. Supporters of 12by12daily saw this as a positive step,however a few detractors decided this meant that 12by12daily had a cashflow problem. These free upgrades will then need to be matched 100% in order to cash them out. (I will delay making payouts to those members for another 24 hours, in case they wish to upgrade, and therefore only need to match 50%) Upgrades expiring on the 25th or later will need to qualify under the new rules. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused to members by this sudden change, however, if we were to continue the way we were, the "hit and runners" would eventually destroy this opportunity. If you always upgrade with the same amount, or are using the 3x3x3 methond, these changes will not affect you. Whilst they may be unconfortable for some members, these rules will help 12by12daily to prosper for many months ahead, and in fact there is no good reason why it cannot last forever.
Payouts will recommence as soon as I have sent this email, and the new rules should ensure that they gradually become earlier and earlier, back to where we were, instead of the current trend of later and later. members with 2 pendings who have reverted to free will not need to email me, as I will be adding the free members to the payout list, and I will be able to pick you up without the need for an email.
For those members who delight in posting negative things in the forums, remember, this is your program. We got through a period of negative forum posts in the beginning, when we had some problems, and we will get through this, and as before, come out even stronger on the other side. I would remind those members that they agreed to the following paragraph when they joined, and will have their accounts suspended or deleted if they continue.
You agree not to engage in conduct which will undermine the success of this program. Such conduct includes, but is not limited to spreading negative opinions of 12by12daily on forums, false advertising, false information or feedback posted on monitoring sites or other sites.
SECOND ISSUE - HACKERS
I believe we have the most secure autosurf site on the net. However one of the problems with being the biggest is that it creates a challenge for the lowlifes of this world, who feel it is quite okay to hack into websites and steal other peoples money. Almost daily we have people attempting to access our site, and in most cases we are able to thwart them. One guy, in particular, who I will grudgingly admit is very good at his craft, has been able to access the site on 3 occassions. The measures we have in place have been able to keep any damage caused by him to a minimum, but we have had to take the admin area offline for the last 2 days to further tighten our security. This is why I have been unable to process payouts, or send and receive emails in that time. We have been able to find an approximate location for this guy, and the FBI also have all the information and it is only a matter of time before we are able to pinpoint him, and prosecute. The main issue is that he has been getting in through the banners file, and uploading some script that will change some members egold account numbers. This is also the reason that we have had major delays in fixing the accounts of those members who have used more than one egold account in the past. For some members, their first egold number is the correct one to pay to, but for others it is the last one. Our correction script will correct them all in one go, to either the first or last, but has no way of discerning which is the correct one. This has to be done manually. The banners have also been removed, as it is not possible to keep them, and block that security hole.

This is a bad idea! 18% per day for six days! That compares to the late GAP where Trish was giving us 18% per day for something like 7 days. At that high an ROI, and nowhere to invest to produce that kind of return, this one will have to fail soon because it is a pure ponzi and at a very high ROI.
So that's 14% profit after six days (on the second plan), or 28 percent after twelve, provided they pay out instantly. But do they? Within 24 business hours. What does that mean? I would guess since there are 8 business hours in a day, that means three days! Nice trick! The brain sees 24 hours. Not 3 days.
And one of the plans pays out daily! Good for us, but not good for the plan or programme! I would guess that these folks have not studied the success of 12dailyPro, 12by12Daily, and others that have lasted a long time! All of those paid out within about 7 business days! And there has to be good reason for that. While other sites that paid out earlier, never mind daily, flip-flopped and died.
So this is not a well-thought out plan, unless they are just collecting our money! And in that light? A good plan! But not for us.
As well I detect a contradiction in the FAQs. It says there surf 6 days at 18% a day and earn 118% ROI. Um... get your calculator out quick in case you can't do the figures in your head! My head tells me that 6 times 18 is 108. Not 118. So it's only an 8% profit! So the first plan only pays 8% after six days, withdraws daily. So after 12 days that's 16% profit. So I guess these folks could in fact be putting your money into 12by12daily!
And the second plan gives you a 14% profit after six days, plus 3 days to pay out, that's 9 days. Assuming that your get your 44% profit out after 12+10=22 days in 12by12daily, that's 2% profit per day. In this one it is 14% over 9 days, that's 1.55% profit per day. So even in this plan they can be investing your money in 12by12daily.
So which would you rather do? Get the full 2% per day at 12by12daily, or play in this one at 1.55% daily? You decide.

PSX is finally paying out!
I just received the following from a colleague of mine. I went right to the site, signed in, and saw a whopping account Balance! Went to withdraw the daily limit of $200 and it will be paid to my e-gold within 24 hours! Make sure you go right to the Latest News section after signing in and follow the instrucations there specifically! You must request a w/d first though. Read on!
After many, many months of delays, it looks like PSX are finally paying out. I received this update from my sponsor this morning:
Well, it is finally happening! PSX is paying out! They have set up a fast lane process for paying that is a bit weird, but it is working. I was paid on one of my pending WDs yesterday.
If you log in and go to latest news, you can read the last 4 updates which will explain it all. But basically, you will be paid your pending withdrawals within 3 weeks OR you can use the fast lane system and get paid within 24 hours.

Do I recommend putting in new money for the "100% in 20 days" plan at this time? Not really. [js: but I do] I do recommend trying to get your money out though! I am trying to boost the daily returns, but its actually harder than it seems. I can obviously increase the returns a lot, but doing so without increasing the risk is very tricky. My plan at the moment is to play rock steady for a while, then once we are 'well in the clear' and have made a good profit. Up the ante a little bit, play with slightly more of the overall "daily allowance" and go for the bigger bucks. And continue to do that until we go bust and return a loss. Then resume the rock steady again to ensure safety and long term growth.
But will keep adjusting and trying to improve our results. As we can do better. And as time goes by, all the experience should add up and make me a better player. Which can only be a good thing!
Anyway, keep trying for the time being!

If you don't get any help though, you should go to your Empowerism website and get help from there, because there are hundreds of pages with instructions how to go about it. Unfortunately few take advantage of this but I urge you to go and study what you see there.

- Technically Correct
A helicopter was flying around above Seattle when an electrical malfunction disabled all of the aircraft's electronic navigation and communications equipment.
Due to the clouds and haze, the pilot could not determine the helicopter's position. The pilot saw a tall building, flew toward it, circled, and held up a handwritten sign that said "WHERE AM I?" in large letters. People in the tall building quickly responded to the aircraft, drew a large sign, and held it in a building window. Their sign said "YOU ARE IN A HELICOPTER."
The pilot smiled, waved, looked at his map, determined the course to steer to SEATAC airport, and landed safely. After they were on the ground, the copilot asked the pilot how he had done it.
"I knew it had to be the Microsoft Building, because they gave me a technically correct but completely useless answer."

- I have removed BidVertiser from the left panel as it was consistently causing my BLOG to come up slowly, or stall while waiting on the BidVertiser site. No loss here.
- I am starting to realize that am rather negative in my BLOG. And this will only expand as I focus on it.
Now being non-negative and not spreading fear when I find a scam is rather difficult, wouldn’t you say?
Actually, it’s not about being positive or negative. In fact it’s a positive thing to be negative about a scam or scammer, right? After all, it is warning folks away from the said scam that allows folks who read this news from losing their money!?
On the other hand, I could take an entirely refreshing approach: Let us say that I have found a clear scam. Here is what I would then say about it:

Well folks, clearly this one is a scam and it’s a good thing! Why? Because those of you with past life karmic debts ought to consider playing in this one.
If you have the feeling that you were a victimizer (you ripped off somebody of some money) in your past life, well then it’s your turn to be the victim and get ripped off (in this life). But if you do not have that feeling then stay clear of the scam.
After all, “As ye sew, so shall ye reap”, which is a clear statement about reincarnation and karmic debt. It’s one line that the Church failed to expunge while they expunged all other references to reincarnation from the Bible. But let us not digress!
So you see, there is a clear place for scams, be it on the ‘net or elsewhere. And victimizers of past become victims of the future, or present, and victims become victimizers, and so the show must go on! (Can you hear that song?)
So perhaps my next review of a scam will be more “positive” and up-beat and I will try not to spread any fear. Instead I will encourage those who deserve to get theirs to go ahead and... do so! Either way.

