Right now it is set at 86% and we are at 46.66% right now. So plenty of room! So I would get in now and not wait.

Where’s my brain.  Here brain, where are you?  Who would believe that only $3.2K was withdrawn in 43 days of operation? THEY ARE OUTRIGHT LYING TO YOU!  I would not put a drop of my electric currency in there! Thanks to Bob for pointing that one out.
   
• Dornstetten.com: It is important that you know that you need to spend a minimum of $40 USD to get that $100 bonus!  I did not know that myself!  So, if you have not, simply top it up to $40 USD and you will get that extra $100.
   
• HYIP-fever: Now at 40% withdrawn, closing target: 86% withdrawn. Looks like more than half-way to go yet! So my feeling on this one is that it will last at least another 5 days.  Enough time to be in profit.
   
• Final-HYIP is most likely, finally, gone.  Those errors you see are fixable. So they are most likely gone.
   
• LH-FUND.COM: This one keeps chugging along. I still have my interest set to compounding. It think and feel that this one will last a long time. Why? Low interest rate and most folks will want to take advantage of compounding, hence few withdrawals will occur.  Sign up using the Reviews page.
   
• There is some concern over Dornstetten.com out in Forum Land.  Why use a server in the USA if you’re based in Germany? Well, speed for one, and I would ask why run your HYIP offshore if you’re based in the USA?  Local laws? Then there is the question of how old they really are. I can see from Alexa that they started in 2003, but that could just mean they registered then and sent some traffic to their own site.  All I can tell from Alexa is that traffic substantially picked up this Sept, perhaps that’s when they started that $100 bonus? In any case, am not too concerned. I’ve only invested $108 USD  and will see how it goes. I am not going to invest thousands in there, as I would in 4x-Club.  So we have yet to see if this one really is stable and long term. I’d say they are at least 1.5 months old.  Let’s see what happens when they terminate that bonus.  My advice to myself is to take out all interest in about a week (switch to non-compounding), until am in the clear.

  - Add funds (menu is at lower right corner). I added $108 USD
  - After going through all the panels for adding funds go back to your browser and click on Account in the User Menu (again, lower right corner). You will see that an extra $100 has been added.  But don’t stop here!
  - You will notice that the plan you are in is not compounded daily.  So click on Change Plan in the User Menu. Notice that compounding starts with #6.
  - Click on Change Plan, select the 1% plan from the drop down and then click on Change button. Done!
  
  What’s also interesting is that if you upgrade to the $1001+ plan(s) they will throw in another $200 for you.  Well, am not going to do that until I study this one further. Server is in Indianapolis, Indiana, US.  Could be legit. Hmmmm......  Opened 18th of Sept. Nowhere near the top.

• Check this out: The Rich Jerk.  I bought into it right away and will be implementing all of his strategies.  It’s time to diversify away from ponzi schemes. I highly recommend it. I also like the guy’s sense of humor, it’s similar to mine.  I’m going to add this one to the Reviews page soon.  If you are going to resell this one, then go ahead and buy the book, then sign up for an affiliate url with Clickbank, if you don’t already have one.  To the cheater: I can already hear your thought.  The question is: are you going to listen to your conscience some time soon, or not? Of course it’s always up to you, but which you? The ego? Or the one that has always been there, never feeling older?

The Statistics page does show stocks that they may be into.  They are on a Katz Global Domain, the infamous home of many scammers.  Administered out of Singapore.  Server is in Singapore, administered by the well known Webvisions Pte Ltd.  Online since August 23rd, 2005. So it’s already over a month old.
  
  It is only from the News page that I was able to garner the fact that they seem to be a hardware and software company that is going to release a new Palm product into the market. There is mention of fixing bugs and such.  Too bad they don’t have this info on the front page, openly stating who they are, and why. It is not clear if they are actually investing in the stocks they list.
  
  Well am not sure about this one. Feels like a Paxmix or possibly an elaborate scam. Why locate themselves on expensive servers, where many a scammer has his or her home? It’s a bit disconcerting.  Am going to refrain from spending there for a few days.

• I have just put in $202 USD into the 155% plan (the last one) at http://final-hyip.com/?ref=kookoo as they are only 3 days old and am sure will run for another 5+ days, so I stand to make some quick cash in this one. The other plan I was contemplating was the 300% Platinum plan over 5 days which would give me 350% on the sixth day.  But... I decided to be conservative.  These guys may yet become more popular. Just over $5K has so far been taken in over 3 days.
   
• I have been reading all the KUM newsletters. And you know? Yes, am quite impressed. A lot of trouble to go through for a bunch of scammers. So likely this is not a scam.  But.... I just came across this: “Qualified investors should be prepared to show us a recent PROOF OF FUNDS (not older then 5 days) of minimum US$50,000:”: And of course I could be wrong.  But it’s from one of their newsletters. Myself?  I don’t have that kind of money! So am going to stick with the likes of FastMarket, 4X-Club, and PaxMix.  For now.  Until I get more accumulated!  To bring in the BIG bucks!  Apparently you need just $1K to get involved though.
   
• I don’t like these hourly ROI HYIPs (like http://www.heconomics.com) as none of them have ever worked out to our end. Why speak in hourly ROIs?  It’s just that much more confusion. Where’s my calculator? Ah, forget it!
   
• Here is one that is an obvious scam that should be shut down: http://www.hairinvest.com You must read their compounding plans carefully. What you would most like miss in the fine print is that they compound your interest+principal daily, but they do not let you w/d until the 30 days are up! And this one is not going to last 30 days! They started on the 18th of Sept, so I don’t think they will last another 30 days.
  
  Finally look at two new plans they’ve added: 2 Day Plan 1000% after 2 days. Bonus $10,000 Are you kidding me?  1000% after just two days plus a $10K bonus?  Am sure this is one where you should be spending upwards of $10K, but there is no way you’re going to get 1000% in just two days.  I don’t even have to mention the second new plan (well ok, 1000% after 7 days + $1000 bonus!).  You can scratch your head over that one.  The recent introduction of these two plans means they are about to run. There are some comments at HYIPNavigator that they have not paid in 3 days on certain accounts.  I am going to stay away from this one.  They’ve already sucked in about $3M, if you are to believe those stats.  And why would they give you $50,000 on your $5000 deposit in just two days?

• The OnlineEarningCenter is going really great.  I recruited only 13 myself and now have over 130 in my downline!  You guys are doing a great job of sharing this one (or a lot is coming from overspill)! So I think I will put them up today or tomorrow on the Reviews page.
   
• Another unbelievable profit HYIP/Ponzi: http://usdhyip.com Can you imagine 700% profit after 8 days? Neither can I. This is not one of the yearly crop, rather one of those that offers very large returns over a short period of time, and then collapses before you can get all of your money out. Or any of your money out.  I would stay away from this one.
   
• Here’s another one similar to the one above, but profit is smaller: http://www.worldwidehyip.com Still, high risk, open 4 days, not enough take in, etc.
   
• Why should you or I join http://www.pxpnow.com/ and get from 5.6% to 11.42% per month with an unknown opportunity when I can join 4X-Club or FastMarket and get almost 20% per month? And the last two are solid and well-known!  Except for some diversification, I see no need for it.  The above is part of http://www.globalvantage.com And it looks very slick. What they say on the About Us page makes a lot of sense in terms of investing, diversifying and so on.  They also claim that the best way to invest is to go for the high risk and eliminate a lot of the elements of the high risk.  Well, looking briefly at their programmes, I would say.... where’s the beef?  I don’t see it. Here is my best strategy (and remember that am not advising you in any way, shape, or form!):
  
  a) I invest in two or three safe venues such as Paxmix, FastMarket, and 4x-Club for the long term.
  b) I play with some of the newcomers that offer a higher rate of return each day (such as lh-fund.com, see the Reviews page). First I place some significant amount in one or two of these and do not compound until I have gotten my init spend out, then I compound for a few days, then take some profit, then compound, take some profit, or simply take profit each day depending on how much I spent in there and when I think it will collapse or run.
  
  With the above strategy I have a long term income from the the safe ones so that I can pay the rent, the credit cards (keep them at bay actually), food, (child support; if any), vodka, and so on.  And I have room to play with b).  Most of the time, now, I make enough so that I don’t have to get a job.  But I know for some of you this will be hard to follow. So start safe! Get some friends together to make that $1K min. spend required at 4X-Club! Or at FastMarket (which does not require $1K to start and even gives you $50 to start with!) Then let it accumulate.  Then take daily profits and share amongst your friends or keep going as a club!  You can then still follow this simple strategy! But don’t fight with each other! It must be a truly friendly Club!  Am sure you can do it!
  
  Another thing that will help you as an individual or as a Club, is to publicize your referral URL for each of these hyips so you can get some referral commissions.  One of the best ways to do it is to find someone who can set up a website for your club in your own language!  Then advertise that everywhere you can, and start with all the free options (there are plenty of these).  But the best way is through the forums. Don’t outright try to sell.  Answer questions! Be polite. Be helpful.  But at the same time make sure your website page or referral url is in your signature!  And in your www link. 
  
  Of course, as you know, you can have MY website for free, including this BLOG! So you just advertise your own 9PlanetReviews.com link! Those who read the BLOG and go to the Reviews page, will join with you in those opps that I post as very promising.  Of course it’s only in English. Maybe one of you will translate into Spanish?  Hm? • Please!  Every day!  Make sure your firewall is running, whether it is ZoneAlarm or McAffee or Symantec (Norton)!  I just found out my ZoneAlarm somehow was shut down! And my Spyware s/w has detected 37 spyware intrusions! Yikes! I hope I have not been compromised relative to my pay processor accounts!  So check yours.
   
