I saw your little blurb on 13dailypro, and thought I should clarify. This
is the same 13dp that WAS offering 143% over 11 days and paying out on the
12th day. This was before their deminse in July of this year. Since then
they changed their plans to 130% over 10 days and take a full week to pay
out or 17days total. That equals roughly 1.76% a day, compared to
12by12daily at 2.31%. They also started their revised program before
12by12daily and were doing just fine with out them. The last thing is that
they have paid out almost 180k! in refunds and you can see the refund list

I don't know if they are better or worse than 12by12daily, just thought you
and your readers should at least have the best info out there on them.

“I just got a snail mail from Empowerism concerning their RSVP and MVP programmes (cyclers).
Basically, in order to maintain your cycler positions you must be a paid member by the close of November! Else your positions will be deleted.
10% of the credit card orders are declined each month. When you log in you will notice if yours was one of them! Then you're given a chance to pay and your RSVP and MVP shares will stay in place.
Also be careful of autodeduct from commissions. If in one month you do not have enough commissions to cover your 19.95 fee... you will be marked as a free member and lose your RSVP and MVP shares. So go and set up your account for auto-renewal.
At least log in on the fourth Saturday of each month to make sure your account is active!
Starting December, 2006, a leads purchase equivalent to one percent of your total RSVP order value must e made before the end of the month. This does not affect those who do not have any RSVP or MVP units.
Basically, they are doing this to decrease the cycle time in their two cyclers, and to remove existing cycled money from the system.
Well, by now you have received their letter, if you have RSVP and MVP shares. Just read it carefully. I myself will have to purchase leads as I have quite a bit in RSVP.
There is more to the letter, but overall, it's a positive step for those who have RSVP and MVP shares!

Well see, that's the danger there. If these guys are not even close to 12by12 in terms of membership... they will die. For one, because they can't invest in 12by12 as they pay out more than 12by12. So that's a very risky move on their part. If I were to launch an autosurf now, I'd offer less than 12by12, invest in 12by12, and thereby survive! So what do these guys really have? So I have zero confidence in them at this point. Besides, 13dailypro.net failed once before. What makes any of us think that they will succeed a second time around? Likely they will fail.
So am not willing to go into that one. Go for it if you wish. But am not risking my money in that one. I will stick by 12by12daily for the next few months. (Click on the Reviews button up top, right, then Ctrl-f on 12by12 to read my review of them).
Some may disagree with my assessment of this one. This surf seems to be picking up new clients and good momentum. But... I don’t trust it enough to put my 12by12daily money into this one! You see? The decision is quite easy! I am 100% certain of 12by12daily.net, and am 70% certain of 13Dailypro.net. So where am I going to put my money???? This is NOT a case of spread your money around more egg nests or baskets! Given that MOST of the surfs invest in 12by12daily, why would you invest in them? Rather than in what they are investing in? So this may not be true of 13dailypro... but that, by itself, tells me that they are a far greater risk than 12by12daily.net!

