Aha. Sure.  Whatever. I’d stay away.

  “This is a long update, but the issues are important, so please take the time to read it thoroughly.
  
  Hi everybody,
  
  Are we all enjoying our super smooth surfing? Our long awaited server upgrade took place earlier this week, and apart from a few little bugs, everything seems to be working fine. I know you have all been frustrated with the slow surfing, but you can only imagine the frustration from my end. Everything we do relies on the server, from payouts, to receiving and answering emails, to ref commissions, to database updates, so you can probably understand how frustrated I have been and why things have not been happening as soon as they should. Basically the server was only able to cope for about half of each day, which meant that we have only been able to cope with half our workload. Daily payouts are and always have been my number one priority, so I apologise if some of the other things have not been happening. I am happy to report, however that despite all the problems, we have managed to keep our 100% on time payout record intact.
  
  The Issues.
  
  Referral Commission. As mentioned in the previous update we are working our way through referral commissions in order of member number. When we get to the end of the list, we start again. We are currently in the 4 thousands, and things should start to flow a lot quicker now, with the new server. If your member number is less than 4000, and you have not been paid your referral commissions, there are 2 probable reasons for this. Firstly, you may not have earnt any at the time I processed your number, or secondly you were a free member when I processed your number. If you fall into those categories, you will be paid on the next cycle. As mentioned in the previous update, I am unable to give an accurate timeframe for payment of referral commissions, but I now estimate that each cycle should take approximately one month.
  
  Incorrect or Negative Cash Balance. As mentioned previously, if you have an incorrect or negative cash balance, there is no need to worry, and definitely no need to email us. You will always be paid for the full 12 days on each upgrade regardless of what your cash balance says. This does not mean that you don't have to surf however, as there is a mechanism in the surfing which triggers the expiry of your upgrade.
  
  Free Members Requesting Cashout. I have to bring this up in every update, but I still get free members emailing me asking about their payout. When you joined, you ticked a box to say that you have read and understood the terms of 12by12daily, and the terms clearly state Only advertisers who hold current Ad Packs will be permitted to cashout. and the FAQ carries the same information in at least 3 places. The only exception to this rule is if you have 2 expired upgrades, and that was covered in the previous update. For those of you who may not have seen it, I will reprint it here.
  Free Member with Two Pending Cashouts? We have a bit of a problem with members whose 2nd upgrade expires while waiting to be paid for their first one. What happens in this case is that your account reverts to free, and your payout disappears off the list. I had promised to pay the first cashout in this instance, and will honour this promise. However sometimes it is difficult to find them, once they have disappeared from the list. If you are in this situation, you can email us, and we will fix. Bear in mind that it may take a couple of days for us to see your email. The quickest way is to make another upgrade, (You will need to anyway to get your 2nd cashout). As soon as you do this your payout will reappear on the payout list, and jump to the head of the queue. Some members who have done this have been paid in minutes, but the most you should have to wait is 24 hours. (The 24 hours only applies to payouts that are already overdue. If they are not overdue they will reappear on the list in their rightful place in the queue)
  
  Contact Requests. Unhappily, since my last update, the number of unnecessary email has once again increased. Most of these refer to the 3 issues mentioned above. I get really annoyed, when I have to take an hour or two out of my busy schedule to write these updates, and it appears only a minority of members actually read them. After we mail these emails out we also post them on your members page, with the note, WE WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS THAT ARE ANSWERED IN THIS UPDATE. Also before you send us a contact request, there is a big red STOP!! and a list of subjects not to email us about. Guess what is on that list? Yep, the same 3 subjects listed above, and people still email us with questions on these subjects. If you have emailed me about any of these subjects I have probably deleted it. Apart from the fact that it is an unnecessary drain on our resources, it is also totally unfair to the members who have genuine problems that need to be attended to. On a happier note, I have been able to catch up with a lot of the emails since the server upgrade, and response times should continue to improve.
  
  Egold. When you joined 12by12daily you had the option of entering your egold accoun number in your payout details. If you have entered this incorrectly we will not be responsible for any payments that go astray. Please make sure that the egold number in your account is exactly the same as the one you upgraded with.
  
  Egold 2. Too many members are having their egold accounts compromised and/or having funds stolen from their accounts. The number of members in this situation is not high, but lets face it, 1 is too many. Pleeeeaase, pleeeaaase, protect your e-gold, and protect your pc. The most common ways for money to be stolen from your egold account are for you to give your login details to somebody. You may not even know that you have done this, but the most common way this happens is for the hacker to access your email account first. Yahoo accounts seem to be particularly vulnerable to this. The second most common way is a trojan called goldun. is downloaded onto your pc. Most antivirus programs will not pick up this trojan. I use and recommend ewido which you can download for free at ewido.com This, and I believe Kaspersky are the only antivirus programs that will pick up and remove this trojan. I recommend you also visit the forum for a wealth of valuable information on how to keep your egold safe. We have a whole section there devoted entirely to egold issues.
  
  Forum. We announced in the last update that the forum is now up and running. We currently have about 2000 forum members which is great, but I would suggest that you should all join up and have a look around. Even if you are not a forum person, many questions that you may have will be answered in there. There is a great community spirit in the forum, and we are now getting people from all over the world joining in. We already have little communities springing up from many different countries, and members can post in their own language. We will be moving all these communities to their own section over the weekend.
  
  Free Upgrades. There is some clown doing the rounds of various chat rooms sprouting that he has software for sale that will allow you to make free upgrades of any amount you wish in autosurf programs. Don't buy it, it does not work on 12by12daily. His asking price is $300, and I would suggest you would be better off buying upgrades with your $300 rather than giving it to him. I might also mention that if he can make upgrades of up to $6k on 12by12daily, and $10k on some other sites, why would he sell it for $300? For the record I catch about 3 of these crooks nearly every day.

• I received one comment about my post re: GAP and its demise. I don’t like bringing bad news to you. Especially if the programme is run by such an honest Admin as Trish. But I saw the signs of trouble when she put in that 45% rule.  The reason? Because GAP was already in trouble.  That rule only prolonged the death throes.  And Trish’s recent admittal that GAP was hacked... well, that sealed it. I don’t see a way that GAP can recover.  So that’s why I had to post it.  Because if you put in more money right now, it’s money that will be lost. Unless I see some evidence to counter this conclusion, I will keep that, and this post in my BLOG.  It’s NOT easy to announce this! Because I do know that bloggers can indeed influence the outcome of a programme!  But in this case it was dying already for a number of weeks. So my publishing this is not going to kill the programme, because the programme is pretty well dead.  And please do not send me any angry e-mails over this as am not the cause of it’s death.  It’s been happening for weeks now. I have around 1K in there in two pendings... so I’d rather not even post what am posting.  You see?

Else you will simply be signing up folks who will lose their money as they have no hope of getting paid.

• A personal note to any Admin who is thinking of launching a site similar to EverlastingNine: I don’t care if it is a 9% site or a 12% site or a 14% site or any kind of over 10% site! Or even less!  I will advise folks NOT to join you!  This everlasting blood sausage is kaka. By withdrawing before the x number of days have passed you lose your outstanding amount is nonsense and yellow water! If you hope to succeed in running a good HYIP you must allow folks to w/d every few days so they can at least recover their principal, or get close to it! NO ONE is going to trust you if you say that they will lose their remaining principal if they withdraw early! Tysin of EverlastingNine has poisoned that concept. Well done indeed!
   