• I admire the Teaminator crew and what they are trying to do. Which is save their cycler, as being the key component of the whole thing.  They communicate almost daily!  And are very honest.  I truly do admire them for that.  They are trying to change the mindset of the lemmings out there.  Let’s hope they do succeed!
  
  And I quote: “Couple that with the very fact of too many members taking too much money out of the system too fast and you have the ingredients of the challenge we all face today.   It is exactly the scenario that was faced at Reality Cycler. And they had to go to longer cycle times as the solution.  More advertising was/is of no help.  Pure and simple.  Basically they are drowning.  And are appealing to you the members. I did the same thing... but... no response.  So be it.
  
  Well, what can I say?  Most of their message is around damage control. Lowering the expiration of ad shares, implementing w/d fees. You know? As you can see there is NO PERFECT FORMULA for a cycler (or HYIP)! So I hope this wakes you up somewhat and helps you to stop blaming, but moving on to other games, if you wish, in certainty and hope.  But if you don’t have that signature for riches on your living soul?  You will lose!  So remember that!
   
• I guess I no longer need to keep a close eye on hyip-fund.us!  Only 3 days old and it’s gone!  I guess they collected enough and ran, or.... maybe there was not enough interest so they folded?
   
• Macroinvest.net: Started Sept. 30th.  Not very well known and taking in very little each day. So it would be a high risk to play here I would guess.
   
• Worldlpp.com update: The Quiznos deal will not come to fruition.  Conrad went into the trenches and found out from several owners the the profit margins are quite low and we will not be in profit for 6 to 12 months. That’s not what Conrad wants for us and hence this deal will not go through. But the second one will likely come through. • I had to join this one just to try to discover which script they are using: http://www.thehiddenreturns.com/?kookoo I think it’s the FreeWorld script and it’s just a doubler/cycler.  They will invest 40% of your money in other opportunities and this is dangerous. I do not recommend it. It will stall fairly quickly based on past history and the inability to control cycle times, plus the fact that 40% of the reserves will be stuck in other opps.... So I do not recommend this one, even for a quick run on it.
   
• I told you to stay away from Master-hyip.com below (check it) and I guess I was right! They are withholding withdrawals! Temporary? I don’t think so.  Took in over $390K and paid out only less than half of that and now w/d’s are suspended? They are running!  Like same scammers as ran   Invex.org! Only $404 deposited today! So there is definitely something wrong.  If you’re in there? I think it is too late for you.

• Userid: nicework has just been sent to over a million safelist users for the 9PlanetReviews site belonging to “nicework”. Hope he or she gets some signups!
   
• Macroinvest.net: Well, no traffic to speak of.  The plans look nice, still in the ponzi range, but I was hoping this one would be a good one. Yet there are no details on money taken in, nor money paid out and so on. There is no data as to even when they had started. So.... given all the lack of info? Stay away!
   
• HYIP-FUND-US: I’ve joined this one and will keep a close eye on it.  I feel it has some potential. Only three days old and the plans are of course in the ponzi range.  But you may be able to get in and out quickly.  Just keep an eye on this one and if you choose to do it then go for the 18%-21% for 7 days plans.  Just so you can get your principal out quickly. It’s an obvious ponzi, sure. So now you know and can’t blame me!  Har!  Good luck.
   
• I have just put in another $216 USD into lh-fund.  Am getting more and more confident. It’s now listed on the reviews page... so go there to sign up if you have not.  I’d rather have my signups at 9pr to benefit from now on, as usual. • Am starting to see hyips coming out that have plans that last 365 days, 52 weeks, etc (am going to call these the yearly crop). The 365 day ones pay daily, so you stand a chance of getting your principal out at least, but the weekly ones are more risky as they pay weekly and they could shut down right in the middle of a week.  Here is an example of that: http://us-hyip.com I would not invest there. Too few members mainly, so far.  8 days old. These though could last longer than the other crop of hyips  which paid a high percent daily for 3 to 10 days, such as HYIP Heaven and OffshoreFund. So in the yearly crop I still prefer lh-fund.com.
   
• Here is one that is clearly a 2 to 4 day cycler/doubler disguised as an hyip: http://hyip200.com 130% in 2 days, 160% after 3 days, 20% after 4 days (plus a 10% per day plan for 20 days, so that’s 200% after 10 days, to make it simple). Just opened today with 77 members and very little intake.  It’s just a darn cycler! So it will stall after just a week or two.  Unless they get more membership, this one will work just like a cycler. I would not play.
   
• There is nothing special about this one: http://www.idann.org Plans range from 3% daily for 4 months to slightly higher if paid weekly instead of daily. For some strange reason the Compounding plan at 3% daily is better than the 2% daily non-compounding option at almost double the number of days!  Weird!  Online since 6th of August. Traffic ranking is higher than most other hyips (don’t know if that is real or not).  But it’s in wild spurts, which probably means they have been buying traffic! Am not accusing them, it’s just my interpretation of the Alexa traffic chart.  If interest is picking up we should see steady growth curve, but instead we are seeing spikes.  I’m suspicious of this one, especially since their claims about their business are just that, in my opinion.  Legit investment services will charge you $25K USD just to set up an offshore account! Here these guys are taking your lousy ten bucks! It’s a ponzi and that’s it.
   
• http://hyip-daily-returns.com/?ref=kookoo : Well, this one stands a good chance of lasting a long time.  Their ROIs are not outrageous, but sustainable. They are 2 days old and already have taken in $34K, over $5K today.  The language is hauntingly familiar.... the style, you know?
  
  They say they are DDoS protected, but of course that’s not 100% true as no one can be 100% protected, and of course they do not say that they are.  They are of course using the $140 GoldCoders Script like eveyone else and his or her dog.  They as well accept almost every known pay processor on Earth, and that’s not a good idea, especially PayPal and Stormpay!
  
  Looks to me like the bi-weekly plans are the best. But it seems to me that in some of the plans they show mistakes in terms of what is profit and what is return on investment.  The bi-weekly plans claim basically an 8% per day or higher profit or ROI? That is vs. the others that are all below 2%.  So something here is not kosher!  Not right!  For instance the weekly, 7 day plan lists profit as 109.8% above a $1K investment.  So what is that per day?  A 15% profit per day? That’s way out of line as compared to the less than 2% per day in other plans! So what’s going on?  I think they have not set this up right in this script.  Well I think this one shows promise and have sent a note about this to the Admin so that the confusion can be resolved.

• Further investigation of e-goldinvestment.net: It looks to me like you get the daily interest only in the daily plans, which is maxed at 2.5%.  The other plans only pay at the end of the term, so 6 months or a year. The ROI is quite high, but frankly it is set up so that the Admin wins. Why? They will not likely last 12 months, not even 6 months!  Just about 2 months at most. Now am trying to confirm this with the Admin... but I doubt I will get a reply.  So... thumbs down!

• lh-fund.com: (use Riviews link at top, find it, and sign up) This is not in their FAQ, but if you think about it you may come to the same conclusion and that is that spends are not cumulative which means that if you deposit $200 today, that is treated as a separate transaction and your principal will be returned to you in 365 days. You will notice that the days left indicator will go down to 364 tomorrow. So if you wanted to get to the     4.5% level you could not do it via multiple deposits, as each would be treated as a separate transaction. I hope this is clearer than mud. So if you wish to enter at the 4.5% level you would need to deposit at least $1001 USD in e-gold.

Am not fooled by it, nor should you.
   
• I am revisiting Z1Investments.  Started June 10th, 2005.  Still in business.  Not much noticeable traffic.  But paying. Still though, am afraid it is a bit late to invest in this one.  Unless this is a sleeper and is just waking up? I don’t know.  I was right about not joining PlexPay, and a couple of folks that I know have been pushing PlexPay and Z1Investments.  Were they right on both?  Probably. If you know what I mean.

No abuse reports.  Well, as they are registered in Panama City, no one can really go after them, if they turn out to be a scam outfit. So maybe this is one of those. I’d give them another 1.5 months.
   
• Here is another one to stay away from: http://www.fastprofits.org/index.php They claime to have 3 years experience in the ForEx market, but what they offer is way beyond what an excellent ForEx trader can do.  At most one of them can give you 1% per trading day, yet these folks claim they can give you from 5 to 7 percent!  So how how much are they holding back? Negative 4 to negative 6 percent!  Meaning what? PONZI! They simply use your money to pay out older money. I guess I have to keep explaining this because new folks come onto the Internet daily. So I will be patient and keep explaining it.  You older folks simply have to endure!  Endure my humor and endure my ranting and raving as well!  Har!  OK? Great. So this one should be called fast losses, not fast profits.  Someone should actually come out with a blatant site that says fastlosses.com and see if anyone joins! Maybe I should!  What do you think?  Should I make a run of it? Send a note.
   
• Here is one that took me some time to investigate: https://offshoreclub.biz/about.cfm They are French or from a French speaking country. Several mistakes in the text point to that.  They have been in business since 28th Oct. of 2004.  It looks like they trade in Foreign Exchange markets but they are unclear about that. You will earn from 1.25% to 2.12% per day on trading days. 
  