- DollarMonster Admin sent out a note claiming yesterday was a big day for upgrades. But... cycle time remains at 64 days (not 16, but 64). I think some folks don’t realize, at first glance, what the true cycle time is now. Am no longer recommending this one. If you did not get your init spend out, then you probably won’t.
The real red flag went up with the admin failed to open up a second e-gold account and continue business when his main e-gold account was limited by e-gold. I still don’t understand why he did not open up a second account immediately. That was the obvious thing to do. Maybe he was way too much of a novice at this game than we all gave him credit for. Oh well. Let’s move on. And no, it’s not us bloggers that killed the programme. The Admin did that all by himself.
- Here is a clever tactic right now being used by Marketers to get $197 or more out of your wallet:
First they send you an e-mail telling you about something crazy that some guy (Marketer) is doing and usually they will entice you by saying that they will even pay you to sign up!
Then you go to a “squeeze” page (very appropriate), and the thing is fu***ing 300 pages long full of testimonies and such. So you go for the offer (say you pay only one buck and they give you back two bucks or some such variant). Well you agree to it by entering your first name and primary email address (so now they have you in their list) and take you to another 800 page sales letter that lists thousands of dollars of e-books galore, lots of testimonies, stuff to listen to, even stuff to watch, then finally you get to the bottom of that 800 page page, and see that only for today, yes today, for a measly $197 you can by a load of crap. Oops. Sorry, some of the info is indeed useful. But what am revealing to you is a sales strategy. That’s how these Marketers not only build their list (and will inundate you not only with the x days course, but with future offers), but also get you to buy pretty well useless stuff for $97, $197 or more. And all they are risking is one buck! Because you pay them one buck, they pay you two bucks, they stand to lose one buck. Well, that’s an example. But they all keep it low. Some merely offer you a Marketing course for free. Others KNOW that by paying one buck this month, and over fifty bucks next month, they have you! Why? Because most folks forget that they have even set up a subscription through Paypal or Credit Card!
What a dog eat dog world! So just be wary of these offers. Oh and.... heh! I just signed up for one! I’ve signed up for many of these, that’s how I know! And am NOT singling out any Marketers in particular. Jut watch out! OK?

And never mind that, they'd be picked up by some Wall Street Firm and paid millions to do ForEx trading for them! Not for you! Your ten bucks is just not it if they have it right! So am already suspicious of this one.
Here are some worry-some answers to some questions (well, one was enough):
"Can I withdraw my principal? Yes, up to 10% of your principal will be refunded after 365 days. It depends on the plan you deposit."
Holy cow! Dog. Chicken! Apron! 10% after a whole year? How about 100%? Or is that a typo there? I don't even think this one will last one year! So you're likely going to lose your principal. So what are the plans then?
Their plans start at 1.1% daily for 365 days and go up to 1.5% daily for deposits of more than one thousand. Again, I consider this one as very high risk! At 1.1% daily, you will recover your initial spend in just under 100 days. That's over three months! I doubt they will even last that long!
Am sorry, but these folks have no reputation and I need not do any further research on them. Clearly they are not professionals. Clearly this is not a stable, long term, investment vehicle. As well, 1.1% daily (they don't mention trading days) is about three times higher than what can actually be attained in the ForEx market! So... am staying away.

What? They actually advise you not to pay your taxes! Folks, this is NOT a professional and legit vehicle for your investments! No Admin who is running a legitimate opp will advise you that you need not pay your taxes! This is a very shady deal! And I would not risk my money in there!

to close our account if they found that we were using the card for

VM debit card, one has to have a merchant account. That was our fault
for not being informed. In the e-mail, VM said that we could tell them

for us. They gave us no time, however, as they had closed our account
just 4 hours after sending us the initial e-mail. This was the first
strike against us at VM, as such a quick closing of an account is highly
unprofessional. At this point (and still currently), we have 13,000
locked up in VM and were unable to withdraw it.
We attempted to reach our master agent throughout the weekend to no
avail, but he got back in touch with us during the following week.
Jerry, who is a wonderful guy (if Jerry owned VM, VM would be the best
system out there, and we would pay any kind of money to support him...the
guy is simply amazing), called us and told us that he was looking into
the problems, but VM was not giving him any answers. Within a week, VM
gave him some answers, and they told him we would have to pay VM $5000
and agree to sell cards. We told VM that we neither have a desire nor
the time to sell their cards. We only wanted to provide the service
for our members. They did respond to this. They stated that we would
have to pay them $5000, and they would sed us 200 cards to sell. On top
of this, we would have to send one of our employees for a mandatory 2
day training to learn how to sell the cards (and, naturally, we would
have to pay VM more for all of this). We told them again that we !
would not be selling the cards and that we only wanted to provide a
gateway service for our members. We were willing to get into a business
relationship with them, but we were not going to agree to sell their
cards as a merchant. They were not satisfied with this and told us that
we could not provide this service without the mandatory sales training,
the $5000 fee to become a merchant with them, and an agreement to sell
the cards. We refused, as our employees have better things to do than
waste 2 days at a training that we will not use. From here, they have
given us a phone number we have to call to begin the process of
transferring our 13,000 out of their bank (we will let you know if this does
not go as smoothly as they are promising because I think EVERYONE should
be keeping a very careful eye on VM right now).
I advise caution on your part with VM, as they have lost all my
trust. It is one thing to close an account and give a few business days
to reply to a closing request before closing the account (and, as noted,
we erred by being uninformed there). It is unacceptable, however, to
freeze $13,000 for anything other than fraud suspect (which we were not,
mind you, in the least). For those of you who remember Stormpay, the
quick freezing simply reminded me of them. So please, please be careful
with VM. We do not want to see anyone lose money. That is why we have
given you the straight facts here. If you have more than 5
transactions per month, know that you are being investigated by VM and could have
your monies frozen. We just wanted to give you the straight-and-narrow
of what happened here, as I believe it is fair for you, as a member of
CEP Trust, to know. Less than 1% of the fundings we have had at CEP
Trust have been through VM, so it is not hurting the majority o!
f our members, but I do feel badly that some of you can no longer use
them through us. We tried to fight it and get it to work, but VM does
not have a business account. They have only personal and merchant