• You know, this is Friday the infamous thirteen!  I have always wondered about why the number 13 was considered to be a bad luck number.  I have heard various theories.  But the one that I feel right about the most? The one that says that Friday the 13th is a bad day because that's when a ruler in France rounded up the Knights Templar, or most of them, and had them arrested, and killed. And just a few minutes ago I got the below post! On time!  And so I quote:
  
  I recently checked out a book from the library called "Off the Road: A Modern-Day Walk Down the Pilgrim’s Route Into Spain"(copyright 1994, published by Simon & Schuster, ISBN 0-671-75818-7). The author, Jack Hitt, decided to side-step an anticipated mid-life crisis by abandoning his safe comfortable American life to follow the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela, Spain, the putative final resting place of Saint James the Apostle. Lasting two months or more, depending on the starting place, the walk traditionally winds up just before St. James’ feast day, July 25. Along the route of "Europe’s oldest form of packaged tour," he encountered a varied cast of characters, and a host of legends. One in particular caught my eye:
  
  "The king of France at the turn of the fourteenth century was known as an uncommonly handsome man. He was called Philip le Bel, the Beautiful, an ironic epithet for a king of Gothic pitilessness. Because of the French king's constant financial problems, relations between Paris and Rome had degenerated into a ludicrous state. The Beautiful had exhausted all the usual mediaeval methods for balancing the books. He had stolen property, he had arrested all the Jews, he had devalued his currency. As a last resort, he tried to tax the church.
  Pope Boniface VIII was a fat and dissolute pontiff. One contemporary described him as "nothing but eyes and tongue in a wholly putrefying body . . . a devil." The Beautiful himself openly referred to him as, "Your Fatuity." But Boniface knew the rules of the game as well.
  In retaliation for France's new fiscal arrangements, the pope issued a dictum forbidding the taxation of the clergy.
  So the Beautiful closed French borders to the exportation of gold bullion, cutting off Rome's transalpine money supply. To rub it in, he arrested the bishop of Pamiers and charged him with blasphemy, sorcery, and fornication.
  So the pope issued a bull condemning the arrest and revoked some of the Beautiful’s papal privileges.
         The Beautiful burned his copy of the bull in public.
         The pope delivered a stinging sermon filled with ominous
  
  warnings that the church was a creature with one head, not a monster with two.
  The Beautiful issued charges, in absentia, against the pope himself, alleging blasphemy, sorcery, and sodomy.
  The pope excommunicated the Beautiful. He compared the French to dogs and hinted that they lacked souls. His nuncios leaked a rumor that the pontiff might well excommunicate the entire country.
  The peasants were stirred by such threats and the Beautiful quickly grasped that revolution was a better future to them than excommunication. So he acted fast, dispatching an army to Anagni, where the pope was staying. He placed the eighty-six-year-old pontiff under house arrest. The locals managed to save him, but a month later Boniface passed away. Some allege he succumbed to shock at the outrage; other sources say that he beat his head against a wall until he died.
  After a pliable pope assumed office, the Beautiful returned to his economic problems. His wife died in 1305, and since he no longer would have to kiss a woman's lips, he applied for membership in the Knights Templar. The permanent knights of the Paris Temple may have suspected that his intentions were less than pious and did something almost unspeakable: they blackballed the king.
  The following year, the grand master of the Knights Templar, Jacques de Molay, returned to Europe from the Mediterranean in a show of luxury. He was accompanied by sixty knights and a baggage train of mules laden with gold and jewels. Around that time the Beautiful was more desperate than ever to solve his messy state finances: he tripled the price of everything in France overnight. Open rebellion broke out in the streets. Rioters threatened to kill him. He fled to the Parisian temple and begged the knights for protection. It was all too humiliating.
  So in the fall of 1307, the Beautiful arranged a state action impressive even in these days of data highways and rapid deployment teams. On September 14 he mass-mailed a set of sealed orders to every bailiff, seneschal, deputy and officer in his kingdom. The functionaries were forbidden under penalty of death to open the papers before Thursday night. October 12.
  The following Friday morning, alert to their secret instructions, armies of officials slipped out of their barracks. By sundown nearly all the Knights Templar throughout France were in jails. One estimate puts the arrests at two thousand, another as high as five thousand. Only twenty escaped. The initial charges were vague, but they didn't sound good: "A bitter thing, a lamentable thing, a thing horrible to think of and terrible to hear, a detestable crime, an execrable evil, an abominable act, a repulsive disgrace, a thing almost inhuman, indeed alien to all humanity, has, thanks to the reports of several trustworthy persons, reached our ear, smiting us grievously and causing us to tremble with the utmost horror." What followed was so foul, according to folklore, that Templar sympathizers cursed the day itself, condemning it as evil--Friday the thirteenth--whose reputation never recovered."
  I had never heard this derivation for the bad reputation enjoyed by Friday the thirteenth, so I went looking for corroboration or denial. I checked the AFU FAQ and found no mention of any basis for the bad-luck notoriety. I found a listing on-line, in the Time-Warner publishing area, that pushes the New-Testament explanation, i.e., by placing the blame on events surrounding the death of Christ:

  "Of all superstitions, perhaps the most pervasive -- and yet least explicable -- is the aversion to the number thirteen. Many buildings (particularly hotels) tall enough to have a thirteenth floor will not number it as such. We are told that the registration of Princess Margaret's birth was delayed so that she would not be entered as number thirteen. So firm is its grip upon us that even hospitals, those supposed bastions of rational thought, decline to label their operating theaters with the number.
  What is it about the 'devil's dozen' that poses such evil portent? The answer, as with so many superstitions, is biblical. Thirteen gathered in the upper room on the night of the Last Supper. 'And in the evening he cometh with the twelve. And as they sat and did eat, Jesus said, Verily I say unto you, One of you which eateth with me shall betray me.' (Mark 14: 17-18). 'Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil? He spake of Judas Iscariot . . for he it was that should betray him.' (John 6: 70-71).
  As for Friday the 13th: a lamentable intersection of unlucky number and dire day. 'And on a Friday fil al this meschaunce,' wrote Chaucer in 'The Nun's Priest's Tale'. The superstitions surrounding this fateful day -- particularly Good Fridays -- are numerous: a child born on Friday is doomed to misfortune; do not feed anyone butter churned or eggs laid that day. Courting, and especially marriage, on Friday is a folly. Do not move to a new home or new job on that fateful day; do not rise from an illness; and please, please do not take a journey -- for as the fishermen say, 'A Friday's sail, always fail."
  This had more meat to it, more background--but was it still too neat? Well, this one appeared to back Winter up:

  "Thirteen is especially unlucky terms of dinner parties, referring back to the Last Supper or the Norse feast: it is believed that one of the thirteen diners will die within a year. But the fear exists in every occurrence of the number. Throughout the western world people can still be found numbering their houses '12 1/2,' to avoid living in number 13. The state lotteries of France, Italy, and elsewhere never sell tickets with that number. Hotels and hospitals, and similar institutions, often have no room numbered thirteen; and many big hotels, like the new Cavendish Hotel completed in London in 1966, also have no thirteenth floor. Fear is also aroused if the thirteenth of the month falls on a Friday--in itself a notoriously unlucky day, largely by association with Good Friday."
  Last Supper, Good Friday...yup, got all the elements. But what’s this about a Norse feast? Is that pre-Christian? Better look some more. Hmmmm, what’s this, then:

  "When making beds, mattress should never be turned on a Friday or a Sunday. Sunday is taboo, of course, because of the biblical prohibition working on the Sabbath--the Jewish Sabbath being transferred to the first day of the week in Christian practice and Friday because of the general bad luck attributed to it. Many people consider that this attribute of Friday is due its being the day of the Crucifixion, but the belief in its ill luck probably goes much farther back in history and m have something to do with the sacrifices offered to the goddess Friga in Norse mythology.
  And there is still an uneasy feeling among both seamen and passengers when a voyage begins on a Friday. If the Friday happens also to be the thirteenth day of the month apprehension is doubly strong.
  Perhaps the best known of meal-time dangers is the belief that it is unlucky to sit down thirteen to table. So widespread is this superstition that most hostesses will go far out of their way to avoid such a catastrophe. Should any invited guest unexpectedly fall out leaving only thirteen for the meal, almost anyone will be dragged in to fill the vacant chair. The old belief is that the first person to rise from the table will die within a year. Slight protection against this fate is supposed by some to be afforded if all the company rise together. Nevertheless it is safer to avoid the unlucky number if possible. Usually the host or hostess will try to arrange matters so that neither a person falling out nor an unexpected guest will leave thirteen. It is thought that this superstition may have had its origin in the Gospel story of the Last Supper in the events which followed the Passover meal partaken of by the twelve disciples and their Master. Judas, who rose first from the table, was the first to die as recounted in the New Testament It is probable, however, that it goes back farther in time than that, for divination by numbers played a large part in ancient religions."
  So here we have Norse Mythology again being used to link the bad character of Friday to a much earlier time than the previous references. Well, there was only one other book in the library that might be of use in the research project. Of course, it was terribly old, and written in such a fey voice! But never mind--I can make one last attempt to pin down the Norse reference:

  "The rise of the compound Three-Ten for Thirteen is so very general all over the world, that it seems clear that to the primitive mind of early Man it had no real meaning--he stopped at Twelve. So persistent are these old instincts that, even today, we stop at "Twelve Times Twelve "in our school multiplication triplication tables, though there is absolutely no reason whatever why we should do so, except for our inherited instinct that it was, and therefore still must be, the utmost limit of mathematical thought.
  Thirteen, therefore was not used as number, but as a vague word meaning anything beyond Twelve. To the untutored savage, as to the animal mind of today, anything unknown conveyed an immediate sense of danger. Thirteen was not really an unlucky number, but a fateful one--a number full of vague and unimaginable possibilities and therefore a number to be avoided by any peace-loving man.
  This curious point is amply proved by the many superstitions that cluster round this number, for they are all based upon the number itself. In the majority of hotels, for instance, there is no room bearing this number, and the visitor who sleeps in the thirteenth room slumbers quite peacefully because it bears the number 14 on the door. The ill-luck, you see, is not attached to the room, but to the number, which carried to the savage mind such dreaded fear of the Unknown. Possibly that may have been a million years ago, but the fateful character still clings to the number.
  Many people believe that the superstition about sitting thirteen at table dates from the Last Supper and the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. That is not possible, for the idea goes back centuries earlier: but it does seem clear that this world fatality gave the idea new life and sent it bounding forward along the years to come. As a matter of fact, this was not an isolated case of at thirteen at table, for Christ and the chosen disciples worked together regularly every day, and must, surely, have risked the fateful thirteen many thousands of times.
  In Scotland, Thirteen is known as the "Devil's Dozen"--a title characteristic of the worst associations of this much abused number. I have already made reference to the question of Thirteen sitting at table together. But the Romans considered that the fatality followed the number whenever and for whatever purpose thirteen people gathered together.
  The Fish was an emblem of Freyja, and as such was associated with the worship of Love. It was offered by the Scandinavians to their goddess, on the sixth day of the week, i.e., Friday. I have already pointed out that many primitive customs were "adopted" by the early Christians, in order to make life easier for their converts--this was a case in point. Fish has been accepted by Catholics as the correct diet on their sixth day fast.
  Unfortunately this worship of Love on the Friday of each week gradually developed--or degenerated--into a series of filthy and indecent rites and practices.
  Here then we have the obvious clue to the Day's bad name--no decent man would be associated with such practices! Friday started its career as a good day, almost a sacred day--and in many countries it is still the day of all days for lovers. Then love degenerated into lust, and now the day is universally shunned!
  This trick of attributing to poor old Friday all the disasters that have ever befallen Mankind is a very general one--in addition to Eve's "indiscretion," as I may call it, Friday is popularly, but not historically, supposed to have seen the murder of Abel, the stoning of Stephen, the Crucifixion, the Massacre of the Innocents by Herod, the flight of the children of Israel through the Red Sea, the Deluge (of course !), the Confusion of Tongues at the Tower of Babel and many others, right up to William Tell and the other Apple!
  Give a poor dog a bad name, and you might as well hang it!"
  Wow! Thirteen has been ‘fateful’ as long as there have been numbers, and Friday has been disastrous since ‘Eve.’ I think Mr. Hitt may have been misled by Spanish conspiracy theorists, anxious to give more importance to the Knights Templar, their attackers, and their defenders. And guess which group succeeded the KsT?

• This one looks like a scam: http://gdrfund.com The daily ROI at 9% is way too high for an HYIP or some kind of money fund.  If it was lower than 2% then perhaps I’d study it more. GoldCoders script. I would not participate.
   
• I’ve cycled 4 times now in DollarMagic!  Took out my init deposit and put back the profits.  Oh and I did take some profit as well.  It’s still at a 3 day cycle time. How long will this last? Unknown! But I’d say it’s good for another four cycles and we should start to see the cycle time move up to 4 or 5 days.
   
• Those of you asking about BringYourBuddy and Derek... well he’s been busy with his third company that he found and has not even sent out a letter on that one, only to a few folks. So am sure he’ll get on the ByB letter quite soon. In the meantime go out and bring in our five buddies.

I'm not even sure I am able to express how I felt seeing members post in a couple of forums with their words of support and willingness to donate funds to help recover the hacked ones...it really cost me a great deal to make that post mentioning the hack, but I really did not want anyone (especially Misty!) to think wrong about me. I truly am trying my best here, and, like it or not, am a litle proud of myself that I managed SDU for almost 14 months now and GAP for around 3 - even though it's been a bumpy road more often than not. I don't know about others, but it is really not easy to sleep somebody out there is waiting for a payment - fact is, as I have written in previous updates, there is still a long road to catching up all older payments. Even if wanted to pull more of my personal funds, I can't ... there are none left and whatever comes in the meantime, goes straight to the GAP account for payouts. (David B. iffered $100 to be deducted from his account for me to go out or treat myself to something - such a big heart, David - but how could I possibly?).
  
  I am trying to be as fair and square with payouts as possible (and NO, I do not pick some members over others! like some are trying to suggest) - I basically try to do what is most efficient timewise as well as for creating new cash so it may be used for generating recovery funds for what was lost and hopefully help me rebuilt the reserves. With one exception...occassionally, if a member has just received a payment, considering there are many others waiting with 2 or more pendings, I will rather send a payment to another person, instead of 2 payments to the same person. And it hurts me too. There is nothing more that I am willing to see again than a payout list where there is only one pending for each person!
  
  Back to your offers of donating to a recovery fund - I spent 2 days thinking about it and, as much as I appreciate your good will (I do!), I'd rather avoid going in that direction right now - it is heavy as it is to carry the financial burden for so many people. Instead, what I am hoping I am seeing in the correct way, there is a slight increase again in new signups and re-purchases - so, if you are able to re-purchase more often, it will have same effect as donating to a fund, as it ill place more funds that can be put to work again. I have places where I have a very good record of generating extra funds and no funds to put in there.

• If you’re going to play in the above cycler, let me tell you this: get out after the first two cycles at most! Don’t be greedy else you will end up losing.

• I’ve been asked why I don’t comment on The Network.  I have, somewhere in the BLOG.  But I will comment again. My gut feel is that these guys are set up to collapse, like a domino effect. Why? There is some indication, at least to myself, that the seven or so programs pool their money and pay out of each programme as their payouts are staggered and on occasion they’ve made a mistake in paying some folks out of the wrong programme! I can’t prove it. It’s almost like having one Admin run 7 surf programmes and rotating the money.  Why run 7 programmes? Make one successful.  So that’s how I look at The Network.
  
  But I must say that there are folks out there, obviously, who are very pleased with that operation.  Well, it’s up to you.
   
• SwissCash: Whenever asked about this I have said, at least in my recent posts in my BLOG, that this was a scam. Now I find that Leo of DrunkOnLife, has found damning info posted in a forum on the 'net.  Here it is: (Oh and I have a link to his BLOG way up top).
  
  Two Datuks held over Internet scam
  
  KUALA LUMPUR: Two Datuks and six others have been placed under remand to help investigations into a get-rich-quick scheme that allegedly promised “huge returns for a minimum investment.”
  
  The Datuks, aged 47 and 57, were produced before a magistrate’s here yesterday together with the others, aged 26 to 58, after their arrest on Monday.
  
  Magistrate Azniza Mohd Ali ordered them to be remanded for five days, until Oct 7.
  
  The police are investigating the case under Section 420 of the Penal Code for cheating.
  
  The alleged scam, known as SwissCash or Swiss Mutual Fund (1948), was uncovered early last month and reported in a Malay tabloid.
  