  Registered in Belize, another one of those Countries where the long arm of the Amerikan law can’t touch them.  And the Server is in California. No referral commissions. Up to you on this one. As they have already existed far beyond the scams they may indeed be legit.  They also pay extra to help prevent DDoS attacks from taking them down. I would trust this one more than most of the others. And I do.  Well hold on now. They are French after all. Just saw their forum. So I cannot conclude anything at this point. Not that French=Russian, you know what I mean?

• williams-fund.com: Well, I have reviewed this one in some detail and sent out a review via my Alert Service, which is so darn expensive that most folks can’t afford it.  $5 per month. But listen, I know that in some countries them’s big bucks, so if you can’t really afford it and live in one of those Countries, send me a private note and I will let you subscribe for rocks on the road. In any case, do not play in this one, very elaborate, but a scam nonetheless.
   
• Ok, I’ve invested $201 into this one: http://www.lh-fund.com/?ref=1610172  (use Riviews link at top, find it, and sign up) I’ve reported on it before and it seems to be paying consistently. I have compounding turned off so that I can w/d daily and get my $201 out. After that I will let it go for 4 or 5 days compounding and then start taking more payments out.  That’s what I’m doing.  Am not saying you should do that.

So I find it not worthwhile to put those up.. for example, 4x-Club, which I list requires just one thousand USD.  But most of you don’t have that, as far as I can see.  So why list these others that require that or even more?  You tell me.  So what are your alternatives? Good question. I will keep listing or commenting on new ones where you can put in a few bucks and get out quick, because many of you are in that position, am I right? Sure.  There is one I trust coming out next week.
   
• Well I hear that HYIP Heaven is now officially shut down.  The one fatal mistake of any program is to have some kind of delay. Then all the panickers come out of the woodwork and scream their shrill cries while standing on their hind legs!  Can you picture the shrill braying with heads held high trying to catch a glimpse of their pay processor as accusations of scam leave their torn throats, not realizing that reason could have averted the coming disaster, for all concerned? And once the shrill screaming has died down, they look around, and see that they too have lost their money, but they don’t want to believe that they were the cause.  Well ok, this is not always the case.
  
  OK.  I too have closed down two programs by reporting them to the e-gold abuse department. But these two programs were so obviously just collecting your money! Recall?  They said they would give you 1000% (yes, one THOUSAND percent) return in just 2 days and kick in another five grand!  So these two just HAD to be shut down.  But in the case of a successful program that has been running for over a month and has been paying daily?  If they go down because of some hacker? Should they be shut down?  Obviously not.  They should be given a chance to prove themselves and regain members’ trust.  Well, in any case, you understand.  Most of you.  The panickers won’t remember reading this.
  
  PS: It is relative easy to find out if HYIP Heaven’s e-gold account has had a limit put on it: just go and do a test spend to their e-gold account, but don’t go through to the end. You SHOULD see that your payment will have been denied and if not, then there is no limit!  I can’t do this as I don’t have an account with them and don’t know their e-gold ID.  But one of you should try it out and send me a note.  You can do that manually from within your own e-gold account. Because if you don’t get blocked from sending them the cash then they are lying to you and are just running with the money.  Someone try it.

And in the pursuit of the next big payout, I would plunk down these hundreds in some unproven crap and lose the money.
  
  In the real world, would you take $320 and cut it up into little pieces and throw it out the window? Of course not. But that is what we do day after day with these programs, failing to follow that most basic of rules: take out your initial investment asap and "play with the house's money"...
  
  Most of us entered this arena because we were desperate, and desperate times call for desperate measures. But now we are even more desperate because of mismanagement, failure to do even the most basic due diligence, and believing the promises of every shyster who came down the pike promising us megabucks for doing next to nothing.
  
  Reality has a good program, and a no-hype admin. They are doing the best they can with the limited funds coming in. Let's stop chasing fantasies and support this thing.

• Woohoo! this one (earth-hyip) has raised their w/d limits to $50 USD per day and soon maybe even more! And they removed their Internal Transfer link as I suggested to help prevent hackers from stacking accounts!  DO NOT INVEST IN THIS ONE. THEY ARE DYING.
   
• Is the Sun going Nova yet? What’s taking it so long?  And where are those Aliens? Sure is taking a long darn time to invade!  And relieve us of this stupid Economic System where we have to keep focussing on making money!  Money for this!  Money for that! Money to survive!  Money to show up the neighbor!  Ugh! (Some say that it originated from the Orion Empire, I myself am not sure, but I do expect the stupid Lizards and Draco to show up soon!  Just look at all the statues in places of Governement!  You will then know what I am hinting at.)
   
• OK.  Am risking some funds into this one (hyipparadis.com) as it seems to be picking up quite nicely and I figure I can get my funds out within 10 days. They’ve lasted 24 days so far and I expect them to last another 20 days. That’s it. Plus they take StormPay and I have quite a bit in there as I have recovered my invests from PrivateOffShoreFund as they paid me via Stormpay. Check it out.  PS: When I say I recovered my invsets in POSF, what I mean is that I followed my own advice!  I put in initially about 900$ and started to take out every single day! Did not let it compound!  When I recovered that I put in another $3K as I figured it would last another 10 days, well, I recovered that as well.  So I basically broke even by the time they chose to run. Of course I left about $4K or more in principal in there, but... since I recovered that... am even. That’s what I meant. Now, you CAN go to Stormpay and put in a claim using their e-mail address as their account number (you know what it is if you have been paid by them), but I doubt you will get anything, as they don’t cover services! Only products sold.  And no use in going to e-gold as they say that transactions are FINAL. And INTGold? Har. What a laugh.  Go and try it!
  
  I’ve looked at the DNS records and hosting records and they are well protected, based in Malaysia and Singapore. The famous Katz Global Domain Name Trust is being utilized.  So these guys may even be somewhat protected against DDOS attacks.  Now the service they are using is not cheap.  The server is in Australia. The Web Hosting company is a subsidiary of the Malaysian Webdivisions Company.  No way to know who the actual Admin is (not that when you see an Admin name that you are seeing the true Admin name and address and so on.)
   
• Yes, I know, the PrivateOffShoreFund site is gone. Either they are re-installing it or they have run with whatever money was remaining. I think it is the latter.  Am not sure yet whether I just broke even or made a few hundred.  Oh well.  Another one bites the dust. This is getting very tedious.

I just put in $502 into the 35% a day plan, that way I can get it all out in 3 days.  Should last at least that long. Again, not yet recommending it, so use CAUTION. I should have some news soon as I have sent an e-mail to the Admin.

• Either PrivateOffShoreFund is already in trouble (running?) or their internal Audit is having an effect on payouts. And now the w/d page is either disabled or experiencing problems (php is not able to connect to the MySQL database). Ah shit. This typically happens when Admins are planning to run.  Unless they are under some attack.  Again, let’s pray this is NOT the case as we all wish to get at least our principal out!

• I am noticing that most of the folks who “play” in the HYIP arena are in fact HIGH RISK takers.  Why?  Well take for instance a very safe and legitimate venue like the 4X-Club (for the info link click on Reviews up top and find 4X-Club) is receiving very little attention.  I’ve managed to sign up less than a ten folks and only two of them have invested.
  
  Whereas a very high risk venue like PrivateOffShoreFund is receiving a lot of attention. I’ve signed up 37 folks and almost every single one of the have put in money!  I would say that if folks were really looking for a safe venue they would be investing in places like the 4X-Club. So they are not looking for safe venues, despite what they say to me.  What they are looking for is a high interest, quick turn-around vehicle and cross their fingers in hopes of recovering their spends quickly, before that vehicle crashes. They also know that the driver of that vehicle may run with the “gas”, so there is a thrill factor involved.
  
  Well, I guess that’s fine, as long as you realize what kind of game player you are.  Myself? I am investing in the safe vehicles (4X-Club, FastMarket, Paxmix, etc.) as well as in those that I know are very dangerous but can produce some quick cash (PrivateOffShoreFund and past crashed vehicles such as SYNCinvest, PrimeFund, Invex.org, Sunflowerseed - in all of which I managed to actually make some cash).
   
• Here is one that on first glance appears to be legit. The name is PrivateOpps. They appear to have several vehicles (ForEx, Fixed Odds betting, Gambling [poker rooms etc.], real-estate transactions, etc.) I will be reviewing it further.

• OK, this could be good news: PrivateOffShoreFund seems to have added a compounding section, as I have not noticed it before. Be careful with this! It seems to me that one cannot edit the compounding rate; it’s stuck at 100%. And that means you can’t all of a sudden mid-month change your mind! It’s locked in for 31 days. Am trying to verify with Admin that this is the case. So until I know for sure am doing compounding by hand, by logging in each day and re-investing.
  
  Secondly, those of you who are playing in there, would you please send the Admin a note via their Support link and ask them to change the max daily w/d limit? It’s at $500 right now and am suffering as I can’t w/d more than $500 a day, so am forced to re-invest. I’d like to see a $1K+ daily w/d limit. I know some of you are not having this “problem” but... eventually you may! And I’d rather take my money out until I have my whole principal out, then take some profit.
  
  (Later) Well I just did a $20 test spend for compounding. Guess what? They do allow you to change the compounding rate, but..... you have only one choice! 100% Now that’s a laugh. The Admin says his name is John B. Phillips. Sounds like a nice English name, yet the man’s grammar is very poor.  He does not even bother to put a space or two after a period! He says he has a $1500 reserve in another e-gold account so don’t worry!???  Am almost laughing! A fifteen hundred dollar reserve?  Wow!  That won’t last a single day of payouts!  Honesty? Stability? Success? (Those are the keywords on the front page.) I’d say, honestly, this guy does not know what he’s doing! He may be honest, but he also seems to be experimenting with.... your money!