They don't even provide you with the RBL URL so that you can contest it! Now that's a real piece of work! Sometimes security measures can go way overboard. What if you use dialup and happen to get an IP address (dynamic) that a scammer previously used? No recourse! Well, maybe this is a sign from those in higher planes warning me off this one!

So... not listed! I'll try a few more RBL list services: AntiSpam DNSBL: not listed. So where the heck are these folks finding my IP listed in a blacklist? My IP address (first two octets) is not even within any known blacklist block! Am beginning to suspect that am not listed anywhere, and that the Admin is simply using a ruse to deny folks the advertised $25 bonus. After all, most folks would not have a clue where to look to see if their IP is blacklisted or not. So this leads me to conclude that this particular opp is a shady deal. I could be wrong.
And now for some DD:
Admin keeps 20% of all deposits. Nice! For Admin. That's actually HUGE! Hold on while I run my own HYIP! Not.

I have found the same RBL complaint of his in other forums! So this is turning out to be a tactic like I thought. I mean, how would individual folks who probably don't send out a lot of spam, if any, get on a blacklist????? They don't.
Oh and by the way, when signing up they wanted me to spell my cat's name with a minimum of ten characters! Har! That's a funny one! I had to add stupid digits to my cat's name! First off, I don't understand the first sentence! ... along with low risk financial analysis? What the heck does this mean? We're paying for low riks analysis? Huh? And it requires compounding? 7 days? Heck, that's how long it requires to get your money into a trading account! So by that time your money has not even been traded! Are we stupid? Are you stupid? I think I hear you saying... NO!
Now, just for fun, let us review the next plan that they have:

- How to formulate an exit strategy for HYIPs? I’ve been asked this question and here is my intial response:
The problem is that most hyips cannot be trusted, hence it is not possible to formulate an exit strategy.
In general, one should attempt to get out one's initial spend as quickly as possible, take some profit and risk the rest.
But most hyips run with your money before you are even able to get any of your money out, especially in plans that keep your money for five or more days. So if you are going to play, then choose those hyips and plans that pay you daily and which pay you 10% or more per day so that you can get your money out in ten days or less. But not too much less, as those are simply collecting your money.
There are very few HYIPs out there right now that give you a reasonable ROI per day, such as 2% or less. xxx is one of them, GlobalOnlineDepository is another. I trust these two. Most of the rest cannot be trusted. Hence again it is not possible to formulate an exit strategy that works in general, or most of the time. Not in HYIPs.
If HYIP admins were to come up with reasonable plans, and if they were to invest your money in legitimate enterprises, then perhaps one can come up with a good strategy for investing in HYIPs. But this is not the case at the present moment. Hence my best advice to you is to, for the most part, stay away from MOST of the HYIPs out there. Even the so-called private ones.

