It is truly humbling to experience what happened last night. All the preparation and testing in the world can not eliminate problems that occur when your expectations are totally overwhelmed. Well, we thought we had the right equipment, but we were wrong ... and the reason we were wrong is that we underestimated the potential load and how it would affect our server. The technical problem we encountered was our ability to write to the hard disk could not keep up with the load we had. This, combined with IPN issues, a MYSQL connections problem and many people wanting to get in the door all at once forced a course of action that was unavoidable: Reboot the server and evaluate our position further. All that being said, I know of only one direction to go from here --- forward. To insure that there are no doubts about what we are doing about all this: We have ordered a new server, faster disks, more memory and faster CPUs. Go big or stay home , as we like to say at the office! My technical staff spent the night reviewing logs and server information to optimize MYSQL and other components so we can survive the expected volumes we foresee. We expect delivery of the server within 24 to 48 hours and I will let the owners describe their plans from here..... >From TEAMinator Admin ... We make no excuses for lack of performance and beg your pardon for the technical difficulties with last nights launch. Meanwhile, we are hard at work to get back up and running, without anyone losing any downline or positioning in the process. We assure you that we have the records to do that in hand and, other than the time it takes to get it done, no real issues other than proving ourselves to you and the rest of the world (which we WILL do). 1) Currently we have over 1,000 members, both upgraded and free status, pending re-opening for more upgrades. We have still had only ONE refund request, which we promptly honored. We understand and wish him well. We believe he will be back when he sees what is about to happen here. 2) We have only a dozen orphans (sponsored by Admin by default). Members are responding to the email request for their Sponsorship verification. Once that info is received by us, we attach them to their intended Sponsor immediately. 3) The Join link IS good to go for new signups of free members. Try to make sure that your people use the Join link in the TOP MENU BAR. 4) Validation emails ARE going out. If they do not show up in ones inbox, check the junk mail folder. If the email cannot be found, go to the Login page and click Resend Validation . If it still does not arrive, THEN contact Validation@teaminator.com . We can do validations from here if given the username. ALL the various autoresponder emails are being tweaked for accurate and appropriate content. 5) ALL payment records are intact. NO ONE is lost. No PRC positions are lost. We have ALL the records of payments from IntGold, E-Bullion and e-gold, so there is no chance that ANYONES payment got lost or cannot be accounted for. We are well into the process of connecting the dots before we reopen for new upgrades and spends into the PRC. 6) All the PRC positions already created are being held in a Pending Queue. From there they will be released into the system in the order they were purchased. WHEN we do that, you will seen a LARGE number of positions created and many, many positions cycling and doubling immediately. In other words, your PRC positions WERE recorded and ARE in the queue, ready to be released as soon as we begin again. 7) The same is true of all initial $59 Upgrades and all other Upgrades in the 2x2 system. We are making sure that everyone follows his/her Sponsor in the correct joining sequence. We have less than 40 records left to place properly, and that number is decreasing rapidly. 8) LOGIN IS DISABLED until we reopen. DO NOT EVEN TRY to login. Welcome emails now tell new members that Login is not available. The scrolling news on the website says the same thing. Please do NOT send any emails to Admin saying I can not login. They will not be responded to at this time. 9) We have added 4 Support Staff members. We have constructed a partnership with MoneyTalksLive.com for a fully staffed Web Conference Room, where the mods will be able to answer questions intelligently. They have recorded our Live Calls and made them available on their site. We at Admin will be stopping in the Conference Room periodically as time permits. Watch for more info on this terrific Support System in the next update. Here is the bottomline: We do not see any real problems with verifying the genealogy as correct and entering any stray 2x2 Upgrades and PRC positions in sequence. We can promise that we will not rest until we are done and done RIGHT. HOWEVER --- Based on our Tech Teams report, it is clear that we cannot reopen fully until Friday, after the new server has been engaged. WE HAVE MADE THE DECISION THAT WE WILL HAVE OUR FIRST PAYRUN WITHIN 24 HOURS OF REOPENING if not sooner. So, if you will bear with us through this, you will be rewarded as much and as quickly as is possible. Stay tuned for another status report tonight. We have already spoken directly with Jeff Koleski at IntGold about this (our "Preferred Customer" relationship with him is one of the reasons we like doing business there). He assures us that this does NOT affect the vast majority of IntGold users AND that they have at least 6 staff members doing the verifications, so it should go rather quickly. However, this obviously presents a challenge to the affected IntGold users in terms of having a functional account at the time of our launch so that they may purchase PRC positions immediately. Since a full 80% of our pre-launch members are using IntGold and we expect that same percentage will hold true for new members who enroll at and after live launch, this unforeseeable situation now affects everyone. Exactly how it may affect our own timeline is something we are still evaluating. We appreciate the input we have received from the membership about this and understand and empathize with your concerns. Please know and trust that we will make the right decisions in terms of keeping this as fair and level a playing field as possible while, at the same time, NOT delaying the public launch unduly.