Sept. 9th (TGIF)

• I have just broken even with PrivateOffShoreFund!  From now on it is all gravy!  I can’t really believe it. They took in over $70 grand (that’s Kilo dollars or 70,000 USD) just today! I hope that’s right and not being manipulated! Well, I hope these folks don’t run just yet. There is more money to be made.  But the fact that they have not yet run.... hmmm.... well, what can I say? I guess when w/d’s draw close to the deposits, say within a hundred thousand, they will likely run. Why do I say this? Because... what they are offering in terms of percentage, is clearly in the ponzi range. They are just being a very successful ponzi! And am not bad mouthing them about this. How can one bad mouth a ponzi scheme?  At least some are benefitting.  Not like severalhyip.com! That was clearly set up to collect and run!
   
• A study conducted at Carnegie Mellon University found that the use of the Internet and e-mail causes depression (Calgary Herald, Aug. 29th, 1998). I heartily agree! I think technology has been pushed too far into our daily lives and the Corporations and Governments have used the Media to not only brainwash us into accepting new technology, but also to disrupt our lives. We now have to build faster means of transportation as well as devices that allow us to communicate with our loved ones because we are further and farther away from our loved ones. And what has caused us to be further away from our loved ones?  Corporations! Corporate jobs!  Conglomerates!  Forcing us to move to other cities, other Countries. And computers were supposed to have increased productivity!  But they have not!
  
  There is definite proof out there that they have not!  And now we are scrambling, trying to make “money” over the Internet, playing in HYIPs and other programs, all for what? To get more money! To pay off those debts!  Credit Card debts, mortgages, pay off the loans for all the neat devices we were forced to buy via subliminal programming on TV, via movies, radio, and internet. So now we are in debt to our necks and ears even and are slaves to the Corporations, the Banks, and the Government via taxes of all types.  When will this insanity end?  Soon I hope.  Well that was my rant for today.  More tomorrow.

• More delays at Teaminator.  Read the newest update.  Basically, they were unprepared for the many MySQL connections that would take place during launch (some other cycler Admins could have advised them on that, that’s why you don’t do a launch all at once), and they think they have to order a new server with more memory, disk space, and so on. I don’t think so.  If they simply do a staged signup, followed by an upgrade stage, they may get by with existing equipment.  But hey, am not there working with them, so they could be right.  In any case, expect another 48 hours at least before you can upgrade. Don’t even think of logging in before then.

• I just developed a perl script that automates the capture of ACTIVE usernames from the GDI Downline screen.  So you don’t have to send me your username. I will know if you are active as you will appear in GREEN and I will capture that.  I will either generate a new list every 3 or so days or do one each day and send only the changes to Jim. If you start to generate a large downline that is below my 5th level then I can let you have the script and you can send your list to Jim yourself.
   
• From now on (actually after next Tuesday, as am going to see my daughter from Friday through Tuesday) you will see me more active in the BLOG and in reviewing new opportunities. Summer is over and it’s time to get out there and make some cash, all of us.
   
• The AAN Admin is blaming one guy for abusing the RSP via StormPay backcharges, and pointing out that it is OUR money that is in StormPay not the Admins.  What kind of an attitude is that? The Admin should have consulted with some of us before putting in StormPay as we all would have told him not to do it as just one complaint could close his StormPay account down and jeopardize member funds. But I guess the Admin of AAN did not think of that.  The Admin should actually take the blame, as it was inevitable that someone would abuse Stormpay, and apologize to the membership for having made that mistake. It makes no sense in this case to blame the membership! What are the members supposed to do?  Police each other?  Gang up on the guy who made all those backcharges (it’s too late for that)? Stormpay should not have been added as a pay processor in the first place! This would have avoided any problems. 
  
  I have a feeling that this one is going down rapidly.  I hate to say this, since I have money in there as well.
   
• Sorry to be right. Invex.org did indeed run with the money right around the time I predicted. I did not lose anything as I decided to take out all interest and principal just a week or two before their site went down for good. Here is the latest update:

The $195 price tag is crossed out and the cost to you is.......... a whopping 1 cent USD! Are they nuts? That is SO obvious!  I’d charge something like $49 to make the deception work! So you install this thing and it probably is a keylogger and more! It will likely send all account info to the scammers/hackers!  Problem is... they are being so obvious about it.  But am sure a few inexperienced Admins will rejoice and lose your money for you! Oh and “Automatic withdrawal, mass payment and instant payment included.”  Now this is a clear trap! As soon as this is set up... you will lose.  If you join one of these sites that chooses to use this package. But how will you know? You won’t.
  
  Oh and they give you free support and free installation for that one cent USD! Hey, am going to launch my own HYIP and download that package right away!  NOT!
   
• Well Opps-Club.com is gone!  I was cautious of that one, could not believe it can be true, and it was not. The site cannot be found! Recall that’s the one that paid every three hours, amounintg to 4.8% per day on one of the plans.  And now we have HourlyReturn.com trying to do the same thing but paying hourly!  It’s just a damn gimmick! Do not put your money in there!

For folks who are registered in the US, having a server in Dallas Texas, they sure don't know their English! I would not trust this one.  Professional ForEx traders would have at least hired someone to spell-check and grammar check their site, don’t you think?
 

• Am not sure how anyone can believe this one: http://investleague.com One of the plans is 100% daily for six days if you deposit $1001 or more! 100% daily?  Are they insane?  And is anyone else insane enough to risk any money in there? And at the same time there is another plan with the same deposit amount that pays 50% daily for six days. Are they trying to confuse us? Maybe some of us can’t do the math?  Hmmmm.... should I put my money into the one that gives me, let’s see, um... what’s 600% divided by 6? 100% yeah, that’s it.  Or should I put it into the one that gives me 50%.  Which is bigger?  100% per day or 50% per day.  Geez... I can’t decide! Better call my math tutor.

• PrivateOffshoreFund: Well this one is not really believable despite the somewhat convincing story on the home page.   Basically they deny being a ponzi, and that they simply piggyback your money onto their existing investments everywhere.  And then you get to look at the portfolios/plans they offer you.  It starts at 7% a day and escalates to 10% per day for $1001 and up.  Then there is the referral contest, which offers gold coins to the top recruiters.  Finally they are using the GoldCoders script.  For such a professional outfit, why use an off-the shelf script?  And those ROIs are clearly in the ponzi range!
  
  They opened today and apparently already took in $16K. Well, I’m calling this one a ponzi.  If it looks like a ponzi, walks like a ponzi, and quacks like a ponzi, it’s got to be a ponzi. Play at your own risk.
  
  Am sure it will be successful for at least the first 10 days, if no mishaps occur. Am sacrificing $202. Don’t sacrifice what you can’t afford to lose. I can afford to lose that.

• You folks just have to be careful about putting money into Interestads.com.  See, if you re-invest what you have earned say today, then you try put put in $1K, you will be told that you have exceeded your daily spend. Which is true.  So you then have to wait until the next day (24 hours) before you can put that $1K in.  I made that mistake and so have had to wait.  Darn! • Another great program has just been added to the Reviews page: InterestAds.com.  Click on Reviews and then Ctrl-F to find InterestAds. I know the programmer and owner, Mark personally.  I think you can guess who he has been and is working for.  His own Opportunity looks good. There is a good chance it will surpass the AAN and Teaminator. We shall see. I personally have already doubled the $100 I put in. Note, I cannot stress this enough: if you are going to play in the matrix (which is in addition to the Profit Sharing pool) then before you advertise your link you should enter the matrix, else one of your signups could leapfrog you in the matrix if you have not yet entered it yourself!
  
  I personally like this one better than the AAN not only because Mark is a great guy! I don’t know the Admin of the AAN so I guess am biased.  Plus the model for the Profit Sharing pool is better than what the AAN have.  Theirs is going to cause problems soon enough, as shares don’t expire and so cycle times are going to get very high. Where as Mark’s model is not based on cycling, rather as folks by ad shares that money is put into a Profit Sharing pool and divided equally (of course time of purchase is a variable that is built into the formula). So when your spend has appreciated 150% you get paid out. No need to worry about cycle times.  Ad shares will mature when ....they mature!

  While it's not clear who's doing the selling, whether it's PIPs, or someone who used to work for PIPs and had access to this information, or someone that has been able to hack into the PIPs server and gotten this information illegally, what is for certain is that this information is being made available to those willing to pay for it.
  
  And here's the really disturbing part -- what's being sold is full membership details of all PIPS members -- this includes ALL personal info including credit card, payment accounts, passport info, etc., that people have given to PIPs.
  
  I strongly suggest that if you have ever participated in PIPs that you CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS TO ALL PAYMENT PROCESSORS and keep an eye on your credit card accounts that you used in making PIPs transactions for any unauthorized charges”

You remember a few days back I told you I bought a dedicated server package? I also said they told me it would be 2 to 3 weeks before this would happen. Well, they took the liberty of moving the domain and all the files over to the new server 2 weeks early and without notifying me. This caused a serious string of problems.

When a domain is moved to another IP address it takes a while for that new IP info to propogate throughout the Internet. This process normally takes about 48 hours. Unknowingly we were all accessing the AAN site on two different servers at the same time. That means 2 different databases were being altered with different data simultaneously. What a mess that made!

We believe this was the problem with some missing RSP positions too. Chances are those positions are actually in the database but not the one you were viewing.