The other way you can use the tool is to generate content for Adsense ads. Do not invest in hyipinvestclub or any others like it. That's my advice. Given that 99% (ok, it could well be just 98%) of HYIPs are not just ponzis, but scams, and which don't last long... the idea of diversifying in various HYIP games does not make any sense whatsoever!
Now, if they were to invest in some legit HYIPs such as xxx and GlobalOnlineDepository (which had their e-gold account compromised recently) and... and... ummmm... there you go! Can't even think of any others!
So this one does not make any good sense.

Now notice the big surge in the beginning. That was when David Cannard of the famous DadnDave’s autosurf launched 12by12daily.net. Based on his reputation alone, folks flocked to his site and... well, caused a lot of technical headaches due to volume. Over the next month and a half David worked hard to catch up and fix the technical issues (can’t surf, etc., but all were credited!). And then, beginning in September, after most of the problems were resolved, confidence surged! And folks putting in their spends also increased and continued to increase steadily to today. If you draw a straight line from the beginning of September to where we are at today... you will see that it is an increasing line of about 45 degrees. Not exponential, but steady growth!
By the way, David has THE BEST security in place! And catches cheaters and hackers almost on a daily basis! Some other sites have succumbed because they did not have that kind of security, nor money to buy it (as in GAP).
So when is the best time to get in? Well, in hind sight, it was at the beginning and at maximum of $6K spend! Well, I did not do that. I went with about 2K or so. At the beginning of Sept... would have been the other good time to get in but... from the graph before that... it would not have been with any sort of major confidence. But if you look at it today? The chart does not seem to be going down, but up (if you follow the general trend)! So today and in the coming days, is the BEST time to get in there with all that you can afford! I certainly did! Am getting a lot of those (over 100 this morning), and I have noticed that many of the failed deliveries are to addresses in Russian (they end with .ru). Well, I know that am not sending e-mails to folks in Russia! So these must be some kind of phishing tactic and I would just ignore them if I were you.
- Another 1UP system is being advertised! The way these work is that you recruit someone and that someone has to be given away to your sponsor. The second person you recruit you get to keep, and the first person they recruit will go to yourself. The first person that that person recruits goes to yourself, and so on, to Infinity. That's why it is called a 1UP Infinity system.
Let me say that these are very hard to work! Because even psychologically, it is difficult to give up the person you have just recruited! Because they could be really good at recruiting! As well, most of these systems cost about $500 to join, for you and for your recruits. Sure you get to keep about $400 of that.... but who's going to fork up that kind of money. Now there have been such systems around that start at even $50, but again, these are hard to work! So I would not recommend any 1UP or 2UP system to you. I've tried these. It's a tough go, unless you're the aggressive type of sales person.

- The Admin of DollarMonster has sent out an update explaining why cycle times have increased and payouts have been delayed. Basically, folks are withdrawing much more right now than before. And, if fewer new positions are bought than before, cycle times must increase, or the cycler dies. Of course they can keep increasing cycle times forever and live. But that would mean the death of the cycler for certain, later if not sooner. Of course those of you that are familiar with cyclers will not be astounded by this news. That’s how it works: very little new money in means very few positions will cycle and over a longer period of time. So the Admin is basically telling folks that.... they should not only purchase new positions, but to go out and recruit and earn that 20% Commission!
So what’s been happening recently there... I would not call it a true red flag... that’s how cyclers work. There is a chance that this one will recover, provide folks do keep spending and recruiting. Else this one will die soon. So what to say? Get out now? You won’t be able to... at least not quickly, as payouts will further be delayed and current positions may not even cycle! So am not giving the warning to get out.... there is hope that it will recover. I myself will re-spend my current positions, when they cycle. Am already in profit, so not taking any further profit, for now, will help the cycler keep going. As for you? You decide.
As to the Admin? He appears to be running this cycler honestly and telling folks what’s going on. A Professional scammer (or not so professional) would simply keep hyping folks to spend more and not tell them what’s really going on. That strategy, in fact, may even keep the cycler going longer than telling folks what’s up. You see, those folks who have spent money they can’t really afford to lose, will panic and try to w/d even when the truth about what’s going on is revealed to them.