  Over 50,000 people have purportedly signed up for the scheme since its introduction in April last year.
  
  The Swiss Embassy here has denied that its government had approved the scheme and also rebuffed claims that it was based in Switzerland.
  
  SwissCash, which operates through the Internet, claims to be an “easy, fast and secure scheme.”
  
  It claimed investors’ funds were channelled to business activities ranging from oil exploration to shipping and agriculture in the Caribbean.
  
  Investors are required to pay a registration fee of US$30 (RM110) to join the scheme, which allegedly offers huge returns for a minimum investment of US$100 (RM370).
  
  Those behind the scheme also claimed that investments of US$1,000 (RM3,700) or more could earn a profit of up to 300% after 15 months.
  
  However, after the report appeared in the tabloid, the Securities Commission and Bank Negara released statements saying SwissCash had no licence to collect funds.
  
  Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi also issued a statement calling on those duped by the scam to quickly lodge reports.
  
  Among the scheme’s purported victims are a lawyer, a consultant, a technician and the secretary-general of a government ministry. They claimed they had been cheated of nearly RM20mil.

Am sorry, many of the ideas are fine... but.. it promotes a super ego! As if you can get what you want here, in this World, of desires, and ego conflicts, and illusion!  The Matrix! This is NOT a heaven realm!

  The Securities and Exchange Commission is seeking to shut down a network of 25,000 websites, accusing operators of running a $15-million pyramid scheme that promises to shower participants with easy cash.
  
  Prosperity Automated System, which bills itself as a marketing network, "is destined to collapse and leave the vast majority of investors with substantial losses," the SEC said Wednesday.
  
  The complaint targets the network and its creator, William M. Osterhout of Citrus Heights, Calif.
  
  The websites, with such names as lazyandrich.net and profits4doingnothing.com typically offer testimonies from people claiming to make thousands of dollars by buying into the group, the SEC said.
  
  One site says the network "Showers You with Hands-Free Cash!"
  
  Visitors to the sites fill out forms and are later called by representatives selling memberships for as much as $3,895, the SEC said. New members are issued their own websites and eventually can receive a share of the money when more people buy memberships via their sites, according to the allegations.
  
  "Websites that come with the memberships do nothing but sell more memberships," said Stephen Donahue, an SEC enforcement official in Atlanta.
  
  Though some websites offer links to products or services, "those were attempts to cloak what is a fraudulent pyramid scheme, giving it the appearance of multilevel marketing," Donahue said.
  
  The defendants' attorney, D.J. Poyfair, could not be reached for comment.

  It's an autosurf.  One single click they say.  Well, that's good for those who are lazy and don't wish to watch the ads, but that bodes ill for the surf industry.  Again, am expressing my opinion here: I think in order to make this industry legitimate we should be watching the Ads!  Because at some point the owner of the surf site, if he or she is not just running a ponzi that will fold, will have to show some kind of proof to their sponsors that there are actual and real visitors.
  
  But then... this industry is filled with the "wrong" type of visitor.  The current visitor, 99% of the time, is really only looking to double his or her money in a month or less. They are not interested in the ads.  So this kind of site will continue to attract the same type, and of course, after some weeks, fold, as ponzis do not last long.
  
  Look folks, am not saying this is WRONG... it's just what is happening right now.  That's all. And if Admins out there want to establish a legitimate advertising industry... then keep up your efforts!  Or, actually, be more creative and start to attract the type of investor that you want. Am not saying I have the answers. I don't. Am just observing and commenting.
  
  OK, back to the review.
  
  So since my current audience simply wants to make the bucks... I will have to review this one in that light.
  
  153% in 17 days, so that's a 53% profit in 17+ days.
  
  The ad copy is a ripoff of other ripoffs of other sites. I wish they were more original!  That tells me it's not a professional outfit but most likely some mom and pop shop.
  
  The say they are located offshore to protect themselves against the actions of the SEC and even misspell Tax Haven (as Tax Heaven).
  
  And looks like from their front page that they are paying way too many monitor sites to monitor them.
  
  Pay outs are 3 times per month, 4 upgrades at any time, and it may take 9 business days to get paid... that's 11 days!  Wow.  Not good.
  
  "Are payouts guaranteed?
  No. The proposed payout is 9% of your Member Level each day you view 9 or more sites in our rotator for 17 days totally. The percentage may be adjusted up or down depending on the inflow of revenues. Downward adjustments may be necessary in periods of slow growth and could potentially reach zero at times to keep the program operating.   By now, am wondering: why risk your money in this one when you have a proven vehicle like 12by12daily? I for one, would rather put in a large spend in 12by12daily than in this unproven autosurf!
  
  And I don't like the following:

  They are investing in other programmes?  I don't know of any that can return a greater ROI than they are paying out except for 12by12daily.  Well, there are... but they are very risky and fold quickly.  So.... am not too excited about this one.
  
  And then, for those of you who will be referring others, here's a bummer:

  This is a one time pay, matrix.  Is it forced/overspill? Does not matter. Just started.  There are literally THOUSANDS of these out there and I've tried quite a few. The fact that there are no recurring, monthly, subscription fees is another nail in their coffin.  One time payments are just that.  One time and you’ve lost that payment!  It also means endless recruiting since there is no recurring payments (as in a product that needs to be bought each month as you run out of it).  Recurring payments means that once you have established a good downline, you don’t have to keep recruiting.  But this is not the case here.
  
  Now, I have not made it in any of those that are similar to this one!  This one requires continuous recruiting efforts.  The owner(s) have big promises and MOST of the time fail to deliver, even if you are adept at recruiting.
  
  This one has really high promises. And only one paid member so far! Am sorry, but it's unproven and only those who will recruit like crazy have a chance of making some good money.
  
  Now, unless I get more data on the owners and their big plans (as in who they will get involved and their credentials) I cannot honestly recommend this one.
  
  So it's a no go.
  
  I have just found out that WORLDLPP.COM is promoting this one! So... I may have to eat my words as it may become successful due to that backing.

  I am not in any way discouraging people from opening these "forever" types of programs. In fact I love the concept really, or else I wouldn't have used it myself, but some things that members fail to see is that beneficial as it may be, it is as much a great tool for a potential scam to be made. Everyone seems to want to open a forever program here, and a forever program there.... WHY? Because that is where the latest trend is at. Those are the places people are risking at and where they are dumping big monies. Before joining any forever site or any other hyip for that matter, make sure you look at these key factors:
  
  1) The admin is somewhat known and has been in the hyip world for a good amount of time (meaning AT LEAST over 6 months).
  2) Apart from the admin being known, he/she also needs to have a good reputation and track record, which doesn't mean running a site for 1-2 months is enough, it has to be more, preferably 6 months or more.
  3) There is no mass advertising and excess spending of funds all at once.
  4) Watch out for excess cheerleading and pimping all around the place by the administrator and his/her "friends".
  5) Admin constantly trying to force you to believe he/she is honest.
  6)Beware of the referral whores that cling from one site to another depositing small amounts and cashing big from referral commissions. These people will make you believe anything and that "in their opinion" the site is honest and will payout forever.
  7)And finally, one important point is - DON'T LET NICE GRAPHIC DESIGNS GET TO YOU - JUST CAUSE IT LOOKS NICE, DOESN'T MEAN IT WILL BE RUN NICELY.
  
  In my opinion, following these points will surely decrease the risk of being involved in a scam site. It doesn't mean you will never lose out, it means you are playing more cautiously.
  The more sites popping up means the more money will be diversified between them and the less amount of time programs will run/live. Sometimes its good to stick to a few honest paying sites and not go round 10s of them.
  At the moment there are a few honest programs that deserve attention which is being diverted to other programs by "newbie" admins which run a much higher risk of potentially scamming. We have just saw a big one that collapsed as fast as it was built up with the admin running with some $60,000 according to statistics if it was all real money. Don't trust anyone with your money.
  
  I hope this served as somewhat useful information to everyone. If you think its a pile of BS then please just ignore it. I'm sorry if I offended you.
   