Exactly my sentiments. I would have signed up a month ago but somehow forgot about it. Here is some DD from Jody:

Ronald: We have been informed as such. I have looked over their specs and in fact I joined to get more direct information. In our members back office we address that in more detail.
Jody: Did you get the idea from GPP?
Ronald: We have been in business for quite a while, this is our first attempt at building a client/member list from people online. We have executed various private placements and pension plans for a number of years on a much smaller basis offline.
Jody: I note you are claiming to being able to move forward with only 10k people vs. 100k for GPP. Why the difference?
Ronald: I can't speak to Global Pension Plan and their partners, I can only speak for us, 10,000 members with a 40,000 per person payout is 400 Million dollars that taxes our connections. We are unable to produce 5.5 BILLION as it would take to finance the plan put forth by Global Pension Plan.
Jody: Being on a shared server are you not worried about security?
Ronald: In a word, NO. Our hosting firm has state of the art security including DDoS protection so we don't have to worry about such things. Not to mention we are not running a resource intensive application online. We do mutiple back ups daily on our database. We don't store any sensitive information online.
Jody: Obviously a big question is, who are you guys are why are you not visable to the public?
Ronald: Sorry to appear so cryptic, but there is no need to know or worry about us. We used to more public and it caused us and our patners nothing but more work as people continually tried to pitch us on so called "investments" and it really slowed down our progress in getting work done. I could understand it being more important if we were asking you investment thousands or hundreds of dollars for that matter. But our membership is nominal as it's more or less just a fee to confirm you are in fact serious about working with us. Of course it's not large enough to hamper anyone that wants to participate.
Jody: Are you mortgaging the Pension plans as GPP claims to be doing?
Ronald: No, in fact we are not 100% sure how they plan to do that. We are basically middlemen for a couple of VC (Venture Capital) firms. Once our membership number is reached and we would move forward we would in fact require applications to be filled out for each member. Once that is done our members would be required to sign a POA form pledging the pension plans and it's proceeds in return for the lump sum payment. Our VC partners would then carry those payments until maturity.
Jody: Ok, that sounds logicl, but what's in it for you?
Ronald: We receive a very fair finders fee for each member.
Jody: You don't have a members form, any plans to do so?
Ronald: Although our domain has been registered for roughly a half year we don't have enough members to warrant that. If when the membership builds people would like a forum we would consider that, along with moving to a dedicated server. Again only if the load on our shared account becomes too much for the host to comfortably handle.
Jody: What is to stop you from just submitting all the applications and not paying out the money once you receive it?
Ronald: Wow, never saw that question coming. Well two things really first the plans are made out in the member's names. So when you fill out the application you would at the same time fill out the POA form as well as the agreement that you are pledging in lieu of the payment. Those will be legal documents you may have a lawyer of your choice look over before submitting to us. Plus as the plans are made out in the member names so would the cheques. So it's highly unlikely that we could cash 10k cheques to people living all over the world with out proper ID.
Jody: Ok but what's to stop you from taking the membership fees and running with them, 10k times 35 bucks is a pretty good sum.
Ronald: Well I guess it depends on your prespective. Yes the sum you are talking about would be roughly $350k but that is much less that we will make out via our finder's fees. Not to mention the fact that if we did pull such a scam the odds of us ever being able to do business online again would be very slim. We look at this as our first attempt using the internet the first of many. Not to be flippant, but at a 35 USD it seems like a pretty safe risk. Which is why we've set the membership so low. No offence intended by that comment just trying to be up front.
Jody: Are you going to offer any kind of off shore debit card or banking option?
Ronald: I assume this comes from the other firm Global saying they will be offering a banking solution, to be quite honest I have no idea how they plan to do that. The mountain of paperwork to provide a banking solution for 10k people would be huge I can't begin to imagine 100k. More importantly in my mind, our members would be much better off in finding their own off shore solution. We would will be adding resources in our members area directing people towards some of the off shore firms we deal with and you can contact them directly. This way ONLY YOU would have access to the documents needed to open an account. I would be very wary of giving the type of documents needed for a banking solution to anyone other than a bank.
Jody: How will payments be made?
Ronald: your choice of bank wire or certified funds. We will wire or send to any location of your choice in the world. you are responsible for any taxation that might be required in your country.
Jody: How long after you reach 10,000 members before payments begin?
Ronald: How long is a piece of string? Sorry, didn't mean to be a smart alec, Seriously we can't put an exact number on it. But having said that we know from past experience we have had all payemnts finished within an 8 to 10 week period.
Jody: Ok that's all for now, thanks for your time and if I have any more questions will that be ok?

Am giving this one a try, it should run at least a few 7 day cycles as it just got started. Yes, the daily ROI is quite high at 22%, but... many folks will be attracted to this one because of that. And many will market this one because of the 12% commissions, as at 12by12daily.
The late GAP (GlobalAdsPro), run by Trish had a similar high payout and a short cycle and lasted for months. So I think Traffic7x has a good shot at it. Up to you. Am playing. Don’t be surprised at how the sites come up! Also, I think there are still some glitches in the script for surfing... I visited one site and it says, upon refresh, that I’ve visited all 7 sites in the last 7 days! I’ve informed support.
OK! It’s a cookie issue! So if you don’t see micronuts as the referrer, then go and clear the cookies for traffic7x.com. In FireFox you go into Tools, Options, Cookies, View cookies, find traffic7x and remove all cookies under that folder! Then reload the site by clicking on my link again and you will find that the referrer is now micronuts. In IE (which you SHOULD NOT be using) you can clear your cookies under Tools, Internet Options, Delete Cookies, and there you have no other choice but to delete all of your cookies, then go an have some milk!

- 13dailyPro has made an amendment to their TOS re payout time: from 5 business days to 7 calendar days. But... heck, that’s saying the same thing?! So what changed? 5 business days can in fact, due to the weekend, end up as 7 calendar days! Most of the time!? Oh well. Nothing to fret about.

- One person wrote to me with a list of red flags for 12by12daily. I see the various changes there as a way for smoothing the way, making it more easy for folks to earn even more money (no missed days by adding a third upgrade, for example) and also making it easier for Admin to process payments, and so on. I would say that there were more red flags at the beginning of this programme... when that Alexa curve went up, like a roller-coaster ride, then plummeted... and now has recovered and is in an upward trend. If folks did not jump ship during that roller-coaster ride, why would they jump ship now that things are improving? And as far as I can recall, his payments were always within 7 business days, meaning 9 days, at least on my account! So going back and clarifying the TOS on this point is no cause for concern. At least not on my part.
Now I understand that a couple of folks are getting a bit jittery over the changes at 12by12daily and would like to be reassured that this one will live for another six months or more. I know how you feel. I felt the same way.. but when I looked over all the changes (har! that one still works eh?) I found that there is a very good chance that the programme is healthy. There is room for at least another 200,000 new members! Instead of being skittish go out and tell folks you know about this programme and let them join and make some money before they have to pay for all those credit card bills after Christmas!
Remember: what you focus on expands! So if you focus on negative thoughts about 12by12daily and worry about losing your money.... that will expand! It will affect more people, and voila, you have a good chance at fulfilling those fears.
If, on the other hand, you focus on positive thoughts, reassuring thoughts, see your money (in your mind’s eye) multiply fruitfully, see many others getting involved... guess what? That thinking breeds more of that type of thinking, more of that kind of enthusiastic vital energy, and things really pick up and the programme lives on!
So now it is up to you! Should we kill this programme? Or should we make it prosper? Your choice!
Now go out there and make it happen! Let it “Live long and prosper”!