This was also the problem with emails not going out from the server. That started working late last night but then my hosting service switched it back this morning when they realized what they had done. So it took a while again this morning to start showing only the old server data.

During this time about 80 new people signed up too. Those people are all in the database on the new server. Then another 15 signed up after they switched back over this morning.

My programmer had already found and fixed a couple of script problems but those files he was accessing were on the new server. Just a little while ago we disabled everything that updates the database. We HAD to do this before things get worse. This means the Join page is disabled, the purchase page is disabled, and the cycling is on hold.

We just finished copying all the edited files over to the old server. The next step is the big one. We have to determine which data in one database needs to be pulled out and merged with the older server database and keep it in the same order by date and time. This could take a few hours so please bear with us.

My programmer is very good at what he does but even he says this is a BIG job because it is such a big mess. The data is in there and there are 2 backups just in case.

Personally I am just so happy to have found this so we can move on. I already pulled all my hair out. The most frustrating part about this to me was not being able to update you all. With no email functionality from the server my hands were somewhat tied. I did try to use a mass mailer to get to most of you, and used the newsletter mailing list, and had my support people tell you about the updates being posted in the AAN Forum.

Good point by the way. If you ever need an update and you are not getting it from me go check the forum.

Now there is another issue. Right now I have no way to contact the pending members who have not been activated yet. There are about 385 of them. I still cannot activate them either because that data is in two different databases. I do not want to do anything that will update one database and not the other. So I have to wait until all that data is merged together.

I will send out another update as soon as I can. All of those new signups waiting did sign up under someone so if you know about a referral waiting please try to contact them and let them know what is going on.

  I know this message won't go out to everyone. I'm using a mass mailer with all the current email addresses for memberships that are active. Sometimes ISPs can block emails like this. I need you all to help me update everyone else please. I'm trying my best to keep everyone updated as much as possible.

We have had some major software issues creep up the past 2 or 3 days. One of which is the Email function from the AAN server. I sent out two updates yesterday before I found out no emails were going out. This is the reason I'm using the mailing list for the newsletter instead. Apparently the script was setup to use some other method than SMTP and we reached a maximum allowable threshold. My programmer is converting that over to SMTP right now but it is in several places in the script.

Because of this email problem no emails are going out at all. No activation emails, no cycle alert emails, no welcome emails, nothing. I cannot activate new members until this is fixed. There are currently 299 pending new memberships just since yesterday when all this happened.

The RSP payouts were completed yesterday for Monday's payday. Some members did not get the email notification from StormPay or INTGold, including myself. Just login to your account and you will see your payment there if you had something coming. This surfaced another problem. The payments were not recorded in the database so everyone paid was still showing a balance due. As soon as I found out about this I took the Purchase page offline. Unfortunately some members had time to use Unpaid RSP Earnings to reinvest even after you were paid those earnings. This problem has since been fixed and balances updated so some of you will show a negative balance. That will remain negative until your positions cycle enough times to make it positive.

There are other less major but not exactly minor problems. Matrix placement is one of them. Some people were showing too many people on one of the levels of their matrix. This will be corrected before the monthly payday. Your matrix and matching bonuses may not be the correct value right now because of this.

The join page went offline for a while last night too but that problem is now fixed.

Some of my admin functions are not showing up. I cannot edit member details for example. This is a major issue too so it will be at the top of the list.

Please pass this along to everyone you can. We are doing everything and spending every minute and dollar I have to in order to get these issues resolved as quickly as possible. When it comes to software we never know what to expect but one thing is for sure. It never runs perfectly.

The automated signup and verification process was just about ready to install when all this happened. Obviously we need to get the existing problems fixed first and allow me enough time to get caught up on new memberships once again.

This is called Growing Pains folks. The AAN has been a huge success. All these problems we have now will be resolved and it is just as frustrating for me as it is for you. Please take it easy on my support people! They are there to help you but most of the emails coming in could be avoided entirely. I’ve looked at this one before and dismissed it as an obvious ponzi. They make 8 payments per 24 hr. period and you can start off with just five bucks. Hey, I can afford to lose five bucks.  So it’s worth a play. Don’t go putting in 2 grand!  That would be foolish, unless 2 grand to you is like 5 bucks is to me (or 100). But be careful!  I warn you again.  It will take me 15 days at a compounded interest rate of 4.8% per day to recover that $100, as I can’t take out the principal itself for 80 days! So don’t be greedy, on day 15 take out the full interest, that will be your principal, recovered.  After that? Keep taking profit every 5 days or so. And I do not think this one will last the 80 days, so don’t let their interest calculator fool you.

• http://trustedfund.com/index.php It is hard to believe that this one is legitimate.  They say that they have been trading in the ForEx market for 8 years now. And they say that they are not into giving the highest ROI, yet their plans show that indeed they are.  And in fact their ROI is higher than can be achieved in the ForEx market. For instance, their Monthly plan gives a minimum of 10% per trading day if you have $5K or more to invest. Well that’s just ridiculous!   And their ten month plan gives you a minimum of 3000%. That’s 300% per month or 15% per day!  This one is clearly a PONZI.
   
• Playwithgold.com: Well am changing my opinion on this one based on several back and forth conversations with one of my readers, John S. (no, not my doppleganger).  And John makes some good points about this one. Yes, one of the HYIPs may indeed be a ponzi, but most of the others seem to be legitimate (such as Paxmix, FastMarket, Feeder Fund, VAOL). As well the site uses an original script and most of all the Admin are revealing where they they are putting your money.

• The model that AAN is using is that of Empowerism and 123clicks.com. Plain and clear, if you understand it.
  
  This is not quite the model that RC is using now. But close. RC will last longer because the initial share expires after 4 cycles (and more). This is not true of Empowerism and 123clicks. In those systems the cycle times rise higher much more quickly than at RC, because mathematically it is not possible to sustain those never-ending, never-expiring shares. This is true of AAN as well. Now a big marketer like Fred can sure make some good money at it in the early stages but this will not last.
  
  They are already experiencing growing pains or script problems. Just days into their life! While RC has survived past 2.5 months! And will continue to do so. So don't get too excited about these others.  But they seem to be catching up.
   
• Well it is 50/50 right now for providing my ALERT SERVICE for FREE or for $5 per month.  Good arguments for and not for. So am not sure what am going to do next. At the same time that I appreciate that a free service will allow more signups and hence more referral commission, I also feel that a paid service will attract more responsive customers!  And given that 90%+ of all HYIPs are scams or ponzi schemes.... am not sure that I would be wanting to collect on those referral commissions!  Versus getting most of my income from the ALERTs and the few opps I report on that turn out to be legit.
  
  Now... I do have to manage this more carefully.  I have tried to announce opps ahead of my posts on the BLOG.  And for the most part I think I have done that.  So I will just have to be careful with that.  As well, I have published reviews that are more detailed than in my BLOG.  So again, I have to continue with that.
  
  I am starting to conclude that fewer signups are better than free signups. Mainly due to the fact that those who are more serious about investing will join for a paid service than for a free service. And then I will benefit from both the monthly outrageous fee of $5 as well as from the referral commissions, because these folks are serious!

I guess a lot of folks are becoming more educated and understand this kind of scam, else these guys would have pulled in more than $50K by now.  So, needless to say, this one will fail shortly.  Don’t risk it.  Yes, it would take 5 to 6 days to recover your spend, but will they last another 5 to 6 days with such a low take?

  https://asianpay.com: This looks good! An Asian-based pay processor that is launching soon. You can even purchase shares in the Company. I will do a full review shortly. There is a HUGE potential for this one because Paypal and the others do not cover those Countries! And my brief look at them...well all looks well! They even provide contact info. Commissions: 4% on each level, 6 levels deep!
   
• Astra System(s) are/is gone! I was wondering why I delayed so long in listing them. Oh well.
   
• Wow! I got a payment from Invex.org.  I took out my commissions and principal!  Am impressed, but I will not invest in there any further for a couple of weeks.  If they are still alive and kicking in two weeks I may reconsider. It’s just that the kind of percentage they pay out per week is unrealistic, and hence must be using other people’s money to do so.  Even though there is 3.8M$ or so deposited, it does not mean they have that much available to invest. So let’s say they have 1M$ to invest. That would probably allow them to earn from 20% to 30% per month in real trading.  Not per week!  It would take about USD 10M$ to get around 10% weekly.  Another clue is that they pay weekly, but it would take more than 7 days to get money out of the trading account and into e-Gold or whichever pay processor they use. OK, enough.  I think you get the point.
   
• TopGunTraffic is shutting down. Read the full details by signing in at TGT and clicking on the Updates link. Well, it was good while it lasted.  But...slow summer days, a lot of competition diluting the funds base, and script issues.... all contributed to its demise.

Aug 3rd (Wednesday)

• Here is a new announcement by IT4US, the opp I keep mentioning that I think is not only a ponzi but a scam.  But that is my own opinion, ok? Now I know that there are many folks who have money stuck in there, so I want to say to you that I hope that the Author of the update is truthful in saying that their plan for payouts is viable. I hope for your sake, if you are involved, that you do indeed get paid out.  But I had a few problems believing what was being said, so here are my comments (and am sure this will have no effect, in any way, on their plans to pay you, how could it?):
  
  “Initially, IT4us began with a “portal” based system, which was basically paying out 300% per month. This was in-deed a high rate of return, but based on the markets and things set in place such as they were at the time; this rate of return was very achievable and quite effective. We did not however expect nor anticipate the overwhelmingly large growth rate that we experienced in such a short time and therefore we were continuously forced to “Streamline” things in order to maintain the Integrity of our company and follow that of our Mission Statement. “
  
  Now look at the above paragraph. Excuse me, but streamlining is ONLY done when a Company is experiencing growing pains, meaning they are LOSING money!  That’s the only reason to “streamline”, yet in the same paragraph they say that they experienced overwhelmingly large growth!  What a contradiction! This is designed to confuse you! Unless we do not have enough data about that.  But the way it is stated... it is clearly contradictory.
  