• Ok, I know I removed a post of mine from yesterday’s BLOG (or was that before that?) because in re-reading it I felt that some folks would not understand and be offended.  So am going to rephrase it here, right now:
  
  You are in exactly the spot you wanted to be in, and want to be in.  Right now.  Financially, family-wise, socially and so on. If you did not, you would not be!  Now am going to let you ponder that before I enter into any kind of explanation. You are exactly in the place you (secretly, unconsciously) want to be in!  Now all you have to do right now is to examine that!  And if you have ADD or ADHD of course it makes it hard as you can’t keep a train of thought for long.  And that’s designed.  OK, no more.  Some of you get this, most of you don’t.  And that’s ok as well.
   
• OPFM Update!
  
  “We have had several reports from teammates that they have been able to view their matrix using the instructions that we included in our update of Sunday. Teammates that have in the past not been able to view their matrix because of the size of the view have now been able to see their matrix view and utilize the Research function.   The more ram, the better. I had better luck with XP pro, rather than XP home. Also, turn off everything you can. All the little icons in the lower right corner, things like anti virus (only as long as it takes to DL), yahoo, msn, AIM messengers, etc.
  
  Firefox - under tools , options , privacy , cache .........increase cache size .
  Page file should be increased automatically.
  
  You can hit control +alt+del and bring up the task manager so you can watch the page as it is loading.
  
  Do nothing else when trying to DL , and if you have trouble making anything work try to give it a long time , and then hit file control-s , then choose save as web page complete , you then might be able to get a copy (on CD or jump drive) and find a computer that will open it.
   
  Now for an update! For several weeks prior to the 72 hour period beginning the team was encouraged to contact down line members and bring those in unpaid status to paid status. The 72 hour period was for upgrading those in unpaid status and or to research a member that should be showing in paid status. What happened during that first day was a growth of PIF receipts trickled in and this continued into the next 24 hours. On the final day of the 72 hour period that number grew and extended further into the next couple of days. We were prepared with a large number of staff members on hand but the numbers continued to grow. All these upgrades have to be manually input so the member does not get compressed out. We have members paying it forward for as many as 100 in their down line!
   
  It takes time to input these changes and verify the information so the data is correct, we are continuing with this verification and it is progressing well. We also received requests to move members and if the request was a valid request it had be completed prior to turning on the compression switch. We are hoping that all will be completed so we can begin compression Thursday evening at 9:00PM EST. Thomas will attend the Thursday call to give us an update on where we are. Thursday is our goal!
   
  We have to realize that although upgrading members is beneficial we must decide when the cut off is so we can move forward and Officially Open OPFM. We would like to say that we have reached that point now.
   
  Many have grown their down lines to 16 levels and further, once compression takes place many are going to see further growth in their matrix. We are in great shape and would like to see the continual growth of our business. Everyone’s advertising efforts are increasing the potential commission levels we are about to enjoy so keep up the great work.

  BELOW ARE STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS TO LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT
  1) enter your username and password as if you were to log into your account
  2) obviously it won't work, so click the forgot password link and type your email
  3) you're going to get an email with an automatically generated password from our script.
  4) copy this new password
  5) clear your cache and cookies and then restart your browser
  6) go to login with your new password. you should be able to log in
  7) click on "edit profile"
  8) enter your new password and confirm it and click apply
  9) you will get an activation email confirming your new password, click this.
  10) once you click it will say incorrect data in red font which is difficult to read.
  11) clear your cache and your cookies again and restart the browser
  12) try logging into your account with the new password you've created.  If you cannot log in right away, wait about 60 seconds and then try again
  
  This should take care of it.

  We quite simply do not know how much money we will be able to make for you during your time with us here. Nor do we have any fixed aims in regards to making a set profit per day. Instead we take each situation (day) as it comes, setting measured and achievable aims/goals accordingly.
  
  What we do know is what we have already been able to achieve (see the results tab on the homepage). So observe for yourself what we are doing now and if this is satisfactory for you - then you may invest with us and hopefully we will continue to at least repeat those results for you.

  Below are a few questions and answers about various aspects of Jp-Daily that should give you a better idea of what we are about.
  
  What are you investing into to generate income?
  Jp-Daily doesn't reveal information pertaining to its methods of profit making to the general public.
  
  We sell ourselves on an "as is" basis according to the profits we 'just pay daily'. We do not proactively 'sell' the Jp-Daily investment program through profit forecasts, promises, company mission statements or by revealing complex trading information.
  
  This is a legal stance to prevent miss-interpretation of Jp-Daily and to ensure that we have sold this high risk opportunity fairly and not miss-lead investors into an inaccurate or unreasonable false sense of security. Jp-Daily does not sell securities.
  
  What is the daily cut-off time?
  There isn't a set daily cut-off time. If you deposit today then your first return will be paid either today or tomorrow - depending whether you have invested before or after todays updates have been made.
  
  How are you able to pay my first return so quickly?
  All investments are pooled together and the (USD) returns made are divided proportionally between all active (new & old) investments. So even during the first few days, while your deposit is still in transit to our working account, the money already working is used to pay both new and old/existing investments.
  
  So the first few days after a big deposit (or group of deposits) you might see a slight dip in the return percentage paid. As the working pool is having to make money for both new and old investments but only has the 'old' investment capital (a small proportion of the new total) to work with.
  ie. Using $1000 to make the returns for $2000 will obviously cut the percentage return (actually made on the capital worked with) in half compared to the total investment capital.
  
  How long do withdrawals take?
  Withdrawals are paid as soon as the e-gold is available. If your withdrawal request is small we can usually pay it the same day. But if your withdrawal request is for a larger amount then our e-gold account will probably need funding before we can pay you. Funding e-gold usually takes a couple of days to a week.
  
  If your withdrawal will take longer than 48 hours then a forum post will be made in the withdrawals folder acknowledging your request and providing you with the estimated date that your withdrawal will be paid.
  
  Can I lose money?
  Negative returns are a possibility and may happen from time to time. Our results show that they are a very rare event and when they do occur the losses are contained (through the use of an adapted hedging system) to within 5%. Although the actual hedge should be considered at ~10%, as if we incur a small loss then at my discretion an additional 5% option maybe taken to try and recover the loss before it ever actually occurs.
  
  So the answer to your question is yes, losses are possible. But systems are in place to limit the damage. And as our results show, losses are a rare event, they are well contained and are normally recovered within just a day or two.
  
  But of course a sensible investment strategy should be adopted at all times by all investors with the regular withdrawal of profits until you have at least doubled your actual risk (initial investment).

  I am not sure where you have come across any link to "NASA" in our whois records as that shouldn't be there at all. We have merely taken advantage of a free promotion that came when purchasing the domain name - so that our personal information would not be subject to public record.
  
  Jp-Daily does not reveal its personal information, nor does it reveal its method for profit making (at the moment; this will change in a couple of months time - but I will come back to this point later).
  
  2. What Due Diligence can we have from you & are you willing to either meet or show any proof of who you actually are so people can feel assured that if they Invest large amounts with you that you won't run off with the funds?
  
  Jp-Daily does not provide any information about who we are. You may construe this however you like (I know that it makes us look like a scam, but for the time being I have no desire to reveal who I am).
  If you believe Jp-Daily to be just another scam, then don't invest large amounts (or any amounts at all), instead take advantage of our free promotions and benefit from the free investments we are giving away. With the returns we are paying, these free investments are quickly turning into large investments.
  
  3. Why should we trust you when you don't explain how you make the returns or who you actually are ?
  You should not trust me as you don't know anything about me. Instead you should invest sensibly, take advantages of the free investment promotions and withdraw your principle as quickly as you can. This then puts you in a risk free and profitable position where trust doesn't matter.
  
  Trust is only a false sense of security. You should always invest sensibly before letting your emotions run away with your bank balance.
  
  4. What makes you different from a scammer? (aka. Are you a scam?)
  We are not a scam in any sense of the term. We do not steal your money. And most importantly: We do not misslead you into any sort of false sense of security - through forecasts/projections, irrelevant due dilligence information (does knowing my name have any affect on whether we succeed or fail?), business plans or anything else.
  