Then click on the System Restore Wizard link and click on the calendar date prior to your upgrade (of Windows or IE). Then keep using Firefox! Or IE 6. Up to you! Millions of users are affected! I was for a bit myself, until I restored to the day prior to the upgrade.

These folks promise instant cashouts. And 10 to 20 percent return per day! First of all, that's in the ponzi range, which could be ok, but the instant e-gold cashouts, which look good to clients like you and I, are actually bad for the programme.
If you have been with any surf programme over the last year, you may have noticed that to help the programme's longevity the Admin needs to pay out 5+ days after an upgrade has expired! That's just for cash flow! So an Admin who pays out almost immediately? Is uninformed! Inexperienced, and a .....

He’s gone and I do not recommend any further spends in that one. He’s dug his own grave! Sad to say, by a mistake! And by being inept in this industry! “I am living in Vienna and have visited the building-address two weeks ago. There is no such company at Wienerbergstrasse 9. Its a big business-park and I asked at the central-desk-office for ONLINE CAPITAL. They have never heard about such a company. I showed them the pictures of the homepage which I have printed out. Then a security-member appeared and he told me, that police has made investigations a few months ago about a company, which have used exactly the same adress. It was not Online-Capital, but unfortunately he could not remember the name. I have contact with the german-speaking support, because the telephone-number is from Vienna. It is forwarded to a cell-phone.
It seems, that he is also only an investor from Vienna who have agreed to make telephone-support and know nothing concerning the people in the background. I will meet him next weekend. The bank-account is not from Austria. It is located in Liechtenstein, which is a small country which is well known for discreet banking.
I have also wrote my sceptical thoughts to the Admin, but he cannot (will not?) tell me about any real adress or company-name here in Vienna.

- One of my readers, Larry, points out that at the time that 12DailyPro closed its doors it had about 300,000 members! Right now 12by12Daily has only 35,000. That’s a far way yet to go! And 12DailyPro did not shut down because of lack of funds or due to membership, but it was shut down because of Stormpay! So there you go. All indications are that 12by12Daily will last a long time yet! Use the Reviews button up top to find my review of 12by12daily.

“Attention All Enlistees
Please take the time to read the following email very carefully as we are going to make some changes beginning tomorrow.
Earlier this week, after the cashout buttons closed, funds were not matching between the scripts and our calculations. Upon further investigation we found that our script was overpaying members.
Our terms stated 5% for 30 days. What was happening was as one upgraded, say October 7th. According to the script, 30 days from October 7th was November 7th, and it had November 7th as the date of expiry. But, if you count October 7th as day 1, October 8th as day 2, etc. the 30th day is on November 5th. That means that on all 31 day months, we’ve been paying out 5% for 2 days extra, totaling the ROI to 160%. Because of this, our investments have been short of what they needed to be to successfully pay out members on a bi-weekly basis without “ponzi-ing.”
We’ve spent the last few days analyzing the situation and coming up with a plan of action. The following changes will take effect at midnight tonight. Please note that these are subject to change and all of these changes are to help keep Command Corps the best advertising network on the internet.
1) The plan we’ve come up with is the following. Starting on January 1st, 2007, we will be changing the cashout dates in both CommandBravo and CommandSurf to the 1st and 16th of each month.
2) We are going to have to leave the cashout button closed for the month of December. This means that it will not be open on December 1st, 15th, 16th, or the 31st.
Why are we doing this? We have lost a significant amount in the last few months because of the script error noted above. By leaving the cashout button closed, we will be able to take the funds we’ve got and recoup our losses, but the only way to do this is to retain the current funds on hand and re-invest them..
Believe us when we say it kills us to have to do this during the holiday season and if there were any other solution to this problem we would be going that route instead. That being said, we believe that our plan of action will leave us in excellent condition come January.
As far as buying Ammo Packs, we will leave the ability to purchase them on. You will still be able to earn daily as long as you surf.
As we said earlier, this may not be the greatest situation. HOWEVER, by January 10th all cashouts will have been completed on time as usual and each and every one of you will have as much confidence in our program as you ever have.
To reiterate, because of circumstances beyond our control we are implementing the above changes. Our plan of action has been well thought out, and by following the plan we will continue to be successful. - I was asked to review a competitor to AGLOCO, a company called greenhorse.com. I looked at their compensation plan and let me tell you that it is not worth it! You get one penny for being connected to the Internet per hour, so you can pesonally earn a max of 24 cents in 24 hours online! What a joke! And then, if you recruit 10 active members, you get one poor dollar! Ten dollars for 100, 100 bucks for 1000, are they kidding us? Who here is going to recruit 1000 members just to receive $100 bucks per month!? Remember, am talking about greenhorse here, not AGLOCO.
Further, I decided to check out the Terms of Service at greenhorse.com! You can look up the full details, I’ll just give you the snippets:
First of all, you will have to literally agree to have them SPY on you by recording all of your Internet Activities! Not just your IP address, but the sites you go to, the signups you make, along with your signup info! And more! This is called data mining. They get everything on you so that they can then have advertisers send targeted advertising via e-mail and to which you have agreed by signing up! Here are some examples right from the TOS:

In conclusion, they (greenhorse) are paying you almost nothing so that they can spy on you, and target you with advertising from third parties! What a deal! Let me get into this one, like, right away! Oh and why don’t they steal my identity while they are at it? May as well! Ugh! Stay away from these folks!
Ok, in light of all this am going to study AGLOCO more closely! For now, yes, sign up with them, but read my BLOG for updates as there is not much of any technical data available yet on AGLOCO. But so far, from the below info, I suspect that AGLOCO is a whole different beast from greenhorse! Have a look:

- 12by12Daily News: I disagree with Vincent Teoh’s assessment. The doubling of the max upgrade is perfectly fine and needed as more and more folks try to set up more than one account. Dave’s move on this eliminates a lot of detective work for the support staff, and himself, in trying to find “cheaters”, many of whom are likely not cheaters (no stacked accounts) but simply want to put in more than six grand.
As the the statement about autsurf industry saturation at 35,000 members? How can that be? Remember Easy Chair Club? They had way of 40,000 members! And what about the late 12DailyPro? How many did they have? Surely it was over 40,000. So what happened to all the excess members over 35,000? Car accidents?
I would advise Vincent to re-evaluate his position on this and issue a public apology for causing an unnecessary panic! Vincent should have waited for more clear signs as to the state of the economy over at 12by12daily. So he was simply premature. I did send him a note asking him to reconsider and publish a new statement. David may even provide him with more data? Who knows? I would, if I were David.
As to my opinion? I see excellent growth. I can even picture a future membership count hitting 100,000.
- As I have stated a few times previously, stay away from further spends in DollarMonster. The Admin clearly fouled up the programme a while back by not acting quickly and setting up a new e-gold account for at least three days... then tried to recover by setting cycle times low again for new spends. I don’t think it has worked. And there are folks out there that believe that Carl is running this one, but I don’t thinks so. Well, matters not. Stay away.

So that's basically like a fixed day cycler! And a profit-sharing pool like this one? Well, they get to UP the cycle times until folks can be paid out! So it's like a variable cycle time cycler.
Don't be fooled and confused, especially if you're new to all this. My recommendation? Go with 12by12daily.net! (Click on the Reviews button up top and Ctrl-F on it) And 13DailyPro.net (same thing). Kevin, yes, it's a struggle. Folks like Vincent, who have good DD skills, sometimes just fuck up. And bloggers alike! We all have to be very careful that we are not the cause of their (a programme’s) downfall.
In this case, I think Vincent was just too premature... he should have gathered far more data to make ANY conclusions on this one! Because this one is so important. And one guy CAN cause a programme to fail. Depending on his following and fame.
So... I call this one... in error! And I have said so myself to Vincent and hope that he will re-study the situation and reverse his opinion... or at least stay neutral! I hope you don't mind, I will post this reply in my BLOG as it has much relevance.