  And now comes the truth. They had folks within their group that stole funds and ran.  And it sounds to me like they invested in other HYIPs that paid higher, and when those collapsed, this one was in trouble. Indeed.  The author of the post also mentions that there are investments still out there and which will help IT4US recover. That means they invested in ForEx, for example, and shares are maturing. But not at 300% per month! That’s just nuts.  20%? Maybe. Look, if they really wanted to guarantee the security of your funds they would not have started out with a 300% per month payout!  That is either mismanagement (bad and uninformed mistakes) or they knew what was going to happen.  Who would not?  Offering 15% per day!
  
  The author is quite good at pulling your heart-strings.  Notice the mention of threats to their children.  Pity them.  Right?  Holy cow! Where are they getting all this money to do so much traveling? Am I being... heartless? Am not even a member! 
  
  “we anticipate that we will be able to keep up with paying as many members daily because returns are growing exponentially.” -- Am sorry, but returns cannot grow exponentially.
  
  Wow. Do you believe it? Well, am not going to pass judgment. Up to you. Again, am not even a member. But I never could see how they could maintain an ROI of 15% a day!
   
• http://www.Z1Investments.biz: This one offers two plans, one at 2% daily and the other at 3% daily.  One can graduate to the second plan once having reached $1K in principal.  That’s just like SYNCinvest.  They appeared to have copied the ad copy (partially at least) from another HYIP, or they may have had a failed HYIP and are back. The wording is identical. 
  
  “Z1 Investments is a private investment club established by a team of specialists with huge working experience in the online investment market, trading activities and investments in various funds. We offer you the unique possibility of investing money in our project.” The language is not that of someone native to the english language.
  
  Am not sure why they chose a .biz domain, as the .biz domain will propagate at about 1/4 the speed of a .com domain, if there are any changes to be made.
  
  Domain is registered in Panama.  Server is in Dallas, Texas. Shared server. Registrant: Marc Oconnors. Online since 10th June, 2005.
  
  Conclusion: my gut feel is that it’s a ponzi and they don’t trade anywhere.  If they could make 3% on the markets out there, then why launch an HYIP?  Simply continue to do well on the markets.  But, at this time I cannot prove whether they are running a ponzi scheme or not.
   
• I am mentioning HYIPheaven again because there is a lot of hype around it. 5 days old, took in over 44 grand. It’s like HYIPStart, that one crashed I think on the 8th day. Will this one? Time will tell.  It’s a ponzi without a doubt despite their claims.  No investment manager can give you 8% to 10% per day! When the frenzy is over this thing will go down like a rock. And even at 10% per day it will take 10 days to recover a $500 spend.

Aug 2nd (Tuesday)

• I’ve received a number of e-mails re the below post. All are wishing me well and expressing sympathy and support. I thank you all for that.  It is just that it is sometimes difficult to live up to certain Spiritual Truths in this world, once you discover them. Life changes. A conflict arises. Conscience must be listened to, not ignored. People should not be attacked, nor torn down. And that goes for the things they make (not create).  So it’s a hard practice you see?  Because any tearing down supports the notion that we are all separate from God, the Divine, the All, and from all those apparently appearing and having our existence in the Divine, in God. I hope am not stepping on any Spiritual toes.  I don’t mean to.  It’s also difficult to see all the scamming going on and not have some kind of feeling about it all.  One can try to justify in any number of ways. And one also questions one’s own involvement in all that, and try to justify that, or explain it. You understand? I think many of you do.  Even if you think you don’t.  Somewhere inside that mind-heart connection you know what am talking about.

• I must be honest with you. Am getting tired of this scam game.  Reporting on scams and such.  Losing in some of them.  Winning in some of them like Invex.org. I now have my money out of there.  Pretty well, I will know by Aug. 4th. It can all be very depressing. And there is no real pleasure in revealing the scams.  No one congratulates you, because they have lost in it.  So why am I doing this?  I’d rather set up 10+ splash pages for other products, and sell them.  And I think I will. Over the next few months.  Am starting to get tired of keeping track of these ponzis and scams. There is no real reward in it. Just folks that blame me if I happen to choose the wrong one to promote. Do you understand?

  Wrong. I don't think this one will last even 4 more days.  Else any fool would go ahead and put in a couple of grand and be in profit within 3 days!  Provided other fools follow!
  
  And it appears no one is believing them either, as they have been running 3 days now and under a grand has been deposited.
  
  They also don't bother to tell you whether the payout after 4 days is weekly, or monthly.  I suspect monthly.  And it's over 6% per day! PONZI.

PONZI!  No matter what they say on the front page this is a ponzi.  35 years of experience is claimed, investing all over the world!  If they are so good they would be investing for themselves and forget about us! When the rest of the traders are making from 10% to 20% per month, these guys are willing to earn that kind of percent return per day! Yeah, righ! Who handed out the “stupid” pills?  And wow, the referral commissions start at 10% and go right up to 15%!  Don’t be fooled by yet another scam that will not last past a month.

• http://www.hyipmax.com/invest.php This one is certainly feasible and most likely not a ponzi.  Why?  They limit your spend to $500 (not per day, but you can’t add more until that $500 gets paid out to you at 200% including principal).  They also give you from 6 to 12% per month and that means less than 1% a day. Given that a good ForEx trader can make about 2% per day, they will be collecting nicely, despite the fact that they claim they are not in this for the money, but for establishing a reputation for their website (what????). No referral commissions either.  So, I would say, why join them rather than 4XClub where you can earn 1% per trading day? Other than diversification?
  
  Now I must ask the question. If these guys can make 2% per day trading ForEx, then why not keep that 2% rather than have to share it with you?  Most likely because they don’t have the initial cash to invest, so they are borrowing from you.  So I don’t think it is to build some kind of reputation for their website.  Unless they are planning to introduce something more lucrative once they establish trust with all of us? Ah.... speculation!  But... one must wonder!  What is their real intent?
   
• Damn it! Am not going to make any money if I keep talking like this. There is no money in exposing scam... unless.... unless...  well thankfully some of you are actually subscribing to my Alert Service. You know, it SOOOOO expensive! Five bucks a month can mean the difference between beer and pitzza or just.... beer. I know.  Ok, I will just shut up.

July 29th (Friday)

• SunFlowerSeed.org: Closed until mid-August.  No one will lose any funds. Read the detailed e-mail he sent out if you’re a member. He will be back, set up a ForEx trading account, and the remaining funds will be managed.  He will write a new script with more realistic payouts.  The poor guy is burned out and frustrated.  I like his honesty and will still list him when he gets back.  The site and forum will still be up.  Crying and anger are verboten.  Well, I followed my own policy, and that is to take out my principal ASAP.  I ended up being $213 in the BLACK! Meaning I made $213.  Was it worth it?  For $213? hmmmmmmm
   
• GoldenRocks.com: I am highly suspicious of this one. Here is the evidence:
• 922 members have invested over a million USD?  Most members invest under $100 each!  So maybe I could believe over $100K, but over $1M?  And over $700K already paid out!  That does not sit well with me. My own personal feeling on this is that the figures are .... adjusted!
• They pay out 4.5%+ per day.  Ponzi range.
• They keep mentioning that they are the Pola Brothers on their About Us page. So I looked up the Pola Brothers and who they father was: http://polabrothers.com Check it out! They are involved in surgical supplies!  And located in Pakistan. Yet on the GoldenRocks website they claim that the family is involved in ForEx and have been so for a very long time.  I guess surgery and ForEx go well together? Now, what is the likely hood that there are another set of Pola Brothers?  Hmmmm?  But.... the surgical Pola Brothers may indeed be a different set of brothers. So perhaps you should ignore this bit of info, although I will leave it here as some of you may come across the other Pola Brothers and wonder.
• They have been online for over 6 months now. At 4.5% a day I don’t think they can sustain that. So regardless of being a ponzi or not, I think they will collapse soon. Hence it is not worth the risk.
• Alexa reports that they have been online since Nov. of 2004. That would put them at about 9 months old, not 198 days.  So... what were they doing for about 70 days? And traffic since Nov. of 2004 is only at about 272,000, which is quite low.  So how have they managed to pick up over a million dollars with low traffic and low membership?  Some of you who have been getting paid in this one may not like what am saying here and that’s fine.  I smell something very fishy here.  Hence am not recommending it and further, I am cautioning you.  If you’re in, get out, if you’re not in, stay out.
   
• Someone just signed up with Invex.org under myself.  I would caution all of you to not invest in there until at least the first week of August has gone by.  Why?  Again, I suspect they will run with the money and at least one other person has expressed the same misgivings. So be cautious.

July 28th (Thursday)

• Sunflowerseed.org is going into a safe direction!  And I applaud him!  Here is the news:
  
  “I have eliminated the high risk fields until further notice to assure the longevity of the program. I'm on the way to use a managed forex trading account (sic!). A managed forex account means therefore: I have my own Traders on hand and can provide more prove for anyone here about "real" trading and investing. The risk is much lowered because the money is every time in my own brokerage account. So no risk involved like a program (ie HYIP) is gone or have problems. Even the offline stable ones need trust in them. With an own brokerage account the trust is in my own hands.
  