  By not telling you anything about us / what we do. You should side on the sense of caution. And therefore we are actually doing you a service by being secretive. Otherwise we would say how fantastic everything is, show you what we do, show you some outrageous projections and then you would invest silly amounts of money as a result. We might then fail and then you could lose everything (or certainly more than you can afford to lose). But instead we say very little and only do what we do / what our results pages show. And as a result you invest on the side of caution as you are always worried about the potential for JP-Daily being just another scam.
  
  Although the more important factor that you should be worried about is Jp-Daily running into losses and losing your money honestly! (but I should think you will simply construe honest losses as scamming). But either way - invest sensibly and take advantage of the promotions and whether we are a scam or not, or run fail or not, is irrelevant. As you will be in an overall profit.
  
  5. How long do you think you can sustain the returns?
  
  We can continue to return "variable returns daily" for as long as we have one active investor / money to work with.
  
  We do not promise ANY level of returns. The home page states: "Variable rates of interest daily: 1%, 2%, 5%, 10%, sometimes less and others more." And that is what we do. That’s it.
  
  You are putting words into my mouth by asking a question about sustainability. Or at least presuming something that I have never stated/promised. As I have never said that we would make a +700% compounded profit in our first month and a half of operation. That is just what we have done. Nor have I ever mentioned anything about doing that again next month. We work one day at a time, making only what we make, only aiming for A (singular) profit. The value of that profit is completely variable and of course, the compounded monthly profit is dependant upon each days performance. So we work with one piece of the jigsaw at a time. The big picture only becomes clear afterwards.
  
  6. Why do you pay such high referral bonuses when most people would be happy with a one time commission let alone daily ?
  
  We offer an outstanding referral program for three intended reasons (if there are other benefits, then that’s an unplanned bonus):

• Am sorry, but I guess I have not said enough. I just saw that advert by MVPSurf Admin re Oxyfresh. Am not being negative about it. OxyFresh has been around maybe more than ten years now!  What am saying is that unless you are enthusiastic and prepared to make some phone calls?  You’re not going to make it in OxyFresh or any other MLM Company! Folks will simply drop out after the first month.  But if the Admin keeps in touch with the downline and really pushes them?  It will start looking like not a pyramid but a Diamond! The further that new recruits are from the influence? The less they recruit and so it ends up drying up and hence a diamond shape! And if you’re a passive type?  The Diamond is very small indeed! This is why I don’t recommend that you join MLM companies unless you are aggressive, not passive, and if you have an upline close to you that is aggressive as well.  So that is why I don’t see Autosurf or Surf Admins, who get into these MLMs, succeeding!  They have enough to do as it is running the surf site!  Never mind being very proactive with the MLM part of the business!
  
  OK.  So do I have a solution instead of just complaining about it? Or just notifying you of the pitfalls? I don’t. Else I’d run one of my own! Maybe something will change in this market.  I don’t know. Am hoping for it.  Am actually steering you for it! Go for those opps that offer you a realistic return, like 2% or less per trading day, and which attract real Advertising, not just from members! We will continue and increase marketing SU through the rotator.  Many of the co-op members have said they have several sign ups from the rotator. But as i mentioned in the PM it is not an even distribution even though all links get the same number or hits.

  He didn’t want the few earning $100,000 + but wanted the masses to earn for example $1000+ for a lot of people $1000 is a lot of money - the difference of a life between misery or happiness. (That’s team work)
  
  The crux of his program philosophy can be seen in how he has limited the high end earners and marketeers, he hasn’t let them run away with all the goodies.
  
  That’s if you call earning $10,000 every month being limited ha ha.
  
  He has rewarded them very very quickly for their efforts just like everybody else, he has then capped their earning capacity dramatically reducing their earning ratios per new member found. Instead of the rich getting richer he has started to divert the monies back to the new beginners, that’s how we can earn so much money from just $7. ( That’s team work )
  
  This is clearly shown in the calculator if you enter 2295 members into the calculator and then press GO you will see the result of $10,018.40 . ( $4.3653 on average earnt per member ) Now that is what I call very quick money where else can you get that much money from finding just 2295 people each spending just $7.   Now lets say that this member has dramatically built their matrix, it’s so easy - people come to him/her and ask how they have changed their life. He/She just has to show the cheques, explain a very little about opfm and whoopsie new members are on the way .
  
  Over a period of time these new members will introduce their family and friends like the original member thus growing the team together.Untill eventually lets say he/she has a team of 12,295
  
  How much do you think that one member will be earning now ??
  You can earn $10018,40 every month with just 2,295 members so how much can you earn with 12,295 members ?
  
  The answer is $12,351.58 ($1.004 on average earnt per member)
  
  The high earner / mass marketeer has given up 77.00% of their earnings per new member to help the team. (That’s team work)
  
  You can see from this example that we are WORKING AS A TEAM, we can achieve quick incomes and indeed large incomes quickly, then its ALL about HELPING THE TEAM, helping the others to earn the same. They,the new people can’t earn as the original member has if the original member continues to earn on the same scale. Thomas had to divert the earning capacity from the top earner and back to the beginner, not forgetting that this top earner has no problem what so ever in finding other members due to their own success. The new members join the matrix as spill over to the whole team earning the new members quick money, at the expense of the top earner who has already earned a large amount but now relinquishes most of their new earnings to help the new members. (That’s team work)
  
  Another example to show the capping effect is as follows:-
  32,295 members = $13,752.89 ( $0.4258 on average earnt per member )
  
  The high earner / mass marketeer has given up 90,24% of their earnings per new member to help the team. (That’s team work)
  
  This is a previous post from me which I think hopefully will explain about the team build and the way In which the team build will fill the speed matrix is as such.
  
  We are filling as a team from left to right as in a forced matrix, HOWEVER as far as I can see it is not a COMPANY FORCED MATRIX. That means we use our own matrix position numbers / URL not one COMMON URL to force fill the entire matrix.
  
  We all help each other by filling our own matrixes from left to right. When I fill my matrix from left to right I am also filling in my downlines matrix, which I also get paid for. I then move on to the person to the right of him and fill his matrix row if he hasn't already done it.
  
  If I totally fill my own matrix then my upline has filled a quarter of his matrix, when he finds other people to fall under him, he can't place them in my matrix due to mine already being full. He / she then has to jump over my full row onto the next vacant position thus subsequently helping somebody else fill their matrix.
  
  I am not sure but I think I read somewhere that once you have a full matrix of just 340 positions, all your extra positions (which you will not be earning on since your matrix is already full) will be backfilling the whole matrix as a team. In this way we really are working as a team even more so when one's own matrix is full.
  
  I hope that helps to explain, how I see things being run, and how we will work together as a team.
   
  But this is where the magical miracle comes in, because no one in their right mind expects to get something from nothing straight away.
  We are all prepaired to wait a while aren't we.
  Although we do not actually notice that we are paying monthly to the pool, we are in fact growing not just the $7 MM but also the $50+$100+$133+$200 SM pools. Thomas has taken this out of our earnings before we get a chance to see it, he has made sure that we are all re-investing back into the club itself.
  
  Take a look at the calculator when we all start out on our business venture. True enough we earn $7 from just two recruits, but we don't actually see that money do we, it actually is paid back into the team loader matrix pool to pay for next months fees. The same happens again for the MM fees not just once but three times. Also the fees for the SM are captured in this way for the good and benefit of the club.
  
  Take a look at the calculator and put in lower numbers.
  22 pays out only $2,08 from $154 taken in.
  30 pays out only $4,16 from $210 taken in.
  40 pays out only $37,48 from $280 taken in.
  50 pays out only $49,98 from $350 taken in.
  
  So this shows very clearly that we are not getting more money out than we are putting in.
  
  The difference in monies taken in and monies paid out hasn't gone into the pockets of Thomas like so many other programs do on the net. The money is redirected over to other money pools to be paid out when you have earned your share of it.
  
  This is why I love this program so much, although we can all earn money by just waiting for others to do our work for us, but we never know how long that will take, and we should never ever just count on spill over.
  Believe me I have learnt that mistake never ever rely on spillover.
  