- GlobalOnlineDepository or GOD: If you have any cash balance in there, even if it is being held because it has not yet cleared, you can re-invst that only in the remaining 4 days as of today. This is called a rollover. Sign in and click on rollover and it will show you which plan will be chosen and how much you have for rollover. I just rolled over everything I have in there because am not willing to wait much longer until that money clears.
- DollarMonster appears to be having a 2 day delay in payouts. This could well be taken as a red flag. That coupled with the recent jump in cycle times from 3 (12) days to 5 (20) days may be a valid red flag. Hence.... I myself am hesitant about putting any more money in there. But watch them closely and see if the get back to a normal w/d time, which used to be within 24 hours.

I don't trust this one right off from the start, even if they are paying. Why? Because they are offering up to four times what can be attained if one is TRULY trading in the ForEx market! And that is at most 10% per month! Not per week.
Let me say it this way: if these folks found a way to make from 8% to 10% per week in the ForeX market they would not be going to you for your ten bucks! They would be going to some Wall Stree firm or other and offered FAR more what they could garner for themselves using your money. But they are not doing that. Instead they asking for our measly ten or more bucks! So the only thing I can conclude about this is that it's a scam. They'll keep paying for a while to gain reader/client confidence, collect the larger sums that will then be spent, and bam! Technical issues on payouts, DDoS attacks, yada yada yada and then they're.... GONE!
At least that's how I see this playing out. Am not accusing them of anything, except that they CANNOT POSSIBLY be making 40% per month! Plus they'd have to make even MORE than that to pay themselves!
So... if I were you, I'd stay away.

- Folks “in the know” keep spewing out the fact that one should not put one’s money into just one basket. Generally, this is true. But it is not true of the Autosurf and Surf industry! Why? Because most of these surf sites are actually taking your money and putting it into the (right now) 12by12daily basket! So why should you put your money into these? Put your money into the actual basket where your money is actually going to end up in and earn a higher profit! Eliminate the middle surf! So.... visit my reviews page via the Reviews button up top, then ctrl-f on 12by12daily and put your money in there! I’ve been watching this industry for almost two years now and this seems to be the case.
Of course, I have to add, that there are a couple or three surf sites that are trying to steer the industry in the right direction. These are CommandSurf, DesertSkyMarketing, and maybe XLO Surf.
- The key reason why I have not posted so much in recent days is that I’ve realized, more and more, that doing good research will not guarantee that the Admin will not run with your money! Am even not willing to spend my money in most of the HYIPs out there as they are clear scams. And.. besides 4 autosurfs, I don’t trust the rest. So am mostly putting all of my money into one autosurf site that has demonstrated to be the dominant Alpha Male: 12by12daily. Why should I risk my money in the others? Why should you? It makes no sense!

And I have taken a new direction. And that is to go with a few companies that Derek Bohlken has found and work those. Sure the profits won’t be large in the short term, but in the long term they may, and they offer a ray of hope in this minefield of scams.

You have to send a copy of 2 different Government IDs, NOT 2 copies of the same ID. You have to get your copy of ID notarized/legalized if you can come up with one copy only.
You also must send us an affidavit but what I forgot to tell you is that we like to be able to read what you are writing! Use ‘block letters’ or type the information. We will dispose any copy that is illegible.

- Well, what I predicted about GAP is now true. Sad to say. Here is Trish’s latest update:

Sadly, I have made the decision for us to part ways with GAP-paid-to-autosurf.
I find it extremely difficult to explain the "why", but maybe I'll find your understanding by summing up, that I am really a chicken, who breaks down every time there is a wave of rightfully impatient posts in forums and hackers remind of themselves by changing the e-gold account number for upgrades on GAP as well as (and probably the most) when part of GAP's funds got stolen a while ago from one of the storage accounts.
At times it took me a couple of days to regain the strength to keep battling and recovering, but the bottom line is, without being able to afford the kind of security measures and administrative tasks improvements found on David's 12by12daily, it has become a ridiculous battle.
So what now?
A few days of finalising the financial matters will follow as per the following:
THE PROCEDURE:
1. Upgrades have been disabled.
2. Oldest pendings will be taken care of in the first instance (aiming at having completed any with a September expiry date by midnight my time tonight, Thursday, Oct. 19th) - progress will be indicated in this section every few hours.