  I expected originally that the most users want withdraw their money and don't compound it. But that was a mistake: The most users (over 70%!!) compounded their interest directly. My calculated returns here on 'Sunflower Seed' doesn't including compounding. Furthermore Investing into other HYIPs are time consuming, very risky and I can't invest an unlimited amount into another programs (I reach now the maximum). That all decided me to eliminate the high risk fields at the moment. The most people will not be very happy about it because they are fastidious with high returns in this scene. But my primary goal is to survive. Eventually there will be a time I can not payout the expected 'high risk field' profit rate and what then? I think the most users will then threaten me and say that 'Sunflower Seed' is a scam. If you have once this bad image you can't do anything to recover it.
  
  My future plans are to pay an Anti-DDOS service and to build up a trust fund. That means, I need more commission for these things.
  
  All existing fields (1, 2 and 3) will be transferred into the low risk fields. That means, you will get since today the payout rate of Field 4 or Field 5. More detailed: If you invested into Field 1 or 3 (daily), you will have your deposits now in Field 4 (weekly). If you invested into Field 2 (weekly) you will have your deposits now in Field 5 (monthly). That was the risk in the high risk fields: The payout rates were not guaranteed. Thats a very dramatic step but necessary to prepare 'Sunflower Seed' for the long future.”

• RealityCycler: they have moved to a 30 day cycle time, from 40 days!  Woohoo! Great. I’m sure they will now survive past 2 years, as the change in the business plan makes it feasible to go that far! I was not happy with the 40 day cycling time, so am pleased that they are moving back to a 30 day plan.  Of course I’m an Admin there! Tech Support, e-mail, forum, and 1wd.
   
• Astra are having some problems:
  
  “In the last day we transferred our hosting to another server system. In the process we were forced to restore a previous version of our database. This will not affect any member accounts. However many of the pending withdraw requests will need to be reinstated and some of the completed requests may still indicate pending. • Invex.org: guess I was wrong in thinking that they have run with our money!  It was just very suspicious, right before pay day! Here is what Admin at Invex.org says:

Well am happy about that!  But am still suspicious.  Tomorrow is pay day on one of the plans.  And now we can’t change our options! One day away from pay day and they decide to do a server upgrade! That is plainly negligent. Or planned.  I don’t know which. Maybe both!

• MDPW:  Well I have finally was able to contact the Admin, Joe Kiger, and was surprised that I knew him!  And he explained a few things to me.  And he does trade in FoREx. Which is good to know. I will publish some of the details shortly in an ALERT. Conclusion?  This one is safe to go for.
   
• Please don’t take the fact that I have done ok with Invex.org to go and spend a lot there. I have given some warning signs in the BLOG before and have advised you to take out as much as you can to recover your principal as I was doing and still doing. I now am in profit.  It remains to be seen what happens at month end.  I don’t believe that ridiculous offer they are making to turn your money into some astronomical amount. So am not partaking in that. Another sign that was brought to my attention by one of our valued readers is that they dropped the bonus from 15% to 5% recently.  So that could be a sign of trouble. Maybe they will run with the money near month end? There is that possibility. If you have not yet taken out most of your principal it may be a good idea to log in and click on the radio button that allows you to take all of the interest, or maybe even all interest and principal.  Up to you.  I just may do so myself.
   
• I have also just read something about China going to a Gold standard and are encouraging their people to buy Gold vs US dollars as savings. There was no mention of this in the news, nor on CNN, but the FED certainly knows. Here is a link to that report: read about it.  What does this mean?  Well am not quite sure, but am sure going to keep my money in e-gold/INTgold for a while and not change that into USD!

• Traffic.Factors: They are offering a 25% commission to the first 500 Affiliates who sign up for free. I will be studying this one shortly.  Looks like they sell targeted traffic, guaranteed visitors, country-specific. I quote:

• Thanks to Stuart, one of our readers and members... we may either have found SYNCinvest again or they have sold the script to: http://www.weeklywealthads.com as it is the identical script!  Now am doing more research on this one. The ROIs seem to be quite in line with ForEx trading, but I will have more for you later.
  
  Well, I must say that this is probably NOT SYNCinvest. The plans are WAY too different. And there are surfing requirements.  It’s modeled on YMMSS, almost. But in this case you have to surf. Here are the requirements:

You see, in real trading the daily ROI is about 1% or even far less.  They are using the GoldCoders script with the backdoor hack.  Hopefully they have it fixed. They launched on March 22nd. So have been running for 120 days and only 16K deposited.  That will NOT give them good returns in the ForeX market or any other market.  And the traffic is ....almost nil.  Under 100,000.  So, what does this mean? It means they are not getting enough interest from folks for them to survive. So best you keep out and not lose your money.
   
• My short analysis of OilInvestor.net was right on! I have now received a few e-mails confirming that they have not been paying referral commissions, answering e-mails and so on. Here is just one of those:
  
  “If Oil Investor is REAL, they will recover and use the other 2 payment methods, answer emails, pay commissions, remove the BOGUS address, verify their address, fix the website, send welcome letters and verify their certification. • I was just reminded by a friend of mine, Bob, about zerotomillions.net, and you know what? I’ve already commented about them in my BLOG Page 2, but I will comment again.  Although they are not in the PONZI range, they are certainly in the RIPOFF range. 0.20% to 0.69% is well below what could be earned in the ForEx market and passed back on to you! 1% is about the minimum. So these guys are just ripping people off. And then they have 4 levels of commissions. That’s unheard of in real HYIPs. It’s more MLM than anything. They do not trade in stocks or bonds or anything else. Earnings come from e-trades (they trade between INTgold, e-gold, EMO, NetPay, and SFIpay). That’s where the profits come from. I am truly impressed and will add this one to the main reviews page.

And today someone invested a whole ten bucks!  1.5% daily, they say they invest in ForeX.  But I don’t think they will go far with 40 bucks!  Sorry guys (divfunds), but you should have done far more advertising prior to launch or during launch!

• Did you see the new IT announcement? What a bunch of bull.  I knew it was a scam from a while back, and called them on it several times, but folks ignored me.  You can tell just from their website that they are just laughing at you. And now all this politico speech from some Tom B.  He revealed corruption in the highest places within IT! That’s what killed it! Not any of us. And some bad investments, broken promises and so on.
   
• Infinity Online Investor Group: I have always thought these guys were scammers and now here comes some proof from another review site (thanks Bob!):
  
  “INFINITY ONLINE INVESTORS GROUP DOWNGRADED
  
  Due to events which have transpired during the last few days, I
  can no longer recommend Infinity Online Investors Group. They
  proceeded before they were ready. Consequently, they lost a large
  portion of their database along with everyone's referrals. I decided
  to withdraw from the program and I requested a refund. My request
  was ignored until I contacted the folks at IntGold and made them aware
  of the situation. I then received a refund along with a rather nasty
  message
  from the program admin. Bottom line, this is NOT a professionally

• A very angry peson is blaming me for him having invested in HYIPStart! He put in $1K. So at $80 per day he should be in the clear in 13 days!  If he followed my instructions! The guy can’t read English or what?  I told every one of you that it was a ponzi, that you could get your money back if you withdrew every single day, but did he? They are STILL paying and will likely for the next 7+ days! Plenty of time to get that principal out at 8% per day! 
  
  But it appears the site just went down due to probably an oversight! Seems they have not paid recently for their website! Ouch!  Now listen closely again before you send me an agry email about HYIPstart.  Read over my BLOG again and the Reviews section. You were ALL told this was a ponzi. You were all told not to risk your pizza money, or beer money (actually I said food money). So if they don’t come back, don’t go barking at me!
   
• Looks like HYIPspark.com are having accounting issues with the ISP.  Am not saying they are gone, not since they have just started their campaign.  So let’s wait and see.
   
• Hey maybe I’m wrong about EzWealthByDesing, but maybe am not.  Ez Wealth for whom? Them or us?  Have you read that announcement where the two were chortling over how much we the members have earned?  Something like 2 Million? And they collected about 8 Million?  So... unless my math is way off, the Owners collected near 6 Million! So what if they gave back 2 Million?  These gals are laughing their way to the Bank!  Am I wrong? Or what?
   
• HYIPspark.com announcement: “All new investments will receive an additional 50% instantly. For example if you invest $1000 you will get $1500 in your back office. We have done this because it makes it easier to promote the program and attract new members. If you have already made a spend you are quite welcome to take advantage of the offer and make another. If you have not yet deposited then there will be no better opportunity than now!”  This will run for the next 7 days.
  
  There you go.  It’s time to get the heck out!  So if you have not already been withdrawing daily to recover your principal, and more, then do so now!  The above announcement is a clear sign that they are running out of money.
  
  Now here is a gamble for you.  Say you deposit $500. They will register that as $750. 8% of $750 is $60 USD per day. If you take that out over the next 7 days (the length of the campaign) you will have recovered $420 of your $500.  Two more days and you’re in profit. But will they last the next 9 days?  That’s the gamble!
   
• expinvest-international.com: Online since June 15th.  Traffic has picked up since opening.  They say that they trade principally on the ForEx market. The best that can be done there is about 2% per day by a good trader.  And these folks give you 10% per day so that your money doubles in one month.  So that’s the first clue that this one is not going to last long. 
  