Nov. 22nd (Wednesday)
- Well I did not get back up yesterday so besides that one update... My PC is back up now and I’ve solved the problem. After much sleeping and watching TV I started to eliminate the usual suspects. The problem: every time I accessed the Internet after about a minute or two the system would slow to a crawl! I could not even close programs!
I tried everything: ran SpywareDoctor, Evidence Eliminator, Avast, and even went back to two good system restore points. Still the same issue! Even tried a different ISP.
So finally I started to eliminate the obvious. What was I running at the time the problem occurred? FireFox, Outlook Express, NetObjects Fusion and that’s about it. So I decided not to use FireFox to see if it was the browser. Same problem when running IE. So it was not a browser issue. Then it dawned on my that the problem actually occured after I clicked on a link in an e-mail that went to a fairly friendly looking site that was pushing an alternative to Adsense. To prove my theory I rebooted and did not run Outlook Express 6.0. Worked fine! Computer did not slow down.
Solution? Reload OE 6, to do that I’d have to re-install IE 6 or 7, now that it is available. So I change a registry key that indicates to the system that OE is not installed, downloaded IE 7 and..... problem persists! So there must be an e-mail OE is choking on, or downloading IE 7 did not re-install OE 6. So what am I going to do? Am going to re-install IncrediMail and hope all goes well.
I’ll have some updates for you this evening and hopefully will be able to answer some e-mails.
Problem finally solved! IncrediMail choked as well! So that gave me the clue. They both choked on downloading some e-mail from the Server! And that means they choked on a malformed e-mail (likely the header). So I went ahead and deleted most of the useless e-mails sitting in several accounts and..... problem gone! This could happen to you!

- My test spend cycled in one day at InstantCashDownline and cycle time is still at 1 day. Well, am only playing with a very low amount in there. You probably still have a good chance of cycling your ten bucks. I would NOT put in anything large. One of the big problems with these cyclers is that they have no control over the script, so if someone puts in a grand or two the whole thing stalls as there has to be a lot of folks coming in with smaller amounts (which is usually the case) to get that person paid out. And as the cycle time is raised, new folks and old folks lose confidence. Then death is immanent. This has not yet happened in this cycler so it probably has a few more days of life in it.

Ok, listen up. This is a cycler or doubler. Not an hyip or surf site. I've been the researcher at 1worlddoublers.com for over a year and a half. I know all about them.
Cyclers/doublers fail even faster than surf sites. Hyips are in there as well as most are scams.
So... should you go with this particular cycler? You have to be in when one of these launches! Then get your money out within the next few days! Else you will be stuck with a loss.
This one has a LOT of hype! Like: "Its fail-proof". Sorry! But none are. As well the commissions on referrals are too high at 15%. This means that a lot of marketers will force-feed this one to you because they want the high commission.
Of course that may make this programme last longer. But in all my life of reviewing cyclers, doublers, hyips, surfs and autosurfs? Cyclers/Doublers are the most risky ones! HYIPs are a close second.
Now I don't see any stats on this one on the front page. That's a clear red flag.
This is clearly the second most popular script being used. WorldScript. Am very familiar with it and it is quite limited. I suggest you simply forget it! Most of these run out of steam within 14 days or less. But... right now it says that the cycle time is one days... so you do have a chance of making some bucks here!

This is what you need to know:
1) The link is an affiliate link - this guy doesn't
give a sh*t about the product he told you about. He
doesn't use it. He hasn't read anything about it.
He doesn't care. The owner of the product approached
the email list owner and said I'll give you X amount of
dollars for every sale you refer. Done deal. And the
list owner whores himself out to every joint venture
opportunity that comes his way. It doesn't matter
if its a piece of crap, as long as it pays.
2) The product will never sell out. Anyone who says
they have a limited number of any internet marketing
product is a fu*king liar. I've seen tons of product
launches. When they say they only have X amount
available, they will sell double or triple that, and
you'll never know. And even if they eventually put
a "sold-out" note on their website, I GUARANTEE that
if you email them, they will sell it to you. They will
just so happen to find an extra one. How convenient.
3) The price will never go up. Even if they say later
that it now costs more, you can (a) contact via email
and tell them you want the old price, or (b) go to
their order page and then click out of it, and you'll
likely receive a last ditch attempt (or downsell)
where they'll extend you a discount - back to the
original price or less.
4) Internet marketing products cost practically
NOTHING to create. Only time and minimal costs for
CD's or DVD's, or paperback books. I'm talking about
a few bucks each. You see all of these $1,000 products
out there? They cost a couple of bucks to make.
Not bad, a 50,000% profit margin. And guess what,
- most of the content in these products is outsourced.
Do you really think these guys have time to sit around
and write a 900 page manual? No way. They outsource
it to other internet marketers who don't have a
name. Then they stamp their name on it.
The internet marketing world is incestuous. Its the
same circle of guys feeding on each other's lists.
That is why you delete so many of their emails without
reading them. Its also why you unsubscribe from a bunch
of them. Getting the same offers every day from multiple
people is annoying.
But you need to understand that these affiliate whores
don't make anywhere near as much money as you might think.
That is why they bombard you with offers. They've made a
little money and become accustomed to a decent lifestyle.
Now they've got to keep pounding you to make ends meet.
Lets put it this way. These affiliate whores send out
20-30 emails per month. They makes around $20k-$40k per
month from it. That may sound like a lot to you, but its
really nothing in this industry. I on the other hand
send out maybe 3-5 emails per month and just one email
can make me $600,000. That's because my list knows when
I send something out, I think it kicks ass.
I gain thousands of new subscribers every day. These
other guys are lucky to get a few hundred new sign-ups,
meanwhile another 100 people are unsubscribing the same day.
I only get a few unsubsribes from cry-babies who can't
handle my language. Its just to *real* for them. And in that
case, good riddance. I want my list as clean as possible.
I don't care if it only had 1,000 people on it. As long
those 1,000 people know I'm the sh*t.
Anyway, its time to wrap this thing up. So is it time
for me to "pitch" something to you? Nope.
Then why did I write this email? Sometimes you just gotta
say "fu*k it".
I will tell you something though - look for huge new
things from me in December and January. I'm going to
rock this industry like its never been rocked before.

One of my readers asked me to check this one out. I could not believe what I saw on that site! They ask you to set up an e-gold account with all security measures turned off! This way they can hack your account from an IP, from any browser, and ever over the phone!
Then they ask you to send them your documents (passport, D/L, phone bill, utility bill, etc.), basically everything that will allow them to steal your Identity! Oh and in Microsoft Word format.
They will then send you money on a weekly basis, you will trade in the ForEx market using their platform (Marketiva), and at the end of each week you are to return 100% of their money and keep the rest. Yeah right! I can't believe the audacity of these scammers!
Stay well away from this one.