  But there again all we have to do is find two others, and we can even just pay the $14 and whoopsie our jobs are done. Nothing could be simpler.
  
  If we are not prepared to find just the two others with all the help we have here, then basically those people will lose their massive investment of $7,
  actually no one loses because we are buying a product all that help and training at our finger tips for a measly $7.
   
  Now if you saw the matrix viewer you must have realized that everyone has three positions in the matrix. Why?
   
  Miracle Matrix is a 2x15 matrix and Speed Matrix is a 4x4 matrix.
   
  So if a 2x flows into a 4x, you end up with 2 dead legs if everyone keeps their own downline.
  
  So Thomas found a way to fix that, acceleration. Also, it is what stretches $7 to make you apx. $9,000 a month (we haven't seen exact figures yet)
  
  In the MM you will be earning 3 times on each downline member, not just once because of your accelerated block of 3.
  
  Now if you look at the matrix, all rows that are divisable by 2, but not 4, are the acelerated rows. So you see the previous rows numbers doubled.
  
  Then on the rows that are divisable by 4, you see all new numbers. Basicly, only every other row will fill into the SM, the rows that are divisable by 4, giving you 4 legs.
  
  As far as strategy, get with your downline that is paid and work together, there are 2 ways you can handle the unpaids:
  
  1) pay in as many as you can before compression
  
  2) wait till after compression and then pay in the bottom row only, as they will filter up to put all unpaids in paid status that are under you.
   
  Once compression starts and all the unpaids are moved to the bottom rows, we need to get all those people in paid status - it will take a lot of work, however, the reward is well worth it as they are in paid status, then all of your downline bottom row as well as mine etc... will automaticlly have those people already filling below all of us?
   
  It is a good idea for everyone to take some of their commissions and put back under the whole team to keep building it, remember my goal was to get the first 300 people that signed up under me into the $11,700 per month income range, it will take some work, but we will do it.
  We need people to keep building, forever, as those people start building on their own, we can help out the weaker people.
  That`s what makes it team work. I plan on re-investing half of my commissions back under you all.
   
  If we can make sure that the bottom row people - each get their 2, then they won`t have to pay again.

On our way back home to Mexico from WA state I decided to stop by the LaGrande warehouse out by the airport on Smith Loop Rd and just check it out to see what was really going on. I wasn't able to speak with Buck at that visit because he was doing a recording for a television or radio show at that time but I was able to explore the warehouses and speak with the people uncrating,  categorizing, cataloging, shelving and sending the goods out. In a nutshell I have never seen so much stuff of all different categories in one place in my whole life. Hundreds of four foot high pallets of toys, baggage, electronics, tools, grinders, drill presses, bandsaws, metal lathes, engine hoists, bedding, clothes, boats, m otorcycles,
  4 wheelers, electric scooters; you name it, it was there.
  And besides the huge warehouses, there were circus tents also loaded with hundreds more pallets stacked four feet and taller with more stuff. I saw the recording studio with  the cameras where he is doing live sales via satellite and  television.
  
  I skyped him after I got back home to better discuss the scope of what all is really going on. We had a long discussion and I took as many notes as I could but the scope of everything is almost incomprehensible. Basically he has discovered a huge cashcow in distressed merchandise. He brokerages for over four hundred different stores including WallMart, Sears, Walgrens, drug stores, tool stores, clothing stores, hardware stores, discount stores, etc., buying their shelf pulls, customer returns, old items, discontinued items,  etc. ; much of it to the tune of less than ten cents on the dollar. He says he's going to post the name on his warehouses "AllMart" because the merchandise he brokerages includes about  everything. He has another set of huge warehouses in Boise, Idaho and yet another going in in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada.
  At any given time this merchandise is being sent out through over 700 different auction and flea market sites. It comes in by the container and muc h of it goes out by the container.
  
  He has his own radio show at www.theamshow.com 10am -12am pacific  time. He will be advertising on over 128 Genesis network radio  stations soon. His websites at ebay, with two more coming online, have unlimited pages to show merchandise on. His daughter in Idaho is digitizing photos of merchandise and posting them on the net on a fulltime basis. Soon there will be live interactive auctions online with a limited numbers of people allowed to participate."
  
  In a nutshell this is a for real operation. And if you are shopping for something like tools or a metal cutting bandsaw; go to the global online website or ebay site to search for it first. Or email them to see if they have one and just haven't cataloged it yet. I just bought such a saw from Harbor Freight and Salvage to replace the one I wore out in  Guadalajara for $209 which I thought was a good buy until I saw the same saw there at Global I could have had for less than $50.
  
  I am told the loan rate will go down to .5%/day soon so you might get into this soon to still be able to get the .75%/day rate (that's a 5 days a week rate). He is also opening a bank in Belize and the website name will soon be  changed to uloanwepay.com (not sure on the spelling).

Because you then have a captive or interested audience!  You don't want to be bothered by some note arriving unsolicited!   This is a long email, so read it carefully.
  
  Over the last several weeks, we have been working on changes to our plans to better fit the objectives we have had since our inception, almost 6 months ago. We are on our way to achieving our goals. With your help we can get there. The following is a breakdown of the new changes.
  
  It will be mandatory that you join the forum. This is needed so that you can receive any major updates from us. In the event the site goes down, we can use our forum emailer to send you an announcement. Most of you are already members in the forum, so you have nothing to worry about. For those of you who are not signed up at the forum yet, please do this ASAP.
  
  We have managed to gain interest and in a few cases negotiate advertising from certain Corporate Merchants.
  
  All of these companies have one thing in common: they want results. We have set up several test campaigns for a few companies (Netflix, Online Degree Programs, and Rocawear). We need you to be the determining factor. How? By visiting the Premium sites, signing up, purchasing and using their services. We will also be implementing a Bulls-eye Targeting feature. This will allow members and advertisers to choose the category of ads to view and advertise. That will be implemented within the next few months.
  
  Premium Sites
  
  There are 20 to 35 sites that need to be manually surfed everyday by each member before they start surfing the regular sites. These sites are guaranteed to be shown  and viewed by members when surfed.  Using a Hybrid Surfing, both Premium and Regular sites are at a 15 second timer for each page. The max number of sites you are allowed to surf will now be 100.
  
  The total pages surfed will now be anywhere from 45 to 60. It depends on the amount of premium advertisers sites. There will be 20 to 35 Premium Sites that need to be surfed manually, clicking on a color square to continue (this will be made into a more color blind friendly feature). These are mandatory and will earn you credits. After you surf the manual sites, you will notice that the surfbar will change into the auto surf bar which you are used to. The pages surfed will reset back to 0. Now you need to surf 25 auto surfed sites. These are the regular sites that members can advertise. Every few days we will change the amount of sites you view before you need to click the button to continue. We want to make sure you are in front of your monitor viewing ads. That is what you get paid for. Not to set the auto surf and go take a shower or watch TV. We URGE you to use the premium sites, sign up, and visit them. These advertisers are looking for results. Providing results is what we want to offer. Why? Because then they will keep coming back for more advertising. This is good for all of us.
  
  Ammo Packs
  
  The minimum amount for an Ammo Pack is now $10.
  
  There are certain fees associated with purchasing Ammo Packs. These fees are as follows:
  
  Fees for purchasing via the processors. Alert Pay is 4%, E-gold is 3%.
  
  There is a 3% Administrative Flat Fee for purchasing Ammo Packs.
  
  Recruiting
  
  Referral Commissions will now be tiered and based on your active Ammo Pack amount.
  
  The amounts are as follows:
  
  Active Ammo Pack Amount $10 - $3000 earn 1% Referral Commissions
  Active Ammo Pack Amount $3001 - $5000 earn 2% Referral Commissions
  
  Member Levels
  
  Reservist - $0 Free Member Level, no cashouts, 1 Site can be Advertised. Account will be removed after 14 days of inactivity. Just surf and you will be fine.
  
  Active Duty - $10 to $2999 Member Level, $500 cashout, 2 Sites can be Advertised.
  Officer - $3000 to $5000 Member Level, $1000 cashout, 3 Sites can be Advertised.
  