This one claims to have taken a bold step and is not in the mold of old autosurfs that just copy each other. Well, let's see what these steps are. One of them is the 50/50 rule, which I personally do not like. Basically you can take out your pending dollars if you upgrade by 50% of the pending balance! When GAP introduced this it marked their downfall because folks started to put in (in GAP's case) only 45%, whereas they would normally have put in more, like myself! So that backfired.
And I don't like that fifty percent rule because it's a FORCED measure to prolong the life of the surf site. Whereas in the case of 12by12daily, using the old and proven 12DailyPro model, the surf site exists and continues to exist a long time because of the honesty of the Admin and because of fresh advertiser signups as the news continues to spread about this excellent surf site! - An excellent message from Derek Bohlken. Those of you who have joined Empowerism and BringYourBuddy pay particular attention to this note! Here it is:
I feel the need to share this as kind of an explanation and admission so that any of you that are planning on working with the group understand where it is going.
When I first started internet business with the goal of replacing my income and doing it full time, I was working 50 hours per week. What I realized then that my time was very limited, and I had a regular income, so most of my time was spent figuring out ways to help the people I would enroll to be able to duplicate my efforts.
In other words, I could work 30 hours a week on my business, and no more, but when I enrolled someone in my business, if I could get them to use their time as effectively as I used mine, instead of 30 hours per week building my residual, there were 30 hours plus the time that they had. So with every person added, more and more man hours were building my residual income. It was a winning situation for everyone.
Since I was starting with no contacts, I had to work hard to enroll 5 to 8 people per month. If I enrolled 8, typically, half of them did not respond to me after they enrolled, but the other four would communicate with me, want to learn how to do it, and we worked together to brainstorm different creative ways for people to be able to build their businesses.

Because of some of the decisions made by that company the last two years, my income took several hits, and in August of last year when it went US only, and this August when it became an affiliate program, my income took enormous hits.
In the last five years, I have accumulated thousands of contacts, and thousands of more people who know who I am and have attended training sessions and subscribed to yahoo groups I created. So when I lost 70 percent of my income in August of 2005 and then when I lost most of the rest of it in August of 2006, my instinct told me to start enrolling as many of my contacts as possible in a solid business and make a lot of bonus money to make up for all of my lost income.
Keep in mind before I go on, I don't think I have made a mistake about the businesses I have chosen. They are very solid and the kind of businesses that can create long term residual income. This posting is a criticism of myself, not of those businesses and I think I have made a very good decision to link four low cost businesses together to one cohesive package to defend against any of us losing our entire income if a company failed. The entire cost of what I plan to do is under $100 per month, and those that work with me are going to make a life changing income.
Back to the point:
I lost a lot of income so my thinking is that I have all of these contacts I can enroll all of these people and make bonus money and build from there.
The problem is, that's not how I got to where I was. When I enrolled 5 to 8 people per month, I had the time to follow up with them, time to focus on training and support, time to do training meetings, and help them with their prospects. It worked very well.
If I enroll 200-500 people in a month, I can't do that. It's impossible. There are only 7 days in a week, 24 hours in a day minus sleep time. That's not a great path to take for anyone.
So for the last couple of months when I have been trying to figure out the right path to take, the support I have offered has been very minimal. I ran an ad co-op that did not perform well, though don't fear if you are in it. I will be devoting all of my ad resources to that rotator now and into the future. You could be benefitting from that co-op years from now because that is how I am going to make that right.
More importantly, my focus is on support and training and helping people duplicate what I am doing. That will start this week. I am logging in to figure out how to set up my hotconference web room. I will then post the meeting times, and I will start working with many of you.
Most importantly, I can't work with everyone. Those of you who are most serious about building this for the long term, creating duplication in the people below you, and changing your life will be those of you who will have my time and ear.