I did a reverse IP search on 69.10.135.208 and found 40 sites, the above two are not on that server! And after doing a reverse IP search on the actual domain of AUTOSURF.BZ I find that that domain is an invalid Top Level Domain! In other words, BZ is not a valid country code. But this may not be so... read on!
So there is something either screwy or well-concealed about this setup. And in fact, going to godaddy.com and searching on the Country Code Top Level Domains there is no .BZ code! And a WHOIS lookup on that domain fails to connect to the Belize WHOIS database! Several utilities fail to produce data on it. But one of them says this:

And no WHOIS record! Yet the site DOES come up! A traceroute shows they are on 5starhosting.biz. With the above IP. Something seems REALLY Fishy about this one (or well protected)! Someone is trying very hard at obfuscation! The traceroute showed that the final destination is a router! Which did not respond! Hence it is very unlikely that the actual IP address of autosurf.biz is 69.10.135.208. So I can only conclude it is behind a proxy/firewall.
Same thing with Buenosairessurf.com! Same IP address, which is only a router address, apparently (this one does show a WHOIS), but is not on that server according to a reverse IP lookup!
But I have some feedback from another blogger, Paipals, whom I trust, and here is what he has found:
"Nowadays surf sites barely make any large traffic with memberships in low 4 digits except few and shared hosting is a normal thing as for .BZ it is the dedicated country code top-level domain for the country of Belize, a Central American/Caribbean nation. It is an unrestricted domain that is available for anyone to register. .BZ domains are inherently useful for anyone looking to promote their "business" on the Web. The letters "BZ" internationally signify business and therefore make a .BZ address a useful, and affordable solution for individuals, organizations, or other groups to promote their "business" on the Internet. Carlos has very good knowledge in SEO and is using it at full strength. He picked top level niche keyword as his site name and will be pushing it through search result pages up to the top. I am quite confident he can manage this because of his success with other sites.
Tools you use for whois research are limited to just most popular domain extensions like .com, .net, .org, .us and etc so there is no surprise those don't show any info for such specific country code. As you can see Carlos isn't hiding anything just using more advanced methods to make search traffic come to his site.
As for acc posts. yes when I started research I found those too and considered writing this one off as bad one but then I remembered that eTalkMoney is one of blogs I followed for quite some time until he stopped monitoring autosurfs. I liked his style as he barely ever promoted anything mostly criticized and alerted when red flags showed. I started researching further and domain info became not that important anymore as I saw who is behind this. Domain dd is usually useful when admin is unknown and need to see if there are any relations to previous scams. Well I still plan to find out reason why he selected shared hosting but I am sure reasons are not that important. It's like knowing that some good admin like Dave or Trish is creating new site but they put it on some shared hosting which previously hosted a scam site. Would you write it off because of hosting selection?

Well, actually, I use many tools, and most of them go after legit whois records. Yes, I did find, today, that the BZ Country Code is legit and is managed by University College of Belize (so it's like the startup days of the CA domain, for Canada, managed mostly by Universities rather than actual Internet Authorities that were assigned to manage those). By the way, the Administrative Contact is Juan Carlos Namis. I hope that this is not the same Carlos that Paipals is referring to, and probably is not, as Carlos is a popular name in Belize.
And here is what Pails says on his site:

Circle Account Balance
The balance in your Circle account has been converted to Euros. The exchange rate we have used is $1 = €0.75 = $1.00. This exchange rate includes a small exchange fee. If you believe that the balance in your Circle Account is incorrect, please contact our financial support desk. We will investigate each complaint, but again – please be patient.
Withdrawals
From 4 December you will be able to make withdrawals – in time for Christmas. Until our projected methods will be available you can make withdrawals by bank-wire, e-gold or e-bullion. When withdrawing to an e-currency a service fee of 5% + €2.50 applies. Withdrawal requests are processed with 24 hours but since we do not always have a supply of e-Currency it may happen that we first have to purchase e-currency and then the withdrawal time could take longer.
Because we have limited supplies we will only honor withdrawals up to €1,000. If you wish to withdraw more, please wait until the next day, so we can honor everybody’s withdrawal requests.
Withdrawing through bank wire
We can send a wire to your personal account; the cost is €2.50 plus the bank service fees we have to pay. These costs will be deducted later from your Circle account once we know how much the exact costs were.
In General
I strongly suggest waiting to make withdrawals to personal accounts until we have the offshore connections in place plus launched the various card programs. This off course in the interest of your own personal privacy!
In my next update I will tell you the procedures for making a withdrawal request.
Reinvesting
If you have money in your Circle Account and you do not wish to withdraw funds yet, I recommend transferring your money to your Reserved Investment Balance.
Payments for the Next Trading
During next week we will update your Circle Account Balance with the external payment you have sent during the last few weeks for topping up your Reserved Investment Balance. This task will be finished before the next Trading starts.

Paper Drafts – T H I S I S I M P O R T A N T
In good faith we are processing and honoring paper drafts (personal checks, money orders, casher’s checks etc.). It may take a few weeks or even months before checks are processed by our offshore bank because they are forwarding the check to another offshore bank and this last bank is sending the checks to the USA.
Because we send the checks to the bank only every 2 or 3 weeks and it already took up to 2 weeks for the check to get to our office, you can understand why it takes so long to be informed by your personal bank that your check was cashed.
Today I was informed that a lot of checks bounced because the issuer did not have enough funds in their account or has put a stopped payment order on the check. I (we) have lost a lot of credibility because of this and I am now requested to appear in the bank to once again explain what our business is all about.
Eventually this affair could cause an account closure and our entire plan setting up a payment infrastructure to all the anonymous trust accounts would then go down the drain.
To at least save our account until I will have the meeting in Belize on 3 January, I have promised the bank that I will cancel all memberships of the regarding members whose check was returned – so these persons can never do this again.
If this applies to you – then I am sorry, but I will not allow anybody jeopardizing the Ace Exclusive Circle. We will personally get in touch with the respective members to tell them the sad news. It is obvious that your pending Investment Units will also be canceled.

We will soon have finished all the tasks in the Exclusive Circle and then we will finish the X-Wire website. Please allow some 2 more weeks to finish this program.

- Very quiet today. Well we do have one item to report: 13dailyPro’s e-gold account has been limited, likely by some idiot or uninformed person, complaining to e-gold. I would not panic. Standard procedure is to switch to a second account within hours, and contact e-gold to resolve the issue. One way or another the money in the old e-gold account can be taken out by the Admin of 13dailypro. Now it may take a few hours, depending upon Admin’s sleep schedule, after all he’s on the other side of the globe (from the USA/Canada standpoint).

- There is a new offer/launch going around. It has to do with audio books! They forecast a huge market in the coming years for this, and I may even agree with that. The cost is a setup fee of $1000! Then $50 a month for maintenance. Now this may well be reasonable. I can afford it. But I have realized that I should stick to what am good at, and that is finding and reporting on scams, surfs, autosurfs, hyips and so on. I earn my living via referral commissions and through the use of my own money in sites like 12by12daily.net. So am not going to get distracted by yet another money making empire scheme.
You see, it’s not all cut out the way they describe it. They will give you all the tools you need to publish some very good audio sites. But will they help you with all the advertising? I mean, “Build it and they will come” does not really work! Folks have to FIND your websites! So it’s not as easy as they present it. Business in a box, sure! But what about the advertising part of it? Am not clear on that myself. Maybe I will study it further. But for now am not going to cough up a thousand bucks.
By the way, they are selling just 1000 copies of the Course. That will make them a cool 1 Million bucks! Then fifty bucks per month? That’s 50 Thousand Bucks per month! For how long? Quite a while. Wow. Nice setup!

This is like the many e-mails I have received asking me to act as a liaison between clients in the USA (and etc.) and Russia. Folks apparently buy products from the Russians, but paypal does not accept Russia as one of the Countries they operate in, and I have to accept payments from Paypal and then use Money Bookers to send something like 80% of the cash I collect to the Russians!
This one seems similar. But presented as a website and not an e-mail.