  Cashouts
  
  The minimum cashout is now $10 and you must have at least 1 active upgrade in order to cashout.
  The "Officer" level has a $1000 cashout limit per cashout. There is a $500 cashout limit for "Active Duty" members. This may or may not be changed at a later date.
  
  There are now fast payment fees associated with your cashout. Keep in mind, you do not need to pay a fee to cashout.

  Rest assured that any missed surfing today will be credited. The timeouts, slowness of the site have been caused by a record number of members upgrading their accounts today. The simple solution is to upgrade the server again but our programmer is overseas until next Monday.  It may take some time to get things more stable again but please be patient and please remember that YOU WILL BE CREDITED A FULL DAY OF SURFING even if you were unable to do it.
  
  2) FORUM SECURITY WARNING - IMPORTANT!
  
  Yes we do understand that you are getting a few security updates.  At the moment there really isn't anything to worry about but it's important to be safe. This forum is used by members of (currently) the largest and most popular autosurf online. Our autosurf site has more protection than Fort Knox and you can all sleep soundly in your beds because of this. This forum has less security measures and therefore we want to be careful.
  
  As you have all registered in this forum with your 12by12daily username, please be sure to use a different password here than on the surf site.      If you need to change it, click on [Profile] at the top of this page, and then "Account Related Settings" on the left.
  
  We'd like to stress that it is very unlikely that this will happen, and even if it did there's nothing a hacker could do within the 12by12 surf site anyway but it's necessary to save any possible headaches in the future. 
  
  3) REFERRAL UPDATES
  
  I think there's a lot of us patiently waiting for our referral commissions to be processed.  We'd really love to be able to give you a timeframe for how long this will take but this is not such an easy question.
  
  Paying a referral is only a case of clicking twice in the site's administrative panel. It takes Dave only a few seconds to do this.  Right now though the database has not referenced which members were paid their first referral payouts so there is a danger that in rushing too fast Dave might double-pay people.  He is therefore having to spent a few minutes checking each persons payout history before he authorizes the next payout, and (at the moment) he's doing it manually.
  
  What will happen is that we'll get to a member who joined just after all these problems finished.  This member (and every member after that) will not have been a member long enough to have been paid their first referral payments.  Once Dave gets to this member the remaining payouts will be MUCH faster.
  
  Believe me Dave is not enjoying all the tedious work here and POSSIBLY when our programmer returns from his travels next week they might develop a much more effective way of doing this but for now it's still just one man and his mouse.
  
  4) FORUM DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE
  
  We've had the forum offline for a few hour longer than expected but as you can see it's back online again now.   Please remember that I'll be doing my maintenance every Monday.  I've cleaned up a lot of the older posts (although possible a bit too much).  From now on I'll do my best to keep threads open for longer and not delete them so readily.
  
  5) UPDATES TO THE FORUM
  
  As you see we now have a "Work Together" section to the forum. This section is not for just making friends, its here so that we can all move forward and reap the rewards of the forum. We have a huge range of people here, all with different skills, backgrounds and experiences. I'd love for this forum to be a meeting place where we can not only make new friends but perhaps start some businesses together, help others make the most of referrals and marketing etc. You guys have all been so great this last few weeks that I'm confident that we can all benefit from this part of the site.
  
  I've had very little cause to throw anything into the Lion Pit this last week. I apologize if a few things have been thrown in when maybe they shouldn't. A sincere sorry goes to yaboytp who posted about the exact time he'd get paid.  I misread his motives for doing this and regret that he got a few bites taken from him.
  
  I'm also going to remove the block for people posting the "? = ref" links on the site. I trust you enough to treat this respectfully so please keep any referrals safely tucked away in the signatures.  Anybody abusing this will be dealt with.

  6) FRAMEBREAKERS
  
  We've had quite a few grumbles about framebreakers.  These are the sites which prevent you from surfing. They interrupt the surfbar and make you have to log back in again.  The most efficient way Dave can eliminate these is if you are lucky enough to be able to click on the "report this site" link in the toolbar.  Otherwise please do post the sites in the "report a framebreaker" thread in the forum.  Please do be patient though as Dave has bigger priorities right now and searching through a big database to find web sites takes a lot of time. 
  
  7) A LOOK FORWARD
  
  As I said before we've had a record day of upgrades again. This is a very positive sign.  We are all aware that the site can get overloaded at the moment when too many people are upgrading and surfing.  Consider this as a positive sign that we are growing strongly. The next week you may continue to have problems logging in or surfing but rest assured you will not lose any credit if you are unable to surf.  All upgrade payments have been made on time and it seems that we are gaining support in the autosurf forums.
  
  Once our programmer is back next week you should see some further improvements to how the site runs and, as ever, We'll get any updates to you as soon as we can.

  I understand the above two decisions are not your norm when it come to surf programs. However, DesertSky Marketing is not your norm when it comes to surf program either. If I were a ponzi would I ever disable sign-ups and upgrades?
   
  For those members who keep track of program growth using the Alexa chart, I have added this to the "Monitoring" page on our web site for your convenience. Also, for those members who keep track of program growth via member IDs, you need to know the following information:
  
     * Only pre-launch members have single and double-digit referral IDs. (There are a couple triple-digit referral IDs because they requested them.)  There were 60 pre-launch members in all.
     * I set the script so new members would start at 1001. This makes it very easy for me to distinguish a pre-launch member from a post-launch member.

  Good DD, such as by folks like Vincent Teoh, gives us more indication of whether or not a particular surf has any chance of success. Further, such DD gives us a glimplse into the background of the particular Admin, and we can then use such data to decide for ourselves if there is a chance that this Admin will be honest and not run with the money, as a scammer would, or will the Admin, based on past history, make every attempt to prolong the life of the programme.
  
  Further, good DD separates the honest and well-intentioned Admin from the true scammer or mere dabler who does not know what he or she is doing.
  
  I for one, apprceciate such DD.  So I believe that good DD is valuable indeed.
  
  I also would urge you to consider adopting the notion that a surf site that gives you 2% or less ROI per day, for 60+ days, such as CommandSurf and DesertSkyMarketing, has a very good chance of staying alive long term, years even, if run properly and outside sources of income are generated, so that the site is not a ponzi.  The trouble is... many of the folks involved with surfs and autosurfs are mere gamblers and are ruled by greed.  Hence they jump into programs that offer ridiculous returns, then run to the next one and so on, crashing the programme, which in the first place was set up as a ponzi.
  
  So what we need to do is to help the readers of our BLOGS and the participants in these programmes change their mindsets!  We need to steer them towards the programmes that pay out a realistic amount, backed by Corporate Advertising, small business advertising, and other vehicles.
  
  We also need to attract the real investor out there, who has thousands to put into a programme, provided the programme lasts 6 plus months (and years even) and offer them a nice ROI of 1% and less! You see, if the investor is secure enough in his or her feeling about the Admin and the programme, that investor will put in the "big bucks", because they know that they will get their 50%, less, or more, after 2 to 3 months.  That would be very attractive to serious investors.
  
  The investor who has only $20 to put in should be encouraged NOT TO gamble that in the ponzis, but to put that into a long term programme that offers one to two percent per day, with compounding.  Else that person will simply lose that twenty, with a high degree of certainty.

  - most ARs no longer accept leads from anywhere but from the firm selling the AR, and double-opt-in
  - I've had zero success with mailing stuff to leads I've acquired and loaded into an AR, as ten other folks before me got the same leads
  - ffa pages are not seen by humans "set it and forget it" is right because no humans will read it
  - am using a very reliable AR already: aweber. Sends out INSTANTLY. I don't know how this one does.  Most do not, not even GetResponse
  - 24/7 Banner advertising? Where? I don't recall going to any places to watch banner ads.

  But... I get it... that is for only the first month, after that you revert to the standard sales plan, six bucks per person front line, and you need one active (personally sponsored) each month. Level two is just seventy five cents and so is three. Woopie!
   
  Yawn... I don't think I can promote this to folks who desire a passives income!  They will have to become active!  So, I don't recommend this one!  Besides, marketing via e-mail and autoresponders is on the way out!