By the way, I keep saying, and they keep saying, that the cycle time is still 3 days. Well that’s not quite true. To get your 200% out of there it takes four cycles of 3 days. That’s 12 days. Add one day for the w/d and you have a 13 day cycle time. And, in the past, there have been a few cyclers that started out with a 7, 8, and 9, and 10 day cycle times and lasted at least two months before having to move the cycle times higher, or ... collapse and run with what’s left of the money. So right now DollarMonster has completed it’s first cycle of 12/13 days a day or two ago. It now remains to be seen if they can do another one like that, or two. I suspect they will as they are picking up a lot of members.
But again, be warned! It is a cycler! And so may not last as long as a good autosurf.

Are we all enjoying our super smooth surfing? Our long awaited server upgrade took place earlier this week, and apart from a few little bugs, everything seems to be working fine. I know you have all been frustrated with the slow surfing, but you can only imagine the frustration from my end. Everything we do relies on the server, from payouts, to receiving and answering emails, to ref commissions, to database updates, so you can probably understand how frustrated I have been and why things have not been happening as soon as they should. Basically the server was only able to cope for about half of each day, which meant that we have only been able to cope with half our workload. Daily payouts are and always have been my number one priority, so I apologise if some of the other things have not been happening. I am happy to report, however that despite all the problems, we have managed to keep our 100% on time payout record intact.
The Issues.
Referral Commission. As mentioned in the previous update we are working our way through referral commissions in order of member number. When we get to the end of the list, we start again. We are currently in the 4 thousands, and things should start to flow a lot quicker now, with the new server. If your member number is less than 4000, and you have not been paid your referral commissions, there are 2 probable reasons for this. Firstly, you may not have earnt any at the time I processed your number, or secondly you were a free member when I processed your number. If you fall into those categories, you will be paid on the next cycle. As mentioned in the previous update, I am unable to give an accurate timeframe for payment of referral commissions, but I now estimate that each cycle should take approximately one month.
Incorrect or Negative Cash Balance. As mentioned previously, if you have an incorrect or negative cash balance, there is no need to worry, and definitely no need to email us. You will always be paid for the full 12 days on each upgrade regardless of what your cash balance says. This does not mean that you don't have to surf however, as there is a mechanism in the surfing which triggers the expiry of your upgrade.
Free Members Requesting Cashout. I have to bring this up in every update, but I still get free members emailing me asking about their payout. When you joined, you ticked a box to say that you have read and understood the terms of 12by12daily, and the terms clearly state Only advertisers who hold current Ad Packs will be permitted to cashout. and the FAQ carries the same information in at least 3 places. The only exception to this rule is if you have 2 expired upgrades, and that was covered in the previous update. For those of you who may not have seen it, I will reprint it here.
Free Member with Two Pending Cashouts? We have a bit of a problem with members whose 2nd upgrade expires while waiting to be paid for their first one. What happens in this case is that your account reverts to free, and your payout disappears off the list. I had promised to pay the first cashout in this instance, and will honour this promise. However sometimes it is difficult to find them, once they have disappeared from the list. If you are in this situation, you can email us, and we will fix. Bear in mind that it may take a couple of days for us to see your email. The quickest way is to make another upgrade, (You will need to anyway to get your 2nd cashout). As soon as you do this your payout will reappear on the payout list, and jump to the head of the queue. Some members who have done this have been paid in minutes, but the most you should have to wait is 24 hours. (The 24 hours only applies to payouts that are already overdue. If they are not overdue they will reappear on the list in their rightful place in the queue)
Contact Requests. Unhappily, since my last update, the number of unnecessary email has once again increased. Most of these refer to the 3 issues mentioned above. I get really annoyed, when I have to take an hour or two out of my busy schedule to write these updates, and it appears only a minority of members actually read them. After we mail these emails out we also post them on your members page, with the note, WE WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS THAT ARE ANSWERED IN THIS UPDATE. Also before you send us a contact request, there is a big red STOP!! and a list of subjects not to email us about. Guess what is on that list? Yep, the same 3 subjects listed above, and people still email us with questions on these subjects. If you have emailed me about any of these subjects I have probably deleted it. Apart from the fact that it is an unnecessary drain on our resources, it is also totally unfair to the members who have genuine problems that need to be attended to. On a happier note, I have been able to catch up with a lot of the emails since the server upgrade, and response times should continue to improve.
Egold. When you joined 12by12daily you had the option of entering your egold accoun number in your payout details. If you have entered this incorrectly we will not be responsible for any payments that go astray. Please make sure that the egold number in your account is exactly the same as the one you upgraded with.
Egold 2. Too many members are having their egold accounts compromised and/or having funds stolen from their accounts. The number of members in this situation is not high, but lets face it, 1 is too many. Pleeeeaase, pleeeaaase, protect your e-gold, and protect your pc. The most common ways for money to be stolen from your egold account are for you to give your login details to somebody. You may not even know that you have done this, but the most common way this happens is for the hacker to access your email account first. Yahoo accounts seem to be particularly vulnerable to this. The second most common way is a trojan called goldun. is downloaded onto your pc. Most antivirus programs will not pick up this trojan. I use and recommend ewido which you can download for free at ewido.com This, and I believe Kaspersky are the only antivirus programs that will pick up and remove this trojan. I recommend you also visit the forum for a wealth of valuable information on how to keep your egold safe. We have a whole section there devoted entirely to egold issues.
Forum. We announced in the last update that the forum is now up and running. We currently have about 2000 forum members which is great, but I would suggest that you should all join up and have a look around. Even if you are not a forum person, many questions that you may have will be answered in there. There is a great community spirit in the forum, and we are now getting people from all over the world joining in. We already have little communities springing up from many different countries, and members can post in their own language. We will be moving all these communities to their own section over the weekend.
Free Upgrades. There is some clown doing the rounds of various chat rooms sprouting that he has software for sale that will allow you to make free upgrades of any amount you wish in autosurf programs. Don't buy it, it does not work on 12by12daily. His asking price is $300, and I would suggest you would be better off buying upgrades with your $300 rather than giving it to him. I might also mention that if he can make upgrades of up to $6k on 12by12daily, and $10k on some other sites, why would he sell it for $300? For the record I catch about 3 of these crooks nearly every day.