- Some guy called me this morning from some BoilerPlate room of scams. He called me twice before, trying to get me to invest in his schemes/scams. This time I was polite. I listened to him for a bit and said I was not interested. He asked me why, because I seemed to be interested in investments... So I said to him “I’m making 44% profit on my money, say six K, every 21 days.
Are you aware of autosurfs? No? Well, you surf for 12 days and get 12% ROI each day for 12 days, then you wait another 9 days before your money is in your account.” or some such thing, well, before I got to the end, he hung up!
I wonder: what went wrong? Aren’t scammers interested in other ways to earn money? Boohoo!

- Just in case, allow me to clarify what I said in yesterday’s BLOG entry about low ROI surf sites (and the high ones).
What I said is true in the current surf environment. This environment is right now filled with folks who are primarily gamblers, even if they do not consider themselves as such. Basically all they are interested in is earning their money. They are not surfing so that they can shop! They are not looking to buy anything. They are simply surfing to get their money out and some profit. So in order to legitimize this industry as an advertising venue and a buyers venue what is needed is the right Target Market! And that target market consists of people who want to browse and shop from home, via the Internet, not gamblers.
So that Target Market of shoppers needs to be attracted! It’s already out there. People do shop at amazon.com and similar sites. So if one wishes to “legitimize” this surf and autosurf industry one must go after those shoppers! Then the real Advertising Companies will come and pay money (but then one must wonder if the surfing model is the correct one... as a shopper I certainly would not want to have to sit and watch ads, I’d want to be able to control my shopping experience). Until then the surf industry will remain a venue for those folks who just want to play with their own money, and are forced to surf to get their money out plus some profit and commissions if they recruit. It’s as simple as that. Anyone that does not see this clearly has blinders on.
And yes, I know, I’ve changed my mind on this whole issue. Why? Because I can see clearly now that the clouds are gone. Obviously there is a market for these games! - One more thing you should consider: 12by12daily pays 2.095% or 2.1% (rounded up) per day ROI (44% in 21 days). 13DailyPro pays 2% daily ROI (30% in 15 days). Not too much of a difference. Unless... look closely at when your upgrade(s) expire at 12by12daily! Should you put an upgrade in 13dailypro or 12by12daily? I’ve determined that the smart thing to do in my case is to upgrade tomorrow in 12by12daily to cover the expiration of my upgrade there on the 18th. And keep my current upgrade going in 13dailypro.
Oh and there is much discussion going on at least two forums with 13dailypro threads. Most of it is around refunds from the old 13DailyPro. Refunds are in fact occuring. So far to the tune of $178K! And that’s impressive! Good Admin! Way to go!

- 6K-Finance. Am studying this one right now. My initial speculation is that it is a total ripoff of 12DailyPro and 12by12Daily and that a rumor has been intentionally created to make folks think that Charis Johnson is back and is behind this one in order to get a lot of folks to move to this one. Am not sure I believe the stats either. Apparently in the last 33 days they’ve taken in about $2.3M and paid out about $1M. Am not sure that’s possible for a relatively unknown program! I don’t see my email boxes inundated with ads for this one. Maybe it’s just in the forums.
So I would be cautious about this one. No reason to move money out of 12by12daily and into this one as it is unproven.
Look at the chart below.... I don’t feel comfortable with their stats (6K-Finance that is):
OK, what I have so far is that the server is in California, the person who runs it seems to be in Australia, and he or she is using the DDOS prevention service of BLOCKDOS.NET. But the registrar that he or she used is in Malaysia! Why? Why not godaddy.com or some such in the US to allay any suspicions? So that’s a question.
My gut feel? I would not trust this one for another month! Let’s see if they survive and revisit them in a month. If they are as good as 12by12daily or 13dailypro, then we will see that in a month. Right now this unknown surf is too risky for me. There is a guy or two that keep posting that this one is a scam in TalkGold, but am wondering if they have an axe to grind, so to speak (yet another one of those expressions! where does it come from?). So am leaving it up to you.

- I had just experienced some intermittent downtime with my BLOG site (this one). As soon as I verified that it was indeed not accepting connections I logged in to the Support System (Help Desk) at Kiosk.ws, my hosting provider of the last 3+ years. Within ten minutes of reporting the problem they solved the problem and my BLOG is back up! I have experienced this sort of exemplary service for nearly 3 years now! Show me a hosting company with that kind of History!
I mentioned this to Vincent Teoh and he signed on with me in Kiosk.ws (see the Reviews page via the Reviews button up top, then ctrl-f on Kiosk and read my review and possibly join me). A few days ago, in the middle of the afternoon he found that his account had run out of bandwidth? Why? Because of the videos he hosts. I guess a LOT of folks were viewing his instructional videos! So he got on the phone with Kiosk support (rather than creating a ticket) and the folks in support had him running again within the hour! That’s how great the support is!
Did I mention that they are also the owners who run HotConference.com? And that they are in Canada? Yep! There you go! So if I were you, I would not go for a cheap ten dollar shirt of a service! Go with the best! If any problem occurs (mail server down, ftp server down, web server down, DDOS?) these guys will respond to your request within minutes! That’s been my experience.

Right off from the start I am balking at the poor English on the front page. Why should I balk? Meaning why should I be put off or be concerned? Because most of the money is coming from English speaking Countries! It's true. Whether you are put off by that or not.
And a Professional site? The Admin would have hired professionals to at least spell-proof and grammar proof the site! So this leads me to suspect that is just a mom and pop shop, or a site that is run by one person who bought a cheap script. This is my suspicion and I am not accusing the Admin of this.

- Here is a free report which I recommend highly. It’s about the Death of Internet Marketing. There are also no gimmicks, no “buy this now” pages, no attempt to sell you other products. Am half-way through the report myself and felt it worthwhile to post the link. While downloading the report I had this thought enter my pineal gland: I bet that the guy is just harvesting e-mail addresses for a huge list... Much to my surprise, right on the first page of the report the guy actually tells us that he is indeed building a large list. But he has a good reason and you will benefit from it because he tells you what kind of trends will rule 2007 for internet-based marketing. So... go for it.
I myself did use a throwaway email address, just in case!
By the way, I’ve finished reading the report, pretty well, and it is well-worthwhile to read, although I myself have been exposed to such info since 1990 (because I was active in leadership at Imperial Oil/Exxon and later on in my own downline at Enrich International/Unicity; and yes, quite active!). It is with great sadness that I'm writing this email to you. DesertSky Marketing will be closing. Things looked great on paper, but have not gone as planned. Below are a few reasons DSM will be closing:
- While it was a huge challenge to acquire paid corporate advertisers, the few that were acquired did not wish to continue because they did not receive the desired conversions from their advertising dollars.
- Several short term business ventures have failed causing a loss to DSM funds.
- Long term (60-90 days) business ventures are doing fine, but the turn around is not quick enough to sustain weekly cashouts.
- CashBackMall and MyAZPix are launching much later than originally planned, thus causing a shortage in income.
Instead of letting DSM continue to a point where it is impossible to pay members, I've decided to stop accepting upgrades and implement a repayment plan. I always hated it when an admin knew things were not going right, but continued to act like nothing was wrong, accepted upgrades, and then pulled the plug causing everyone to lose money. Per the terms of the site, DSM is under no obligation to refund any money. However, I feel it would be wrong to treat my members that way.
The following plan will be implemented immediately:
1. Members who joined between September 22 - October 15 will earn 110% total of their upgrade(s).
2. Members who joined between October 16 - October 21 will earn 105% of their upgrade(s).
3. Members who joined between November 1 - November 10 (last day upgrades were accepted) will get a refund of their ad pack purchases.
You must continue to surf in order to receive your payments! You purchased advertising with your upgrades, and you get paid commissions to view ads. If you don't surf (view ads), you will not get paid.
Members who are receiving refunds (members who joined between Nov 1 - Nov 10) will receive them by this Wednesday (November 15th).
DSM will continue to make weekly payments (unless delays in outside returns cause us to go to every two weeks) to members who continue to surf. These payments will continue until the members have received 110% or 105% of their ad pack purchases. Weekly payments will begin Wednesday, November 15th.
Weekly payments will be 10-25% of what is owed with a minimum payment of $5. This means if you are owed less than $50, you will not receive weekly payments, but will receive your amount all at once when it is your turn.
Our repayment plan is designed so every member receives their full ad pack purchases back, plus some profit for members who joined in September or October. Some of you may ask why we don't just refund everyone's money right now. I would do that if it was just sitting in egold or alertpay. However, those funds are at work generating a profit for the repayment plan. Those funds will be dispersed as they come back to DSM.
I could place members money in other surf programs to meet the income demands, but I've always stated that DSM does not do that. We could also change the terms to where members would receive payments at the end of the 60 days, but who would want to surf for 60 days before receiving a payment?
Below is the formula that will be used to determine the amount you will receive from DSM:
- Members who joined between September 22 - October 15: (total upgrades X 1.10) - total paid cashouts = amount owed