  The other clue is their strange payout.  They return your principal in 20 days, then 100% of your principal (your initial investment) in another 10 days.  That’s basically the same as giving you your interest on the 20th day, and your principal on the 30th day. No difference. But I doubt this can be sustained, and I doubt they are trading in ForEx, if they are then they will run out of reserves faster, and die sooner, because 2% return cannot sustain a 10% pay out per day. Or 40% return in ForEx markets by the 20th day cannot sustain a 100% payout on the 20th day, then another 100% on the 30th day.  Yes, they do say they also search for that big catch in other markets like Stocks, but FoRex is their principal means. 
  
  But what about HYIPspark.com you say?  Well in that one you can at least take out your interest daily and be in profit well before 30 days have gone by, thus reducing your risk if the HYIP should fold before 30 days have gone by, or even 20. Thumbs-down.
   
• Someone will soon come that will launch an HYIP that will last!  And Last! I promise you this. Something wonderful is coming!  Can you believe it? After all these failures in HYIP land! Someone will come and give you an HYIP programme that will last and last! Who will it be? Who?

July 12th (Tuesday)

• dutchservice.com: This one seems to be popular.  And yes, this one keeps coming up. Well right away they cannot be trading anywhere as 6% to 10% daily cannot be made on any markets. So that means they are using others' money. But, it depends on when they started to see if you can make some bucks here. They say they have been running for a month.... and they have been online since 6th June... so, yes, over 30 days. But... the traffic spiked in June and now in July is VERY DOWN. So ....I would suspect that investors are getting out. Be careful. I suspect they are running out of their lifetime. Maybe another 15 days and they are toast.
   
• There are five members in 5paychecks that have a 9PR site. I need one of you to send me an email with your ID so I can put that as the default from now on as am out of that one. Seems a few had quit and I had mail server issues, and so missed the notice from them and got terminated. So send me your 9PR id and your 5pay.com ID.
   
• Minor glitch at hyipspark.com. Let’s hope they work it out soon.  Some kind of programming issue as it is now misreporting deposits for today. Surrogate Admin is begging us not to panic.
   
• I just invested a few hundred USD in a tool that will allow me to create doorway pages quickly for any product I wish. • Sunflowerseed.org: Karsten has withdrawn the $25 Max w/d limit and also removed the first plan.  If you spent in the first plan then you will continue to earn interest as per that plan until the end of the term for that plan.
   
• Look at this one: spiralcash.com.  10% per day and higher! Patently ridiculous. And obviously not working as they have only taken in under $5K in 5 days.  Whereas HYIPspark has taken in over 57 grand in just 6 days.  So spiralcash is much higher risk than HYIPspark, simply because they don’t have enough money coming in to sustain a 10%+ per day pay-out.

July 10th (Sunday)

• Premium-Fund.com is back up but am sure it is not the old Premium-Fund.  To sign up you INVEST first and so on.  Plans are from 2% daily to 5% daily. Not sure yet about this one so will report on it later.
   
• My living room floor has been strewn with invoices, receipts, and bills from years 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003.  The Tax Man has nothing better to do than force us poor sheople to go over past years and provide evidence just because the Gov’t feels they are short on Taxes. I’ll can tell you what else they are short on! But won’t. And the deadline is nearing. Soon panic will set in and I’ll get it done.
   
• The a/c is also on and am hiding out in that one room, night and day.  The bedroom has been deserted.  A bed sheet is on the floor, right up against the crack to the outside world near the floor, to prevent the cold from escaping into the heated atmosphere of the outside world.
   
• Well I quit the 1.67 a day opportunity (Juvio) as I have found out that this is not really working out.  I was getting about $11 per month! And had $6K volume in my group.  Now who is winning here?  The Company!  These Power Lines (one leg) really work only for a few of the top sponsors and for the Company.  They are raking in hundreds of thousands of dollars in just monthly Tech Support at Juvio.com and I’ll bet you that most of the folks don’t even use the service! Now if that’s not a scam, I don’t know what is.  I don’t care if they have numerous products, because if most of the participants do not use them, then it’s a scam.  Even if a professional one, with lots of support. So.... someone send me their ID so I can change the default ID in 9PR to theirs, else I will simply remove the program. Perhaps that is best?

Lion Forex has not made their scheduled payments for July 8th; they've locked their forum and do not respond to e-mails. Here's what's weird, though - at least it seems weird to me, since they've run - there are still shills out there posting positive and "paid" comments in the various forums and ratings sites. What farking BS!

Global Financial Trust has disappeared without a trace.

And, one you have mentioned: Global Ventures. Seen what they've done? They are forcing you re-invest and will now pay out - yeah, SURE they will! - only once every 180 days. I requested a withdrawal that would have put me ahead and they simply took the funds (the supposed funds) and opened a new investment for me. Gee - what swell guys. Bastards! I'll never see my money now.

Still in TGT, ST, GINS, Oomao (I think - no word from them on the recovery or whatever it is), Sunflower (is "Karsten" really Karsten? Does it even matter? If he runs, he runs), Astra, Invex, PIN, SurfMunkee, RM, Poker Profits and, of course, RC (bought another $1000 position in RC yesterday - I think I signed up using your ref ID, so you probably got a nice commission there). Oh, well. I'm babbling. Hope things are going better for you than they are for me.”

My reply: basically I don’t get commissions from RC as am one of three running it. Nor do I participate in it. Admin fees are covering that.  And I may have to downgrade GVC soon. Fortunately I got most of my investment out of there now.

And yes, re Sunflowerseeds.org, yes the guy is not Karsten, but... as you can see from a post below.... he’s explained himself well enough to get my trust.  I just don’t like the $25 limit on w/d per day which will soon get lifted am sure, as enough complaints come in.

• Yes there was an OOPS, several OOPS in the last mailing to 9PR members. I used Mozilla and should have used IE.  So all of you got a few blank emails and can ignore the request to resign.
   
• SunflowerSeed.org: I have just learned that Karsten Henke is just an alias for the Admin. Here’s a post to a forum which has a good take on this: (but Karsten assures me that his real name is indeed Karsten, he would just like some privacy)

  and that's why he later had to mask it by going through Domains

  And in this case I agree as there is enough contact info so that anyone can reach the Admin and he is very quick to respond. He has also defended himself to my satisfaction. The only thing I don’t like about this program for now is the $25 MAX daily withdrawal limit, which the Admin says he will raise soon. Well, until he does am not listing this one. Not being able to take out more than $25 per day is ridiculous from an investor’s point of view. It may help the HYIP survive longer, but I don’t think this is the way to do it.  It will have negative repercussions.
   
• GINs: I would like the GINsters (I am myself a member) to know that I did not Copy and Paste the announcements to  this site from the private Forum.  In fact, I have never been to the forum, for some odd reason. I know the person who sent me the updates via e-mail and I can guarantee you that it will not continue.  I know the person well and s/he meant no harm. Thank you for understanding.
   
• PO-Trading will be back up by Monday on new servers and they are apparently putting in new measures against DDoS attacks. As I mentioned before, I believe these folks are the resurrected EuroYenUSD.com, which was just a ponzi and did not trade anywhere.  Of course I am open to being wrong on this. So just beware of... doG.
   
• HyipSpark.com: When re-spending pay close attention to the plan you are choosing. If you do nothing but respend it will go into the weekly plan, because the radio button for that one is ON and you may miss it, I sure did! And the 30 day plan is almost 2% better than the weekly plan.

July 8th (Friday)

• GINs Update: Basically they have hired a reputable lawyer but the case is delayed yet another week, a postponing tactic used by Singapore Authorities.  The person who headed up CAD was moved to another project and subsequently resigned.  He apparently was also chastised for his rash actions against GINsystems.

July 7th (Thursday)

• bcere is the next userid that is now being rotated for the next week for signup for his 9PR site.
   
• http://hyipspark.com/: Am impressed with their take these last two days.  Over 20 grand.  So I have myself put in $500.  And am taking out daily for 12+ days. That will recover my principal.  And am sure they will last another 12+ days.
   
• PaxMix: Seems that e-gold has imposed some kind of upper limit on their account? Am investigating right now.  For now spends are being refused by e-gold.  This was reported by one of the readers.  I have been unable to confirm this though.
• 5daily.com: There are many complaints out there about this traffic exchange.  It appears that they have not been paying many people, but some are being paid through Stormpay.  It’s a bit confusing as the Admin are not answering any questions. Be careful.
   
• London traffic systems have been attacked by bombs.  Authorities cannot yet confirm who is responsible.  Stock Markets may be affected. Most HYIPs should not be, as they do not trade anywhere.
   
• Here is the latest announcement by IT4US, the folks I refused to list all this time. I think it is all baloney. But of course this is only my own opinion.  OK? (The key reason why they are being attacked is that the DDoS Posse knows that they are a scam!  That’s my own opinion.  Witness the pictures they put up. Witness the Holidays they have taken with your own money! And they flagrantly put those up in front of your noses! But that is my own opinion.  Disregard if you are afraid. So just go on. I have no campaign against them. Frankly I don’t care, but many are losing out.

• PIN or PajamaIncomeNetwork: Well this one is still cycling, since last Oct. or so. Very dependable and long term.  Cycle times are past 60 days.
• http://www.solidfutures.biz : Avoid this one.  Lost $108 in this one.  Assholes did not take in any payments in June.  I did not notice it.  Now no response from them.  I will send Geno and his friends to take care of them and their dog.  A melon will be necessary.