- I received one comment about my post re: GAP and its demise. I don’t like bringing bad news to you. Especially if the programme is run by such an honest Admin as Trish. But I saw the signs of trouble when she put in that 45% rule. The reason? Because GAP was already in trouble. That rule only prolonged the death throes. And Trish’s recent admittal that GAP was hacked... well, that sealed it. I don’t see a way that GAP can recover. So that’s why I had to post it. Because if you put in more money right now, it’s money that will be lost. Unless I see some evidence to counter this conclusion, I will keep that, and this post in my BLOG. It’s NOT easy to announce this! Because I do know that bloggers can indeed influence the outcome of a programme! But in this case it was dying already for a number of weeks. So my publishing this is not going to kill the programme, because the programme is pretty well dead. And please do not send me any angry e-mails over this as am not the cause of it’s death. It’s been happening for weeks now. I have around 1K in there in two pendings... so I’d rather not even post what am posting. You see?

- A personal note to any Admin who is thinking of launching a site similar to EverlastingNine: I don’t care if it is a 9% site or a 12% site or a 14% site or any kind of over 10% site! Or even less! I will advise folks NOT to join you! This everlasting blood sausage is kaka. By withdrawing before the x number of days have passed you lose your outstanding amount is nonsense and yellow water! If you hope to succeed in running a good HYIP you must allow folks to w/d every few days so they can at least recover their principal, or get close to it! NO ONE is going to trust you if you say that they will lose their remaining principal if they withdraw early! Tysin of EverlastingNine has poisoned that concept. Well done indeed!