I hope you can understand that by closing DSM now, we are at a point where every member can be whole. I wish things could have gone different, but the current business model relies too heavily on volatile things we cannot control. I am looking at different business models and taking all I have learned from DSM into consideration.

I totally understand Dustin and support him (if not with money as am only one guy).
I've always wanted to see programmes in the low ROI ranges to work, as they may be able to get funds outside of membership. But... I have always thought that they were attracting the wrong crowd. The crowd we have here right now are gamblers, not long-term investors, for the most part. As well, the outside Market, looking in at these types of surf sites, don't trust them. Due to history.
So it's a tough go and I commend Dustin and Israel, for trying so hard. I have not heard news from Israel of CommandSurf saying they will close... but still I commend him and Dustin alike for trying so hard to make this thing work. Let me be clear that CommandSurf is NOT closing. They are apparently still doing well.
Hey, I'm one of those to blame! While investing a large chunk of my money in 12by12daily, and a little bit in CommandSurf and DesertSky.... why? Hey, am just like most of my readership! We need to make some bucks, and right now, to pay those Credit Cards, rent, food, water. We're not investors with deep pockets! That's the key here. These sites are simply not attracting investors who are serious! Instead most of the players put in ten bucks, if that.
So you see what the problem here is? And as long as there are successful leading sites that pay out a large ROI per day, like 12by12daily and 13DailyPro, sites that offer much less have a hard time surviving (well, maybe XLO will prove us all wrong - har! Just heading you off Andy! And CommandSurf!) Unless they invest in the number one and two sites! And you know the danger of that! Oh well. Let's see what happens next!

- Please ignore Martin’s advice to email David at 12by12Daily.net. David is aware of the “Mass Payout” problem (nothing was paid out, they use AutoPay, not mass payout) and a hacker managed to change some folks’ e-gold account numbers. These are being fixed. Payouts will be a few hours late as they had to spend time changing the e-gold account numbers back to their original values. The hacker did not get away with anything and is right now being tracked down.

I could answer this question in a single word. But that single word has many negative connotations and associations that you would (quite understandably) draw completely the wrong conclusions about Jp-Daily. Passing it off as some chance event rather than the solid and phenomenally powerful investment program that it is. So a more comprehensive and thorough explanation is going to be required:
Lets begin!
I will attempt to explain things as clearly as thoroughly as I possible can to give you the most accurate representation of this investment program. But please understand that it just isn't possible for me to communicate every single detail to you. Due to both my inability to put into words every strategy, practice and individual response that is required for each circumstance - that I have acquired through years of experience (including one prior hyip - that failed - which I will comment on later). And also to minimise the amount of competition that Jp-Daily is exposed to. As with the basic information, your average Tom, Dick or Harry will probably have a go at creating their own high yield investment program based on what we do. But they would quickly fall by the wayside due to lack of experience, professionalism and ultimately insufficient knowledge/acquired skill (that I hope I have acquired a sufficient quantity of to now make Jp the success I have been striving for the past 4 or more years).
The one word would be: poker.
Online, texas hold'em to be more exact.

Now let me explain what makes this so great...
Lets leave behind the science of playing poker for a minute. And lets forget the argument that poker isn't gambling. (Not in the sense that fixed odds gambling is anyway; where the player will statistically always lose against the house). But lets get straight to the mechanics of Jp-Daily and how this system just works!
As I have mentioned before, Jp-Daily operates a 5% daily hedge. So we are playing with 5% of the total investment capital each day. (Actually we are not even playing with this amount, its more like 3% at any one time, and even that is divided among several tables). But regardless... We are playing with only a tiny portion of your investment capital at any one time.
Lets ignore how we play with that money for the time being and whether or not I am a super-duper poker player (I will say nothing in regards to this, what I am is purely hearsay coming from me. So we'll let the results decide whether I am a sufficiently 'good' / profitable player to pull this off.
-- This is the other 50% of the reason for not mentioning what Jp-Daily did for our first 3months of operation, initially I had planned to run "anonymous" for 5-6months (until after Christmas) but there has been a sizeable demand for me to reveal this information slightly earlier than planned. So here it is. (I just hope you are ready for it and that we have sufficiently proven ourselves for you to continue to invest with us!)
So we play with a very small percentage of your money each day. This is basically my "daily allowance" or how much I am allowed to risk / lose each day. So I play with this money and to put it bluntly: I win or lose. (Our history has and is continuing to demonstrate the ratios for profitable days vs negative days. So see for yourself whether we're worth investing in or not). So I play with this and like this and this (again!) generates your daily returns. Simple.
Why is this so great?
This is actually a hard question to answer. It seems such a trivial thing to JUST play with a small part of your money. And win/lose with that money to pay you JUST a variable daily return. But here are a few reasons why this is such a good thing (and why its proving to be more powerful than playing with all your money and potentially doubling, trebling up every day):
1. You risk a very small amount of your money on a per-day basis. So that you have full opportunity to see any negative trends as they occur and you have sufficient control over your money to withdraw it straight away (first sign of danger) so to minimise the damage to your investment.
This ultimately makes Jp-Daily a much safer, more reliable and more consistent investment program.
2. Playing with a small amount of money provides Jp-Daily with a 20X bank roll (meaning we have 20X the amount of money we enter the table with in reserve - so if we lose that money for whatever reason, we have plenty in reserve to use later (in subsequent days) to play again with and provide sufficient opportunity for the statistics to average themselves out and put us back in a profit / at least recover our initial loss). -- Perhaps read some poker books and learn the importance of bankroll for further explanation, proof or demonstration of the actual benefits of employing this system.
3. Playing with just a small amount of money provides a much more stable investment program. If we played with 100% of your money, then the daily returns could be phenomenal (up to 500% daily), but at the same time, they could more than easily (and quite regularly be -100%). So this small amount provides and allows us to generate a much more consistent overall profit. And we aren't losing ALL your money every 5 minutes, so its probably more profitable as well.
4. For those of you who have played poker. You will understand the desire to do EVERYTHING RIGHT NOW, turn your $50 into $5million within the next hour. And even if you turn your $50 into $250 in the first 30mins, it still won't be quick enough. This constant demand for more is ultimately 90% or more of peoples downfall's in poker. They get greedy, try to do too much, get restless at the seemingly slow pace of their profit making. And then change their play (go on 'tilt' and end up losing everything). So this "little bit at a time" / "any profit daily" approach is actually surprisingly powerful. As they say: a little bit every day adds up to a whole heap!
eg: You want to turn $1000 into $10,000. Doing this in one day is difficult / unlikely. But if you break that aim up into 30days, instead of trying to increase your money 10fold (and make $9000 in one day), you are now only trying to increase your money by $300 per day. Which is 30% daily, which still sounds a lot, but in poker 30% of your balance is absolutely nothing. (When you consider that the blinds alone constitute 1% or more of your total balance). -- This doesn't take into consideration playing strategy. But the logic is quite simple: its easier to make lots of smaller amounts (doing one piece at a time) than trying to do everything all in one go. And by aiming for something more achievable, you are less likely to lose your money in the process.
I realise that this is a seemingly weak argument on paper. But for those of you with experience with texas hold'em you will know that this little piece of information / approach to the way you play. Will make all the difference between piles of gold and a mountain of debts.
I am not going to preach to you how to play poker. How to play by the book; whether that be aggressive or passive, with or without bluffing. Or go into all the different tells (online has them just as much as offline, just they are much harder to accurately read online - due to the ease at which people can fake them) or whatever! If you want to learn poker, buy some books, read for hours. Then spend however many thousands it will cost for you to acquire the sufficient amount of experience and real practical learning before you find your own level and begin to turn things around into a profit.
In fact, I am going to leave it more or less there. In terms of what we do to make your money. In short I hope this summary is sufficient:
We play poker with your investments. Using a 5% daily hedging system that allows us to risk very little while still being able to provide very consistent and exciting levels of returns (what else can pay 1-10% daily so consistently and safely?). Combined with the power of cumulative returns (with a little, and SENSIBLE, compounding) can still yield seemingly impossible levels of returns on your investment (per day, week, month and year) comparative to more conventional investments or your bank!
So that's what we do!
But that's not all that we can/will do! Once we get bigger and have more capital to work with, Jp-Daily has so much potential to expand our portfolio into so many other fields. (Anything you can think of really: stocks, real estate, other investments, more conventional investments - whatever!). And we can do so in such a way that they merely supplement our daily poker earnings (which are somewhat limited; as I have mentioned previously, poker can only support 1-2million dollars worth of investment capital. After that we just can't make use of anymore capital). And do all these other things, but in an unbelievably investor friendly way. So you maintain complete control over your money all the time and can cash it out in a very reasonable timeframe.
But once we get to $2million or so. We can begin to look into other options and expand Jp-Daily into something I can barely imagine at the moment. And when we get to that point, I will report back again with our proposed action plan for further growth/expansion!
And for now: one day at a time. Any profit daily. That is all it takes. I am not trying to make 1200% yearly, I am just trying to make any profit daily, if it happens to be 1500% yearly, then so be it. We shall see. (in fact, I think our compounded return already exceeds 1000%, so if we have done that in 2months, I can't begin to imagine 12months!). But for now - one step/day at a time. That's it.
Some questions:
1. If you are so good at poker. Why don't you just play for yourself? Why run a HYIP?
I have been supporting myself from poker since I was 15. I have lost and then made some good money from poker. But its never going to be enough to truly make me rich (or perhaps it might, but its not quick enough to satisfy my endless desire for more!)...
So I have been trying to think of a way to best utilise my skills and since I have been around hyips for a couple years, I thought this would be the best way for me to increase my working capital. Link my two areas of expertise into one amazing investment program. For which I think my next point is obvious:
I have $20k of my own money. From previous earnings, bank, parents etc etc. Its a fair amount of money, but its not a lot! Playing poker with this I could quite comfortably generate a yearly income of 20-50k. Which is nice and it is/would be sufficient. But why do that? When I have the opportunity to open up my services through a hyip, then "risk" absolutely none of my money at all and instead I get to work with 100X more money than I could otherwise acquire for the purposes of playing poker ($2million instead of $20k). And im sure you can figure out for yourself, that 15% commissions from working with with $2million dollars over the period of a year equate to a whole lot more than me peddling my $20k around trying to make $50k a year.
So for me - its risk free, it provides a much more stable and consistent income. It provides a HUGE income with the potential to be financially free (get rich quick Laughing ) within just a year or two. And it also allows me to to develop something truly amazing and inconceivable to a young guy with no fancy CV to my name. (I don't have a degree in mathematics, economics, finance or banking - so how on earth would I ever get put in charge of a multi-million dollar investment company? -- the only solution I can think of is to build my own from the ground up - first working with $1 trial investments before showing my true abilities (through actual performance - and not from a bit of paper) and then subsequently working with more money than most people even dream of!
That is why.
My PAST!
As I mentioned before, I ran an investment program at the beginning of this year that didn't work out. It was called GG Investments. (A lot of you have probably heard of it).
Anyway, this was my first attempt, before Jp-Daily. (This is also the other 50% of the reason for running JP-Daily anonymously for the first few months - as I needed time for Jp to grow, and to get suitably on its feet, so that my commissions could finish off the refunds process for GG Investments. Refunds for GGI are well underway, we have 40% of the people refunded so far, by the end of this month I should have the single biggest investor in GGI refunded ($15k) and by Christmas the entire list back on their feet (with their full 125% returns as promised).
But I would just like to mention WHY GG Investments failed:
The program offered 125% as soon as it possibly could. The investment wasn't guaranteed as such, but there would be no losing! And this was its downfall. Its inability to accept even a small loss doomed it from day one. As I can make an overall profit in poker. But not being able to lose at ANY point just makes the whole affair improbable (if not impossible). Poker is a game of statistics, so among other things, events happen that are chance - but you obviously play them / set yourself up so that the chances are reduced and hopefully in your favour. But never the less, there are times when you just lose. If you are 99% favourite to win a hand, it still means that you will lose it 1 out of every 100 times. Fact. No matter how good you are, you will lose that from time to time. Especially as a professional player when you are playing many thousands more hands per month than other players.
So GG Investments wasn't allowed lose (even 1%). And as such, one little loss, wasn't acceptable at all. Then one little loss would grow into a bigger loss. And before long, you now have 50% of the working capital you started with. But you now have to not only make a +25% ROI, but a +150% profit. So its a downhill spiral! One loss gets bigger and bigger until you are in a hole so deep that you are just not going to get out of it. And of course: when you stop paying - people stop investing. So I wasn't provided with the required bankroll to rejuvenate the program and allow the stats to average themselves out and provide me with full opportunity recover the losses.
So that failed because it couldn't lose. It had a too rigid setup that was inflexible to the demands / attributes of making money through playing poker. And my experiences through running GG Investments have tailored the design process for Jp-Daily.
Now Jp-Daily has a very flexible structure. It aims for nothing in specific. Just "Any profit daily". If we lose one day, then -5%, no big deal, forget about it. Don't try and recover 5% the next day or whatever, just go back to relaxing, chilling out and making "any profit daily" the next day. And as our performance has already shown - this flexible and relaxed aim/attitude is exceptionally powerful. "JUST" 1-5% daily adds up so damn quickly that it is actually proving more profitable than trying to make +25% ASAP (like GGI did).
So thats why that failed and thats how/why Jp-Daily was created. And you can monitor the refunds process (its not really refunds, as people are receiving their expected returns: as the program promised 125% ASAP, its taken longer than I had thought, but they are still getting those returns). So perfect! No losers as promised.
MY DD Information...
It is out there! I don't really want to publish it publicly as there are all sorts of strange people out there. Plus I don't have a fixed address at the moment (nothing in my name anyway / no utility bills to send to you!). But Peter from www.hyip101.com has my full DD information - passport, my address in Spain and my parents address in England. As do at least 3 other people, but their names escape me for the time being!
I was also the previous owner of www.goldgames.org (which I have since sold to somebody else) - so if you checked the whois information on there earlier this year then you would have the majority of my DD information. Im sure you can get hold of it. But if you are a big investor into Jp-Daily (or have big intentions!) then please contact me personally and I would be happy to tell you who I am (provided you aren't weird Wink ).
Also now that full disclosure has been provided, this will open up the ability for you to bank wire investments into Jp-Daily. (No $1 investments though! Minimum £3000 GBP / $5000 USD).
